firstly, filtering whole milk by using sterile gauze to remove residues, heating the filtrate to 95 ℃, performing sterilization treatment for 7min, cooling to 45 ℃, inoculating lactobacillus bulgaricus for fermentation for 6h, and controlling the pH value in the fermentation process to be 4.5 to obtain fermented milk;

secondly, adding the strawberry juice, the white granulated sugar and the honey into the fermented milk, homogenizing the fermented milk at the temperature of 65 ℃ and under the pressure of 10MPa to obtain mixed fermented milk, and performing pasteurization on the mixed fermented milk after homogenizing;

thirdly, adding the sterilized mixed fermented milk into a storage hopper body 501 of the candy forming device, controlling a sliding plate 302 to slide towards a direction close to a turntable mechanism 2, enabling a discharge hole 504 to be close to the central position of a rotary tray 205, starting a stirring motor 401, enabling a stirring paddle 406 at the bottom end of a stirring shaft 404 to stir the mixed fermented milk, scooping up the mixed fermented milk adhered to the inner wall of the storage hopper body 501 by a scraping plate 407, starting the turntable motor 201, enabling the rotary tray 205 to drive a particle forming disc 206 to rotate, opening a discharge control valve 503 at the bottom end of the storage hopper body 501, controlling the sliding plate 302 to slide along a guide rail 301 away from the turntable mechanism 2, enabling the mixed fermented milk to be dripped into forming grooves 207 of the particle forming disc 206, and closing the discharge control valve 503 and the turntable motor 201 after all the forming grooves 207 are filled with the mixed fermented milk;

and fourthly, transferring the particle forming tray 206 filled with the mixed fermented milk into a freeze drying chamber for refrigeration for 10 hours, carrying out freeze drying, and pouring out the particles in the particle forming tray 206 after drying to obtain the yogurt candy particles.

Referring to fig. 1-7, the candy forming apparatus in the above embodiment includes a base 1, a turntable mechanism 2, a sliding support assembly 3, a stirring mechanism 4 and a storage hopper assembly 5, wherein the turntable mechanism 2 is located on one side above the base 1, the sliding support assembly 3 is located on the other side above the base 1, the stirring mechanism 4 is located above the sliding support assembly 3, the storage hopper assembly 5 is located under the stirring mechanism 4, and the storage hopper assembly 5 is located above the turntable mechanism 2;

carousel mechanism 2 includes carousel motor 201, carousel driving gear 202, carousel driven gear 203, carousel axle 204, rotatory tray 205 and granule shaping dish 206, carousel motor 201 installation is fixed in base 1 below, and the output of carousel motor 201 runs through the base 1 installation and is fixed with carousel driving gear 202, and carousel motor 201's output rotates with base 1 to be connected, carousel driving gear 202 meshes with carousel driven gear 203 mutually, carousel driven gear 203 installation is fixed in on the carousel axle 204, the top and the rotatory tray 205 bottom center fixed connection of carousel axle 204, the bottom and the base 1 of carousel axle 204 rotate to be connected, and is a plurality of granule shaping dish 206 is located inside rotatory tray 205.

The subassembly 3 of bracket slides includes guide rail 301, two guide rail 301 oppositions sets up, and guide rail 301 bottom and 1 upper surface fixed connection of base, guide rail 301 top are equipped with slide 302, slide 302 bottom both sides respectively with guide rail 301 sliding connection, slide 302 top are equipped with support frame 303, support frame 303 bottom and slide 302 center fixed connection, support frame 303 top are equipped with roof 304, the one end and the support frame 303 top fixed connection of roof 304 lower surface.

The storage hopper assembly 5 comprises a storage hopper body 501, the lower side of one side of the storage hopper body 501 is fixedly connected with the support frame 303, a discharge through hole 502 is formed in the center of the bottom end of the storage hopper body 501, a discharge hole 504 is formed in the bottom end of the discharge through hole 502, and a discharge control valve 503 is arranged above the discharge hole 504.

The stirring mechanism 4 comprises a stirring motor 401, a speed reducer 402, a coupler 403 and a stirring shaft 404, the stirring motor 401 is fixedly arranged on one side of the upper surface of the top plate 304, the speed reducer 402 is positioned on one side of the output end of the stirring motor 401, a coupler 403 is arranged between the stirring motor 401 and the speed reducer 402, the output end of the stirring motor 401 is fixedly connected with the input end of the speed reducer 402 through the coupler 403, the output end of the speed reducer 402 penetrates through the top plate 304 and is fixedly connected with the top end of the stirring shaft 404, the bottom end of the stirring shaft 404 is positioned at the bottom end of the interior of the storage hopper body 501, the bottom end of the stirring shaft 404 is provided with a cross bar 405, the center of the cross bar 405 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the stirring shaft 404, one end of the cross bar 405 is fixedly provided with a stirring paddle 406, the other end of the cross bar 405 is provided with a scraping plate 407, one side edge of the scraping plate 407 is matched with the surface of the bottom end inside the storage hopper body 501, and the center of the scraping plate 407 is hinged to the cross rod 405.

The particle forming disc 206 is provided with a plurality of forming grooves 207 which are uniformly distributed.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the candy forming device is used, the sterilized mixed fermented milk is added into a storage hopper body 501 of the candy forming device, a sliding plate 302 is controlled to slide along a guide rail 301 to a direction close to a turntable mechanism 2, a discharge port 504 at the bottom end of the storage hopper body 501 is close to the central position of a rotating tray 205, a stirring motor 401 is started, the output end of the stirring motor 401 drives the input end of a speed reducer 402 to rotate, the output end of the speed reducer 402 drives a stirring shaft 404 to rotate, the stirring shaft 404 drives a stirring paddle 406 and a scraping plate 407 to rotate, the stirring paddle 406 stirs the mixed fermented milk, the scraping plate 407 scoops up the mixed fermented milk adhered to the bottom end of the inner wall of the storage hopper body 501, the mixed fermented milk is prevented from being adhered to the inner wall of the storage hopper body 501, the turntable motor 201 is started, the output end of the turntable motor 201, the turntable driven gear 203 drives the turntable shaft 204 to rotate, the turntable shaft 204 drives the rotary tray 205 to rotate, the rotary tray 205 drives the particle forming tray 206 to rotate, the discharge control valve 503 at the bottom end of the storage hopper body 501 is opened, meanwhile, the sliding plate 302 is controlled to slide along the guide rail 301 away from the turntable mechanism 2, so that the mixed fermented milk is dripped into the forming grooves 207 of the particle forming tray 206, and after all the forming grooves 207 are filled with the mixed fermented milk, the discharge control valve 503 and the turntable motor 201 are closed; and (3) transferring the particle forming tray 206 filled with the mixed fermented milk into a freeze drying chamber for refrigeration for 8-10h, carrying out freeze drying, and pouring out the particles in the particle forming tray 206 after drying to obtain the yogurt candy particles.
