Background

According to the existing crane, the left side supporting leg and the right side supporting leg can be controlled on two sides of the crane. The operator can enough operate the flexible of left side landing leg promptly on the left side of hoist, also can operate the flexible of right side landing leg, and in the same way, can enough operate the flexible of left side landing leg on the right side of hoist, also can operate the flexible of right side landing leg. Therefore, the operator is on the left side of the crane, and cannot observe the actual position of the right supporting leg, so that great potential safety hazard exists in the operation control of the operator on the right supporting leg on the left side. Similarly, the operator is located on the right side of the crane, and cannot observe the actual position of the left-side supporting leg, so that the operator also has great potential safety hazard on the operation control of the left-side supporting leg on the right side, and safety accidents are easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a supporting leg operating device and a crane, which can realize the operation interlocking of two-side supporting legs of the crane, namely, an operator can only operate the left supporting leg on the left side and can only operate the right supporting leg on the right side, so that the occurrence of safety accidents is reduced, and the operation safety is improved.

Embodiments of the invention may be implemented as follows:

in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a support leg operating device, including an adjusting assembly, a frame, and a first operating assembly and a second operating assembly respectively disposed on two sides of the frame, where the first operating assembly and the second operating assembly are respectively used for being connected to a multi-way valve to control the on/off of the multi-way valve, so as to control a drive support leg to move;

the adjusting assembly is respectively connected with the first operating assembly and the second operating assembly, so that the first operating assembly is used for operating the supporting leg on the same side of the first operating assembly, and the second operating assembly is used for operating the supporting leg on the same side of the second operating assembly.

The supporting leg operating device comprises an adjusting assembly, a rack, and a first operating assembly and a second operating assembly which are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack, wherein the first operating assembly and the second operating assembly are respectively used for being connected with a multi-way valve so as to control the on or off of the multi-way valve and drive the supporting leg to move; the adjusting assembly is respectively connected with the first operating assembly and the second operating assembly, so that the first operating assembly is used for operating the supporting leg on the same side of the first operating assembly, and the second operating assembly is used for operating the supporting leg on the same side of the second operating assembly.

At present, the bilateral interlocking of the left and right control of landing leg can not be realized to most cranes, and the operator can enough operate the flexible of left side landing leg promptly in the left side of crane, also can operate the flexible of right side landing leg, and on the same reason, the operator can enough operate the flexible of left side landing leg on the right side of crane, also can operate the flexible of right side landing leg. Therefore, the operator cannot observe the actual position of the right supporting leg on the left side of the crane, and great potential safety hazard exists in the operation control of the operator on the right supporting leg on the left side of the crane. Similarly, the operator is positioned at the right side of the crane, and cannot observe the actual position of the left supporting leg, so that great potential safety hazards exist in the operation control of the left supporting leg, and safety accidents are easily caused.

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides the supporting leg operating device, which can realize bilateral interlocking of left and right operation of the supporting leg, avoid safety accidents caused by sight blind areas during operation, improve the operation safety and reduce unnecessary economic loss.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a leg manipulating apparatus, which includes an adjusting assembly, a frame 10, and a first operating assembly 30 and a second operating assembly 40 respectively disposed on two sides of the frame 10, wherein the first operating assembly 30 and the second operating assembly 40 are respectively used for connecting with a multi-way valve 20 to control the on/off of the multi-way valve 20, so as to drive a leg to move. The first operating assembly 30 includes a first left operating member 310 (see fig. 3) and a first right operating member 320 (see fig. 3) provided at a first side of the housing 10, and the second operating assembly 40 includes a second left operating member 410 (see fig. 5) and a second right operating member 420 (see fig. 5) provided at a second side of the housing 10. The adjustment assembly includes a first adjustment assembly 50 and a second adjustment assembly 60, the first adjustment assembly 50 is disposed on a first side of the frame 10 and is coupled to the first right operating member 320 to limit operation of the multiplex valve 20 by the first right operating member 320, such that the first side of the frame 10 drives movement of the first side leg by operation of the multiplex valve 20 by the first left operating member 310. The second adjustment assembly 60 is disposed on a second side of the frame 10 and is coupled to the second left operating member 410 to limit operation of the multiplex valve 20 by the second left operating member 410 such that operation of the multiplex valve 20 by the second right operating member 420 actuates movement of the second side leg by the second side of the frame 10. By providing the first adjusting assembly 50 and the second adjusting assembly 60, the leg manipulating device in this embodiment can realize that an operator can only adjust the left leg by the first left operating element 310 on the left side of the crane, and cannot control the stretching and retracting actions of the right leg. And the operator can only adjust the right leg through the second right operation element 420 on the right side of the crane, and cannot control the actions of the left leg such as stretching and retracting, so that the operation safety is improved.

