The invention is used in the field of gasket manufacturing, and particularly relates to a gasket manufacturing method and a gasket opening tool.
Background
The flange gasket in the pipeline system is used in a large amount no matter in industrial engineering or civil engineering, and most flange gaskets need to be processed on site except for the flange gasket in a special system which is customized.
At present, the flange gasket is usually processed by a method of cutting materials, namely, a complete gasket is processed at one time, the method has the disadvantages of waste material and low plate utilization rate in the process of processing the gasket.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to at least solve one of the problems of the prior art, and provides a method for manufacturing a gasket and a tool for opening the gasket, which can effectively save materials and improve the utilization rate of a plate.

manufacturing a semicircular gasket die;
manufacturing a plurality of semicircular gaskets which are orderly arranged on a plate by taking the semicircular gasket mould as a template;
a notch is formed in the port of part of the semicircular gasket, and a convex opening capable of being matched with the notch is formed in the port of the rest of the semicircular gasket;
and mutually matching and bonding the semicircular washer with the notch and the semicircular washer with the lug.

Preferably, the openings of two adjacent rows of the semicircular gaskets face oppositely along the direction perpendicular to the perpendicular bisector of the semicircular gasket.
The opening tool for the gasket comprises a base and a pressing plate, wherein the pressing plate is hinged to one end of the base, a pressing opening cutter is arranged on one side, close to a bottom plate, of the pressing plate and used for pressing an assembly opening of the assembled gasket, and a pressing opening groove matched with the pressing opening cutter is arranged on one side, close to the pressing plate, of the bottom plate.
Preferably, a clamping plate is arranged between the pressing plate and the base, the clamping plate is provided with a first end and a second end, the first end is hinged to the base, and a through hole for the opening pressing knife to pass through is formed in the clamping plate.
