Background

However, for UTG glass, since UTG glass is too thin (T is 0.03mm), the conventional fixing method is not effective, a large amount of cracks, scratches and ink overflow are easily caused to UTG glass during the screen printing process, and meanwhile, since UTG glass is too thin, the conventional fixing method is difficult to fix, so that the error in screen printing of UTG glass is too large.

Referring to fig. 1-5, according to the UTG glass screen printing method provided by the invention, the screen printing machine base 1 is fixedly arranged on the table-board of the screen printing machine by using hot melt adhesive, so that the shaking of the screen printing machine base 1 is prevented, and the error of UTG glass 4 screen printing is reduced;

a UTG glass 4 processing area is set on the screen printer base 1, a plurality of positioning columns 11 are fixed on the screen printer base 1 outside the processing area, and the set processing area and the plurality of positioning columns 11 form a position association relationship;

laminating UTG glass 4 by using a laminating machine, respectively laminating a PET film 2 and a release film 3 at two ends of UTG glass 4, and bonding the PET film 2 and the release film 3 together, wherein the PET film 2 has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, small viscosity and the like, is convenient to peel after being laminated on UTG glass 4, and has no residual glue after being peeled;

adjusting the power of a laser cutting machine to simultaneously puncture the PET film 2 and the release film 3, and processing a plurality of positioning holes 21 on the PET film 2 and the release film 3 by using the laser cutting machine according to the position incidence relation between the processing area set by the screen printing machine base 1 and the plurality of positioning columns 11 and the four corners of UTG glass 4; so that UTG glass 4 is positioned in the processing area on the workbench after the positioning posts 11 are correspondingly adapted to pass through the positioning holes 21;

the PET film 2 and the release film 3 are cut by a laser cutting machine, so that the precision of the cut positioning hole 21 is improved, UTG glass 4 can be accurately positioned in a working area, and the silk-screen precision of UTG glass 4 during silk-screen printing is guaranteed;
