1. A pressure switch testing arrangement for debugging an urban rail vehicle braking system, comprising:

the pressure regulating valve is used for being installed on a brake pipeline to regulate the pressure;

the pressure gauge is used for being installed on the brake pipeline to display the pressure; and

4. A pressure switch testing method for debugging a braking system of an urban rail vehicle, characterized in that the pressure switch testing method uses the pressure switch testing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:

installing the pressure regulating valve and the pressure gauge to a brake line;

pulling out an original plug on a pressure switch to be tested, and inserting the pressure switch plug into the pressure switch;

adjusting the pressure regulating valve to change the pressure in the brake pipeline, observing a target indicator light, and recording the current display value of the pressure gauge when the target indicator light is seen to be on and a buzzing sound is heard;

pulling out the pressure switch plug, and inserting the original plug into the pressure switch;

and removing the pressure regulating valve and the pressure gauge from the brake pipeline.

Therefore, how to provide an efficient and low-cost pressure switch testing method becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

A pressure switch testing method for commissioning an urban rail vehicle braking system, said pressure switch testing method using a pressure switch testing device as disclosed in any one of the above, comprising the steps of:

installing the pressure regulating valve and the pressure gauge to a brake line;

pulling out an original plug on a pressure switch to be tested, and inserting the pressure switch plug into the pressure switch;

adjusting the pressure regulating valve to change the pressure in the brake pipeline, observing a target indicator light, and recording the current display value of the pressure gauge when the target indicator light is seen to be on and a buzzing sound is heard;

pulling out the pressure switch plug, and inserting the original plug into the pressure switch;

and removing the pressure regulating valve and the pressure gauge from the brake pipeline.

For the purpose of facilitating understanding, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, the pressure switch testing device for debugging a braking system of an urban rail vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a circuit 1, a pressure gauge 4 and a pressure regulating valve 5, wherein the circuit 1 comprises a power supply 11, a pressure switch plug 12, and a first branch and a second branch which are connected in parallel, a green light 13 (namely a first indicator light) and a buzzer 14 (namely a first buzzer) are connected in series on the first branch, and a red light 15 (namely a second indicator light) and a buzzer 16 (namely a second buzzer) are connected in series on the second branch.

When the pressure switch is used, the pressure gauge 4 and the pressure regulating valve 5 are installed on the brake pipeline 3, and the pressure switch plug 12 is plugged into the pressure switch 2 to be tested. The pressure regulating valve 5 can flexibly regulate the pressure in the brake pipeline 3, so that the pressure value can meet the action value of the pressure switch 2 as soon as possible. The pressure value of the pressure switch 2 can be visually displayed on the pressure gauge 4 in real time, so that the recording is convenient. The pressure switch plug 12 is used for simulating an electric contact of the pressure switch 2, and the indicator light and the buzzer are used for displaying the action state of the pressure switch 2, when the pressure switch 2 is closed, the green light 13 is on, and the buzzer 14 is sounded, namely, the power supply 11 and the first branch form a conductive loop; when the pressure switch 2 is turned off, the red light 15 is on, and the buzzer 16 sounds, i.e. the power supply 11 and the second branch form a conductive loop.

The invention also provides a pressure switch testing method for debugging the urban rail vehicle braking system, which comprises the following steps:

installing a pressure regulating valve 5 and a pressure gauge 4 to a brake pipe 3;

pulling out an original plug (the other end of the original plug is connected to a relay) on the pressure switch 2 to be tested, and inserting the pressure switch plug 12 into the pressure switch 2;

while adjusting the pressure regulating valve 5 to change the pressure in the brake pipe 3, observing the target indicator lamp (green lamp 13 or red lamp 15), and recording the current display value of the pressure gauge 4 when the target indicator lamp is seen to be on and the buzzing sound is heard;

the pressure switch plug 12 is pulled off, and the original plug is inserted into the pressure switch 2;

the pressure regulating valve 5 and the pressure gauge 4 are removed from the brake pipe 3.

As shown in fig. 1, when testing the pressure switch 2, only one person needs to stand beside the pressure regulating valve 3 to regulate the pressure and observe the indicator light, when the pressure switch 2 acts, the indicator light corresponding to the branch is turned on and the buzzer sounds, and the person can know the feedback and perform the operation of recording the pressure gauge 4 very quickly. Therefore, the pressure switch test can be completed by only one person by using the device provided by the invention, the personnel cost is lower, and the debugging efficiency is higher. It will be readily appreciated that the pressure gauge 4 and indicator light should be disposed within the field of view of the tester.

The first indicator light and the second indicator light are different in color to improve the convenience of use of the device, and the indicator light may be a green light, a red light, or a yellow light. Of course, if the first indicator light and the second indicator light are the same color, they can be distinguished by different orientations, for example, the first indicator light and the second indicator light are arranged on the left and right or on the top and bottom when in use.
