As shown in fig. 1-2, the screen cloth 7 has a working position and a non-working position during the rotation process, when the screen cloth 7 is in the working position, the projection of the axis of the screen cloth 7 and the axis of the knife roll 4 on the horizontal plane are coincident with each other, and the other side part of the screen cloth 7 perpendicular to the axial direction of the knife roll 4 is suspended above the frame 1; when the screen cloth 7 is in the non-working position, the projection of the axis of the screen cloth 7 and the axis of the knife roll 4 on the horizontal plane are parallel to each other, and the other side part of the screen cloth 7 vertical to the axial direction of the knife roll 4 is erected on the frame 1.

In this example, the screen 7 includes a screen body 7a and a screen frame 7b supported on the bottom of the screen body 7a, and the rotation shaft 8 is provided on the side of the screen frame 7 b. Therefore, when the screen 7 needs to be disassembled and assembled, an operator does not need to go deep into the crusher any more, only needs to rotate the screen frame 7b in the forward direction, and at the moment, one side part of the screen frame 7b, which is far away from the rotating shaft 8, moves downwards and is finally erected on the frame 1, so that the operator can conveniently take down the screen body 7a from the screen frame 7 b; when the screen frame is installed, the screen body 7a is placed on the screen frame 7b, and then the screen frame 7b is rotated reversely, so that one side part of the screen frame 7b far away from the rotating shaft 8 moves upwards and reaches the side part of the knife roll 4.

Further, the crusher further comprises two limiting blocks 10 which are arranged in the crushing box 2 and are respectively located on two axial sides of the knife roll 4, and when the screen 7 is in the working position, two axial sides of the net body 7a, which are perpendicular to the knife roll 4, are respectively abutted against the two limiting blocks 10. So, through the setting of two stopper 10, when screen cloth 7 reachd operating position, these two stopper 10 can cooperate with screen frame 7b, from two upper and lower directions with net body 7a relatively fixed, avoid net body 7a to produce the displacement in the course of the work.

Preferably, the crusher further includes a supporting rod 11 disposed on one side of the screen frame 7b away from the rotating shaft 8, and a limiting rod 12 inserted into the crushing box 2 and capable of moving along the axial direction thereof, wherein the limiting rod 12 has a limiting state supported at the bottom of the supporting rod 11 and a non-limiting state separated from the supporting rod 11 during the movement thereof. The limiting rod 12 is a bolt inserted in the crushing box 2 in a threaded manner, so that when the screen 7 is in a working position, the bolt is screwed in a forward direction, moves towards the inside of the crushing box 2 and is supported at the bottom of the supporting rod 11, and the screen 7 is ensured not to shake or move in the working process; when the screen cloth 7 needs to be disassembled and assembled, the bolt is only required to be turned reversely, the bolt moves towards the outside of the crushing chamber and is separated from the supporting rod 11, and at the moment, the screen cloth 7 can rotate downwards to complete the disassembling and assembling.

In this example, the longitudinal direction of the strut 11 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the knife roll 4, and three stopper rods 12 are provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the strut 11.

In this embodiment, the second driving assembly 9 includes a first driving seat 9a hinged to the frame 1, a first driving rod 9b telescopically arranged in the first driving seat 9a along a length direction of the first driving seat 9a, and a connecting piece 9c with one end hinged to an end of the first driving rod 9b, wherein a telescopic direction of the first driving rod 9b is perpendicular to an axial line direction of the rotating shaft 8, and the other end of the connecting piece 9c is sleeved on the rotating shaft 8. Referring to fig. 3, the crushing box 2 includes a box body 2a, a cover 2b which is arranged on the box body 2a in a reversible manner, the crusher further includes a third driving assembly 13 for driving the cover 2b to rotate, and the first feeding hopper 3 is detachably connected to the cover 2 b. The box cover 2b is arranged on the box body 2a in a turnover way, so that the box cover 2b can be directly opened and operated when the knife roller 4 needs to be cleaned or replaced; and first feeder hopper 3 and case lid 2b detachable connection have made things convenient for the change of first feeder hopper 3.

Further, the crusher further comprises two connecting seats 14 respectively arranged on the box body 2a and the box cover 2b, and the two connecting seats 14 are hinged to each other.

In this embodiment, the third driving assembly 13 includes a second driving seat 13a hinged to the frame 1, and a second driving rod 13b telescopically arranged in the second driving seat 13a along the length direction of the second driving seat 13a, the end of the second driving rod 13b is hinged to the side of the first hopper 3, and the telescopic direction of the second driving rod 13b is perpendicular to the extending direction of the rotation axis of the cover 2 b. Here also the third drive assembly 13 is a hand lead screw. The second driving rod 13b extends out to push the first feed hopper 3, so that the box cover 2b is turned and opened; the first hopper 3 is pulled by the contraction of the second driving lever 13b, and the turning-over closing of the cover 2b is realized.

In this example, the frame 1 is further provided with two mounting rods 19, and the first driving seat 9a and the second driving seat 13a are respectively hinged to the upper ends of the two mounting rods 19.
