1. A quick nut device, comprising:

a support;

the movable plate is arranged on one side of the support; the movable plate is provided with a plurality of through holes; one end of each through hole, which is far away from the support, is provided with a sleeve for placing a nut;

the push rods are connected to the support, and one end of one push rod movably extends into one through hole; and

the driving assembly is arranged on the support and can drive the movable plate to move towards or away from the support.

2. The quick nut assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said drive assembly includes:

one end of each connecting rod is connected with the movable plate, and the other end of each connecting rod movably penetrates through the support; and

the handle is arranged on one side of the support far away from the movable plate and is connected with the connecting rods.

3. The quick nut mounting device as claimed in claim 2 wherein said drive assembly further includes a spring disposed about said connecting rod or said push rod, said spring having opposite ends abutting said support and said movable plate, respectively.

4. The quick nut mounting device as claimed in claim 3 wherein a handle bracket is attached to said support.

5. The quick nut mounting device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the cross-section of the handle and the cross-section of the handle bracket are both U-shaped, and the handle bracket is sleeved on the outer side of the handle.

6. The quick nut mounting device as claimed in claim 2 wherein said actuating assembly further includes a cylinder having a free end connected to said handle and a fixed end connected to said support.

The plastic product has the advantages of low cost, light weight, strong plasticity and the like, and is widely applied in various fields. In order to facilitate the connection and fixation of the plastic products, nuts are usually embedded in the plastic products. One common nut embedding molding method is to embed a nut in a mold before a plastic product is molded, that is, the nut is firstly sleeved on a PIN in a cavity and then injection molding is performed.

When the nut is placed, manual placement is usually adopted. However, this placement has the following problems:

1. the conditions of leakage and improper placement are easy to occur;

2. for a product with one mold and multiple cavities, a plurality of nuts are usually required to be embedded, and the time and labor are wasted when the nuts are placed one by one;

3. the stand-by time of the machine is long due to the fact that the nuts are placed manually, and if the machine is molded by adding the fiber materials in an injection mode, the appearance of a molded plastic product is whitish; in addition, the stand is standby for a long time, so that the hot nozzle of the injection molding machine is easily cooled, and the stub bar is easily broken.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a quick nut assembly to solve the above problems.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a quick nut assembly comprising:

a support;

the movable plate is arranged on one side of the support; the movable plate is provided with a plurality of through holes; one end of each through hole, which is far away from the support, is provided with a sleeve for placing a nut;

the push rods are connected to the support, and one end of one push rod movably extends into one through hole; and

the driving assembly is arranged on the support and can drive the movable plate to move towards or away from the support.

Further, the drive assembly includes:

one end of each connecting rod is connected with the movable plate, and the other end of each connecting rod movably penetrates through the support; and

the handle is arranged on one side of the support far away from the movable plate and is connected with the connecting rods.

Furthermore, the driving assembly further comprises a spring sleeved on the connecting rod or the push rod, and two ends of the spring respectively abut against the support and the movable plate.

Further, a handle bracket is connected to the support.

Furthermore, the cross section of the handle and the cross section of the handle support are both U-shaped, and the handle support is sleeved on the outer side of the handle.

As shown in fig. 1-10, a quick nut assembly 100 includes a support 10, a movable plate 20, a plurality of push rods 30 and a driving assembly 40; wherein, the movable plate 20 is disposed at one side of the support 10; the movable plate 20 is provided with a plurality of through holes 21; one end of each through hole 21 far away from the support 10 is provided with a sleeve 22 for placing a nut; each push rod 30 is connected to the support 10, and one end of one push rod 30 movably extends into one through hole 21; the driving assembly 40 is disposed on the support 10 and can drive the movable plate 20 to move toward or away from the support 10.

Specifically, in the quick nut mounting device 100, the inner diameter of the sleeve 22 is matched with the outer diameter of the nut; the depth of the sleeve 22 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the nut; the inner diameter of the through hole 21 is larger than or equal to the inner diameter of the nut and smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the sleeve 22; the outer diameter of the push rod 30 is matched with the inner diameter of the through hole 21.

In order to enable the movable plate 20 to be driven to move relative to the support 10, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly 40 includes at least two connecting rods 41 and a handle 42; wherein, one end of each connecting rod 41 is connected with the movable plate 20, and the other end movably passes through the support 10; the handle 42 is disposed on a side of the support 10 away from the movable plate 20 and connected to each connecting rod 41.

In order to achieve the self-return of the movable plate 20, the driving assembly 40 further includes a spring 43 sleeved on the connecting rod 41, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, wherein two ends of the spring 43 respectively abut against the support 10 and the movable plate 20. Of course, the spring 43 can also be sleeved on the push rod 30, as shown in fig. 5-7.

To facilitate the use of the quick nut assembly 100 by an operator, a handle bracket 11 may be provided on the support base 10. Wherein, the cross-section of the handle 42 and the cross-section of the handle bracket 11 are both U-shaped, and the handle bracket 11 is sleeved outside the handle 42, as shown in fig. 1-7.

When the driving assembly 40 of the present embodiment is used, the bracket 11 and the handle 42 are held by a single hand, so that the handle 42 moves relative to the handle bracket 11, and further drives the movable plate 20 to move relative to the support 10, so that the push rod 30 pushes out the nut located in the sleeve 22.

As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the driving assembly 40 includes at least two connecting rods 41, a handle 42 and a cylinder 44, wherein each connecting rod 41 and handle 42 are the same as those in the above embodiment; the cylinder 44 has a movable end connected to the handle 42 and a fixed end connected to the support 10. With the driving assembly 40 of the present embodiment, in use, the air cylinder 44 drives the handle 42 to move relative to the support 10, and the movable plate 20 moves relative to the support 10, so that the push rod 30 pushes out the nut located in the sleeve 22.

In order to ensure that the nut is accurately sleeved on the corresponding PIN, two positioning guide posts 23 may be disposed on the movable plate 20. When the nut is put in, the two positioning guide columns 23 respectively extend into the two positioning holes formed in the die cavity.

In addition, in the present invention, the support 10 and the movable plate 20 can be hollowed out, so as to reduce the weight of the quick nut mounting device 100, and the use is more portable.

The working process of placing the nut by adopting the quick nut mounting device 100 of the invention is as follows:

1) placing the nut within the sleeve 22;

2) moving the fast-assembling nut device 100 to a mold cavity 200 and positioning the fast-assembling nut device through two positioning guide pillars; as shown in fig. 9 and 10;

3) the driving assembly 40 drives the movable plate 20 to move relative to the support 10, and pushes out the nut located in the sleeve 22 to a preset position;

4) the quick nut mounting device 100 withdraws from the mold; and (5) closing the mold and starting injection molding.

Therefore, by adopting the quick nut assembly 100 of the invention, a plurality of nuts can be quickly placed in the mold cavity 200, the stand-by time of the injection molding machine when the nuts are placed is greatly shortened, the production efficiency is improved, the situations of missing placement and improper placement of the nuts are improved, and the quick nut assembly 100 has a simple structure and is very convenient to use.
