Background

At present, the number of domestic apple sorting equipment manufacturing enterprises is small, the apple sorting and grading market power is insufficient, and the gap between the sorting levels is large compared with that of foreign countries. However, with the accelerated progress of the national internationalization, the apple market is obviously delayed in development, the European and American markets have high requirements on fruit cortex, and the domestic apple export accounts for less than 3%, because the apple sorting equipment is insufficient in technological level, low in grading quality, low in popularization rate of high-end grading equipment and the like. Therefore, an advanced and independently developed apple intelligent sorting device is needed to make up for the defects of domestic industry development.
