A preheating section, a blanching section, a washing section and a draining section are sequentially formed from the feeding end of the blanching conveying part to the discharging end of the lifting cleaning part;

technical scheme more than adopting, this application adopts the structure that floats boiling hot conveying part, promotion washing part, makes to float boiling hot water line 5 and is higher than conveying cylinder 1 all the time, and vegetables are constantly carried to promotion washing part in getting into conveying cylinder 1 from feeder hopper 11, through spiral delivery vane 3, and these vegetables are soaked in boiling hot aquatic completely in conveying cylinder 1, have improved the homogeneity that floats boiling hot. Moreover, because the effect of blanching water circulating device, the flow direction of blanching water is reverse with the flow direction of vegetables, therefore the feed end of a conveying cylinder 1 floats boiling hot water temperature low, and the part that is close to a promotion section of thick bamboo 6 floats boiling hot water temperature high to form preheating section and the section of blanching in conveying cylinder 1, make vegetables heat gradually and float boiling hot. And, vegetables are at the in-process of carrying, and easy attached on helical conveyer blade 3, and the boiling hot water that floats of reverse flow can erode helical conveyer blade 3 to make the difficult attached on helical conveyer blade 3 of vegetables blade, and can increase the dwell time of vegetables in a transport section of thick bamboo 1, improve the boiling hot effect that floats of vegetables.

In a lifting cylinder 6, the water outlet end of the blanching water circulating device is positioned above the lifting cylinder 6 and in the middle of the corresponding draining net 14, when vegetables are separated from blanching water in the lifting cylinder 6, draining can be performed through the draining net 14, meanwhile, the water outlet end of the blanching water circulating device conducts further water spraying blanching on the vegetables from top to bottom in the lifting cylinder 6, meanwhile, impurities on the vegetables can be further washed, the rinsing water can be drained into the draining cylinder 15 through the draining net 14, then flows into the conveying cylinder 1 at the water level line 5 through the draining cylinder 15, enters the conveying cylinder 1, blanching water is discharged from the feed end of the conveying cylinder 1 in a countercurrent mode, after washing, the vegetables are continuously lifted, and rapid draining can be continuously performed through the draining net 14. Since the vegetables may be pressed together during the lifting, although the vegetables are lifted, the water on the vegetables hardly flows downward, and the blanching water is discharged from the discharge hopper 17 along with the vegetables, causing a great amount of blanching water loss. Therefore, the draining structure can reduce the loss of blanching water and save resources.

As an important implementation mode of the scheme, the blanching water circulating device comprises a circulating water pipe 18, a circulating water impurity removal tank 22, a heating device 19 and a circulating pump 20, wherein the circulating water pipe 18 is connected with the bottom of the feeding end of the conveying cylinder 1, sludge impurities can be precipitated to the bottom of the conveying cylinder 1 in the vegetable conveying process, and the circulating water pipe 18 is connected with the bottom of the feeding end of the conveying cylinder 1 and can pump away the sludge impurities and remove impurities through the circulating water impurity removal tank 22. A water inlet 22e of the circulating water impurity removing tank 22 is connected with the other end of the circulating water pipe 18, a water outlet 22c of the circulating water impurity removing tank is connected with the water conveying pipe 21, and the heating device 19 and the circulating pump 20 are arranged on the water conveying pipe 21. The flow direction of the blanching water and the conveying direction of the vegetables are reverse through the blanching water circulation device, the vegetables are gradually heated, and the vegetables separated from the blanching water can be washed through the blanching water circulation device, so that the cleanness of the vegetables is guaranteed.

As a further embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the circulating water impurity removing tank 22 comprises a tank body 22a, one side of the tank body 22a is provided with a water inlet 22e and a foam discharging port 22d, and the other side is provided with a water discharging port and a sewage discharging port 22 f; and the position of the inlet 22e is lower than that of the outlet 22 c; the position of the foam discharge port 22d is higher than the position of the water discharge port 22 c; the drain port 22f is connected to the bottom of the tank 22 a. The impurities with large specific gravity entering the box body 22a sink and precipitate at the bottom of the box body, which is beneficial to discharging the impurities, and the impurities with small specific gravity float on the water surface in the box body 22a, which is beneficial to discharging the floating objects through the foam discharging port 22 d.

Still further, as shown in fig. 3, the circulating water impurity removing tank 22 further includes a filter cartridge 22b, and the filter cartridge 22b is located inside the tank body 22a and connected to the water outlet 22 c; a plurality of water inlet holes 22b1 are formed on the cylinder of the filter cartridge 22b, and the water inlet holes 22b1 are cone-shaped with narrow outside and wide inside and are protruded on the cylinder surface of the filter cartridge 22b, so that the cylinder surface of the filter cartridge 22b forms a structure with uneven height. The surface of the cylinder body of the filter cylinder 22b of the impurity removing box is provided with a cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1 with uneven height, the adhesion area of impurities is reduced by the cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1, the adhesion force of the impurities is weakened, and the impurities on the cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1 are removed from the cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1 under the flowing action of water in the box without influencing the water inlet of the filter cylinder 22 b.

Preferably, the heating device 19 is a heat exchanger or a steam heater or a boiler.

Adopt the technical scheme of this application:

the flow direction of the blanching water and the flow direction of the vegetables are in a reverse structure, and the blanching water has 3 functions: 1. the blanching water temperature at the feed end of the conveying cylinder 1 is low, and the blanching water temperature at the part close to the lifting cylinder 6 is high, so that a preheating section and a blanching section are formed in the conveying cylinder 1, vegetables are gradually heated and blanched, and the blanching effect is improved; 2. the vegetable leaves are not easy to be attached to the spiral conveying blade 3; 3. can increase the detention time of vegetables in the conveying cylinder 1 and improve the blanching effect of the vegetables.

Two, this float boiling hot equipment forms preheating section, floats boiling hot section, washes section and waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall section in proper order to the discharge end that promotes the cleaning part by the feed end that floats boiling hot conveying part, floats boiling hot section after scalding vegetables, can also wash, improves the cleanliness factor of vegetables to the waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall section can carry out the waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall to vegetables, avoids a large amount of boiling hot rivers to go out, saves the resource.

Three, this float boiling hot device can make and float boiling hot water level line 5 and be higher than transport cylinder 1 all the time, and vegetables are constantly carried to promotion washing part through helical conveying blade 3 in getting into transport cylinder 1 from feeder hopper 11, and these vegetables are soaked in completely in the boiling hot water in transport cylinder 1, and vegetables in transport cylinder 1 have obtained stirring from top to bottom at the auger delivery in-process, have improved the homogeneity that floats boiling hot.

The circulating water impurity removal box 22 can remove impurities from the blanching water, impurities with large specific gravity entering the box body 22a sink and precipitate at the bottom of the box body, so that the impurities can be discharged, the impurities with small specific gravity float on the water surface in the box body 22a, and the floating objects can be discharged through the foam discharge port 22 d; and the surface of the cylinder body of the filter cylinder 22b of the impurity removing box forms a cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1 structure with uneven height, the cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1 reduces the adhesion area of impurities and weakens the adhesion force of the impurities, the impurities on the cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1 are removed from the cone-shaped water inlet hole 22b1 under the flowing action of water in the box, the water inlet of the filter cylinder 22b is not influenced, and the blanching water with the impurities removed can be recycled.

And fifthly, the blanching water circulating device is also provided with a heating device 19 on a water delivery pipe 21, so that the temperature of blanching water in the conveying cylinder 1 can be kept.
