Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems in the prior art, and to provide a center control fixing device and a two-wheeled vehicle, which further improve the safety of a lock on the two-wheeled vehicle.

According to a first aspect of the invention, a central control fixing device is provided, which comprises a body, wherein the body comprises two opposite side plates and a middle plate which connects the two side plates at the same side, the two side plates and the middle plate are connected to form an accommodating space in a surrounding manner, the accommodating space is used for fixing a shell which is internally provided with a central control assembly, the shell is detachably connected with the two side plates, and a fixing hole is formed through the middle plate.

Preferably, the side plates are provided with a bayonet at the edge remote from the intermediate plate.

In any of the above schemes, preferably, the two side plates are oppositely bent to form a blocking piece, and the blocking piece is matched with a convex rib arranged on the outer side of the shell to limit the position of the shell in the accommodating space.

In any of the above aspects, preferably, a cable moving hole is provided through the middle plate, wherein the cable moving hole communicates with an edge of the middle plate.

In the related art, two-wheeled vehicles such as a shared bicycle and the like gradually adopt a lock in a split lock mode to operate the two-wheeled vehicles, but the split lock structure is easy to collide and damage or is stolen or damaged by lawless persons due to leakage, and the service life of the split lock is shortened due to the influence of severe weather. The embodiment of the invention aims to solve the technical problems in the related technology and provides a central control fixing device and a two-wheeled vehicle so as to further improve the safety of locks on two-wheeled vehicles such as a shared bicycle and the like and reduce the operation cost of the two-wheeled vehicle.

A first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a central control fixing device for a central control assembly that may be used to mount a split lock on the front of a two-wheeled vehicle. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the taking and paying sheet of the present embodiment can be used for a case of a built-in center control unit to which a separate lock is attached to a two-wheeled vehicle, and a battery box of a detachable battery fixedly connected to the case. The central control fixing device of the embodiment can comprise a body 1, wherein the body 1 comprises two opposite side plates 11 and an intermediate plate 12, the two side plates 11 are connected with the same side, the intermediate plate 12 is connected with the same side and surrounds the two side plates 11 and the intermediate plate 12 to form an accommodating space 13, the accommodating space 13 is used for fixing a shell 2 which is internally provided with a central control assembly, the shell 2 is detachably connected with the two side plates 11, and a fixing hole is formed in the middle plate 12 in a penetrating mode.

The central control fixing device of the embodiment can be used for fixing the shell 2 of the central control assembly of the split lock and the battery. The angles formed by the two side plates 11 and the middle plate 12 can be determined according to the size of a shell of a central control assembly of the split lock, if the size of the shell is larger, the side plates 11 are respectively connected with the middle plate 12, the cross section can be gradually increased from the middle plate 12, and the shell of the central control assembly is convenient to mount in the state; if the size of the shell is smaller, the side plates 11 are respectively connected with the middle plate 12, and the section of the side plates can be gradually reduced from the middle plate 12; the side plates 11 may be perpendicular to the middle plate 12 and connected to the middle plate 12.

The side plates 11 and the middle plate 12 may be integrally formed, specifically, the same plate may be bent, cut, machined and formed, or integrally formed by a die casting method, and the forming process of the body 1 is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The body 1 of the embodiment is manufactured through integral forming, so that the structural stability is enhanced, and the failure rate of the body 1 is reduced.

Further, a passage for mounting or dismounting the battery may be opened in the side plate 11 in communication with the battery case. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the two side plates 11 are oppositely bent to form a stop 112, and the stop 112 cooperates with the rib 21 disposed outside the housing 2 to limit the position of the housing 2 in the accommodating space 13. In this embodiment, the central control housing 3 can be more stably placed in the space surrounded by the control fixing device in this embodiment by providing the retaining block 12. Based on the same or similar design considerations, a second aspect of the embodiment of the invention provides a two-wheeled vehicle, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the two-wheeled vehicle according to the embodiment of the invention; fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a partially exploded structure of the two-wheeled vehicle of fig. 5 according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5 and 6, a head pipe 10 and a bottom fork 20 are provided on a frame, including: a pickup sheet 30 fixed to the head pipe 10 and detachably connected to the center control fixing device according to any one of the above embodiments; a basket 40 detachably connected to the pick-and-place sheet 30 and mounted on the head pipe 10 through the pick-and-place sheet 30; the split lock comprises a central control assembly and a lock body assembly which are electrically connected, wherein the central control assembly is arranged in the shell 2, the shell 2 is detachably connected with a central control fixing device, and the lock body assembly is arranged in a brake box 50 at the tail end of the bottom fork 20.

The housing 2 of the central control assembly in this embodiment is fixed by the central control fixing device after being placed in the accommodating space 13, the central control fixing device and the taking and paying sheet 30 are detachably connected and fixed on the head pipe 10 of the two-wheeled vehicle, and then the central control assembly can be fixed on the head pipe 10 of the two-wheeled vehicle. Compared with the prior art that the central control component is arranged at other positions, the loudspeaker is closer to the ears of a user, so that the user of the two-wheel vehicle can receive voice information conveniently; the GPS positioning chip has higher position and more accurate signal receiving and transmitting.

In some embodiments, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of the taking-off sheet of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of a basket and head pipe combination of the two-wheeled vehicle of the present invention; fig. 9 is an exploded view of the two-wheeled vehicle of the embodiment of the invention as shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the pair of pay-off sheets 30 and the central control fixing device are provided with harness through holes 301 respectively, and the head pipe 10 is provided with threading holes 101 at positions corresponding to the harness through holes 301.
