2) filling a filling material and an adhesive to two sides of a connecting block in the fixing rod respectively, connecting the fixing rod to the corresponding side steel plate through the adhesive, and finally fixing the connecting position of the fixing rod and the side steel plate through welding;

3) placing the side steel plate on the steel base plate, then rotating the two threaded cylinders, and then rotating the connecting sleeve to connect the two threaded cylinders through threads; then, concrete layers are poured on two sides of the side steel plates;

4) arranging a scabbling layer at the upper end of the concrete layer, then pouring a cement mortar layer, and arranging a waterproof layer at the upper end of the cement mortar layer;

5) placing the two supporting devices on two sides of the side steel plate respectively, and then partially driving the fixed connecting nails into the ground bottom through a pile driver;

6) pouring cement concrete layers on the bottom plate and the side baffles, finally paving a medium-particle asphalt layer on the cement concrete layers, and paving a fine-particle asphalt layer on the upper end of the medium-particle asphalt layer;

7) and finally, rotating the connecting sleeve and the threaded cylinder, fixing the supporting rod by welding, and sealing the rubber gasket at the upper ends of the two side steel plates by hot melting.

The sixth specific implementation mode: as shown in fig. 1, this embodiment is a description of a first embodiment, and the waterproof layer 5 is a polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating.

The seventh embodiment: as shown in FIG. 1, the present embodiment is a further description of the first embodiment, and the distance between the two side steel plates 3-4 is 2-4 cm. Avoid the gap too big, the noise is too big when leading to the vehicle to travel.

The specific implementation mode is eight: as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment describes a method for repairing a fixing device for repairing a crack of a road and bridge, the method including the steps of:

1) laying the steel backing plate 3-1 in the crack, and then penetrating a part of the fixed steel bars 3-2 into the ground bottom through the steel backing plate 3-1 by a pile driver;

2) respectively pouring filling materials 3-6 and adhesives 3-9 into two sides of connecting blocks 3-8 in the fixing rods 3-7, connecting the fixing rods 3-7 to the corresponding side steel plates 3-4 through the adhesives 3-9, and finally fixing the connecting parts of the fixing rods 3-7 and the side steel plates 3-4 through welding;

3) placing the side steel plate 3-4 on the steel backing plate 3-1, then rotating the two threaded cylinders 3-13-2, and then rotating the connecting sleeves 3-13-3 to connect the two threaded cylinders 3-13-2 through threads; then, pouring concrete layers 2 to the two sides of the side steel plates 3-4;

4) arranging a scabbling layer 1 at the upper end of a concrete layer 2, then pouring a cement mortar layer 4, and arranging a waterproof layer 5 at the upper end of the cement mortar layer 4;

5) placing the two supporting devices 6 on two sides of the side steel plates 3-4 respectively, and then partially driving the fixed connecting nails 6-2 into the ground bottom through a pile driver;

6) pouring a cement concrete layer 7 on the bottom plate 6-1 and the side baffle 6-4, finally paving a medium-particle asphalt layer 8 on the cement concrete layer 7, and paving a fine-particle asphalt layer 9 on the upper end of the medium-particle asphalt layer 8;

7) finally, the connecting sleeve 3-13-3 and the threaded cylinder 3-13-2 are rotated, the supporting rod 3-11 is fixed through welding, and the rubber pad 3-12 is sealed at the upper ends of the two side steel plates 3-4 through hot melting; the two threaded cylinders 3-13-2 are moved to be close to the corresponding side steel plates 3-4 from the positions shown in figure 2, and further a gap is reserved between the two threaded rods 3-13-1, so that the two side steel plates 3-4 can move oppositely when being subjected to external force.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the temperature difference of the pavement is changed rapidly, the concrete layers 2, the cement mortar layers 4, the waterproof layers 5, the two supporting devices 6, the cement concrete layers 7, the medium-particle asphalt layers 8 and the fine-particle asphalt layers 9 at the two ends of the side steel plates 3-4 move oppositely or reversely to the direction of the side steel plates 3-4, so that the two side steel plates 3-4 are pushed to slide, the gap between the two side steel plates 3-4 is reduced or enlarged, the condition that the pavement is cracked due to expansion or contraction caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the pavement is buffered, the secondary cracking of the repaired pavement is avoided, and the change caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction of the pavement around the crack can be solved by moving the gap between the two side steel plates 3-4, so that the condition that the pavement is cracked is reduced; the device is provided with a medium-particle asphalt layer 8 and a fine-particle asphalt layer 9, so that rainwater can be reduced from permeating into the lower end of the pavement, and the waterproof layer 5 is further arranged at the lower end of the supporting device 6, so that rainwater can be further prevented from permeating; the supporting device 6 is also internally provided with X-shaped steel bars 6-3 for assisting in supporting the medium-particle asphalt layer 8 and the fine-particle asphalt layer 9, so that the problem that the strength of the cement concrete layer 7 is insufficient to influence the service life of the medium-particle asphalt layer 8 and the service life of the fine-particle asphalt layer 9 are avoided; rubber pads 3-12 are arranged at the upper ends of the two side steel plates 3-4, rainwater can be prevented from entering the movable device 3 through a gap between the two side steel plates 3-4, meanwhile, sponge blocks 3-5 are further arranged on the movable plates 3-10, the penetrated rainwater can be adsorbed, the sponge blocks 3-5 can reduce noise, and the noise generated by vibration of air in the gap between the two side steel plates 3-4 after a vehicle passes through the upper end of the movable device 3 is reduced; the rubber pads 3-12 can be maintained and replaced regularly, the occurrence of rain leakage is reduced, and the replacement and maintenance cost is low and convenient.

It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned.

Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment may contain only a single embodiment, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should integrate the description, and the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.