It should be noted that the multi-way valve 20 at least includes a first valve rod, a second valve rod, a third valve rod and a fourth valve rod, and the support legs of the crane at least include a left front support leg, a left rear support leg, a right front support leg and a right rear support leg. The first valve rod acts to control the extension and contraction of the left front supporting leg, the second valve rod acts to control the extension and contraction of the right front supporting leg, the third valve rod acts to control the extension and contraction of the left rear supporting leg, and the fourth valve rod acts to control the extension and contraction of the right rear supporting leg.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first left operating member 310 includes a first handle 311 and a second handle 312 provided at the first side of the frame 10, and the first right operating member 320 includes a third handle 321 and a fourth handle 322 provided at the first side of the frame 10. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second left operating member 410 includes a fifth handle 411 and a sixth handle 412 provided at the second side of the frame 10, and the second right operating member 420 includes a seventh handle 421 and an eighth handle 422 provided at the second side of the frame 10. Wherein, first handle 311 and fifth handle 411 set up relatively, locate the both sides of frame 10 respectively, and first handle 311 is located first side (left side), and fifth handle 411 is located second side (right side), and first handle 311 and fifth handle 411 are connected with first valve rod respectively for the flexible of leg before controlling a left side. Accordingly, the second handle 312 and the sixth handle 412 are oppositely disposed and connected to the third lever, respectively, for controlling the extension and contraction of the left and rear legs. The third handle 321 and the seventh handle 421 are oppositely arranged and respectively connected with the second valve rod, and are used for controlling the extension and contraction of the right front supporting leg. The fourth handle 322 and the eighth handle 422 are oppositely arranged and are respectively connected with the fourth valve rod for controlling the extension and contraction of the right rear supporting leg.

Further, taking the left side of the frame 10 as an example, the first adjusting assembly 50 includes a first adjusting plate 510, one end of the first adjusting plate 510 is connected to the frame 10, and the other end is connected to the first right operating member 320. Optionally, the multiplex valve 20 is disposed on the frame 10 by a first mounting bracket 210. One end of the first adjusting plate 510 is fixed to the first mounting bracket 210, including but not limited to clamping, screwing, bonding, welding or bolting. The first adjusting plate 510 is provided with a first mounting portion 520 and a second mounting portion 530 at an end thereof away from the first mounting bracket 210, the first mounting portion 520 is connected to the third handle 321, and the second mounting portion 530 is connected to the fourth handle 322. Thus, the third handle 321 and the fourth handle 322 are connected to the first adjusting plate 510, and the first adjusting plate 510 limits the movement of the third handle 321 and the fourth handle 322, that is, the third handle 321 and the fourth handle 322 cannot effectively drive the second valve rod and the fourth valve rod on the left side of the rack 10, so that the extension and retraction of the right front leg and the right rear leg cannot be controlled, and the occurrence rate of safety accidents is reduced.

Further, the first mounting portion 520 and the third handle 321 are connected by a first adjusting member 540, and the second mounting portion 530 and the fourth handle 322 are connected by a first adjusting member 540. Thus, the fifth handle 411 and the sixth handle 412 are respectively connected with the second adjusting plate 610, and the second adjusting plate 610 limits the movement of the fifth handle 411 and the sixth handle 412, that is, the fifth handle 411 and the sixth handle 412 cannot effectively drive the first valve rod and the third valve rod on the right side of the frame 10, so that the extension and retraction of the left front leg and the left rear leg cannot be controlled, and the occurrence rate of safety accidents is reduced.

Further, the third mounting part 620 is connected to the fifth handle 411 through a second adjuster 640, and the fourth mounting part 630 and the sixth handle 412 are connected through a second adjuster 640. The distance between second regulating plate 610 and the fifth handle 411 can be adjusted in the setting of second regulating part 640 to and the distance between second regulating plate 610 and the sixth handle 412, make things convenient for the second regulating plate 610 to the fixed of fifth handle 411 and sixth handle 412, can adapt to the stroke of different valve stems through setting up second regulating part 640, realize the complete locking to different stroke valve stems, improve the flexibility and the commonality of using, and further improve the security of oil circuit control. The structures of the first and second adjusting plates 510 and 610 are not limited to the above description, and in other alternative embodiments, the shape of the adjusting plate, the structure, shape, and number of the plurality of mounting portions on the adjusting plate may be flexibly set, and are not particularly limited herein.

Alternatively, the first left operating member 310 and the second left operating member 410 are connected by a link, and the first right operating member 320 and the second right operating member 420 are connected by a link for connecting with the valve stem of the multiplex valve 20. In addition, the first adjusting piece 540 and the second adjusting piece 640 are respectively arranged on the first adjusting plate 510 and the second adjusting plate 610, so that the valve rod locking device can be suitable for complete locking of various valve rods with different strokes, and is good in universality and flexible and convenient to use. It should be noted that the first adjusting plate 510 and the first mounting bracket 210, and the second adjusting plate 610 and the second mounting bracket 220 may also be detachably fixed, and selectively lock different operating handles under different working conditions, so as to adapt to the control of the multi-way valves 20 of different models, so as to improve the operation safety.
