s1, preparing gelatin foam material: adopting B-type gelatin and pregelatinized starch, using sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant, using dilute hydrochloric acid and a sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH value, dissolving the gelatin, the pregelatinized starch, the sodium dodecyl sulfate and water according to a proportion, wherein the solid content is 15 wt%, adjusting the pH value by using the dilute hydrochloric acid and the sodium hydroxide solution to enable the pH value of the solution to be 5.5, simultaneously heating the solution to fully dissolve the B-type gelatin and the pregelatinized starch until the temperature of the solution reaches 50 ℃, and continuing to heat the solution at a constant temperature for 10min to prepare the solution;

s2, foaming of gelatin foam liquid: performing liquid foaming on the solution prepared in the step S1 by using a stirrer, sufficiently and quickly stirring the solution, uniformly injecting air into the solution, and foaming for 5min until the liquid foam is completely foamed and the volume of the foam is not increased any more;

s3, filling a gelatin foam into a paper honeycomb core material: preparing a die with the same length, width and height as the honeycomb paperboard, pouring liquid foam into the die, immediately paving and pressing the core material of the honeycomb paperboard into the foam, wherein the gelatin/starch foam is foam, so that the foam can be immediately and uniformly filled into the core holes of the paper honeycomb core material to prepare the gelatin foam filled paper honeycomb composite material;

s4, drying the gelatin foam filled paper honeycomb composite material: and (4) placing the gelatin foam filled paper honeycomb composite material prepared in the step (S3) in a constant temperature and humidity box, adopting a room temperature condition until the composite material is completely dried, and demolding the composite material to obtain the bio-based foam filled paper honeycomb composite material.

The honeycomb core has high specific strength and specific modulus, has stronger bearing capacity than a foam material, but has poorer buffering and energy-absorbing effects. And the dynamic mechanical property of the material can be greatly improved by combining the foam material and the honeycomb material. Foam filled honeycomb materials (FFH) prepared by filling Foam into honeycombs can exert respective advantages, and obtain higher bearing capacity and better buffering and energy absorption effects.

Because the flowability of the polyurethane foam is too poor, the hexagonal honeycomb holes cannot be completely filled, and the filling process is not easy to control.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a preparation method of a bio-based foam filled paper honeycomb plate composite material, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the paper honeycomb plate is changed from an original green environment-friendly material into a material which cannot be degraded and is difficult to separate and recycle by using polyurethane foam, the biodegradability of the paper honeycomb plate is changed, hexagonal honeycomb holes cannot be completely filled due to poor flowability of the polyurethane foam, and the filling process is difficult to control.

s1, preparing gelatin foam material: adopting B-type gelatin and pregelatinized starch, using sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant, using dilute hydrochloric acid and a sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH value, dissolving the gelatin, the pregelatinized starch, the sodium dodecyl sulfate and water according to a proportion, wherein the solid content is 15 wt%, adjusting the pH value by using the dilute hydrochloric acid and the sodium hydroxide solution to enable the pH value of the solution to be 5.5, simultaneously heating the solution to fully dissolve the B-type gelatin and the pregelatinized starch until the temperature of the solution reaches 50 ℃, and continuing to heat the solution at a constant temperature for 10min to prepare the solution;

s2, foaming of gelatin foam liquid: performing liquid foaming on the solution prepared in the step S1 by using a stirrer, sufficiently and quickly stirring the solution, uniformly injecting air into the solution, and foaming for 5min until the liquid foam is completely foamed and the volume of the foam is not increased any more;

s3, filling a gelatin foam into a paper honeycomb core material: preparing a die with the same length, width and height as the honeycomb paperboard, pouring liquid foam into the die, immediately paving and pressing the core material of the honeycomb paperboard into the foam, wherein the gelatin/starch foam is foam, so that the foam can be immediately and uniformly filled into the core holes of the paper honeycomb core material to prepare the gelatin foam filled paper honeycomb composite material;

s4, drying the gelatin foam filled paper honeycomb composite material: placing the gelatin foam filled paper honeycomb composite material prepared in the step S3 in a constant temperature and humidity box, and adopting the room temperature conditions: temperature: 23 ℃, humidity: and 50% until the composite material is completely dried, and demolding the composite material to obtain the bio-based foam filled paper honeycomb composite material.
