flanges on two sides of the penultimate jig in the whole stack of jigs are respectively placed on a group of stock stop mechanisms;

the material supporting mechanism supports the whole stack of jigs until the penultimate jig leaves the material stopping mechanism;

pulling the group of stock stop mechanisms open;

the material supporting mechanism lowers the whole stack of jigs;

the group of stock stop mechanisms are closed and extend into the space between flanges at two sides of the first to last jig and the two jigs;

the material supporting mechanism is reset so that the penultimate jig is placed on the group of material blocking mechanisms, and the penultimate jig falls into the conveying mechanism in the flow channel.

10. The PCB jig feeding method of claim 9, wherein the material supporting mechanism comprises a material supporting cylinder and a set of material receiving cylinders;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of PCB manufacturing, in particular to a PCB jig feeding mechanism and a PCB jig feeding method.

Background

At present, SMT (Surface Mount Technology, Surface assembly Technology or Surface mounting Technology) automatic production line PCB boards are mostly assembled into a whole with a jig (tool) and flow into a production line together, and for solving the problem of automatic production feeding of the PCB jig of an SMT front-section production line, the PCB jig is supplied with materials in a stacking mode, and friction exists between jigs when two adjacent PCB jigs are separated to cause abrasion to the PCB jig.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a feeding mechanism and method for a PCB fixture, aiming at the defect that the PCB fixture is easily worn during feeding in the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: construct a PCB tool feed mechanism for treating a pile of tool of material loading and carry out material loading one by one, each the both sides of tool have the flange respectively, feed mechanism includes:

Preferably, the material supporting mechanism comprises a material supporting cylinder and a group of material receiving cylinders, the group of material receiving cylinders are respectively positioned at two sides of the material supporting cylinder, and the material supporting cylinder extends out to support the whole stack of jigs until the penultimate jig leaves the material blocking mechanism; the group of material receiving cylinders extend out, and the material supporting cylinders retract to lower the whole stack of jigs; the retraction of the material receiving cylinder can realize resetting.

the material supporting mechanism supports the whole stack of jigs until the penultimate jig leaves the material stopping mechanism;

pulling the group of stock stop mechanisms open;

the material supporting mechanism lowers the whole stack of jigs;

the group of stock stop mechanisms are closed and extend into the space between flanges at two sides of the first to last jig and the two jigs;

the material supporting mechanism is reset so that the penultimate jig is placed on the group of material blocking mechanisms, and the penultimate jig falls into the conveying mechanism in the flow channel.

Preferably, the material supporting mechanism supports the whole stack of jigs and specifically comprises: the material supporting cylinder extends out and supports the whole stack of jigs;

The PCB jig feeding mechanism and the method have the following beneficial effects: based on the mechanism, when feeding, the material supporting mechanism supports the whole stack of the jigs until the penultimate jig leaves the material stopping mechanism, so that the group of the material stopping mechanisms can be in no contact with the jigs when being pulled open, then the material supporting mechanism lowers the whole stack of the jigs to enable the group of the material stopping mechanisms to be close to and extend into the space between the flanges at the two sides of the penultimate jig and the two penultimate jig, so that the penultimate jig can be placed on the group of the material stopping mechanisms after the material supporting mechanism is reset, friction still does not exist at the moment, the penultimate jig can fall onto the conveying mechanism along with the reset of the material supporting mechanism, and feeding is realized.

Referring to fig. 1, the feed mechanism in the present embodiment includes: the device comprises a flow channel, a conveying mechanism, a storage bin, a group of stock stop mechanisms capable of stretching in the horizontal plane, a material supporting mechanism capable of lifting in the vertical direction and a sensor 9.

Specifically, the flow channel comprises a group of rails 1 arranged in parallel.

Specifically, the conveying mechanism includes a set of conveying belt 3, the set of conveying belt 3 is correspondingly installed on the inner side of the set of track 1, the inner side of the track 1 refers to the inner side of the track 1 relative to another track 1, the conveying belt 3 is driven by a conveying belt motor 7, the running direction of the conveying belt 3 is consistent with the length of the track 1, and the jig 100 finally falls on the conveying belt 3 to enter the next process.

In order to limit the stacked jig 100, in this embodiment, a set of guiding limiting plates 2 is installed on the set of rails 1, the guiding limiting plates 2 are vertically disposed on the rails 1, the set of guiding limiting plates 2 are disposed opposite to each other, the stock bin is formed between the set of guiding limiting plates 2, and thus the set of guiding limiting plates 2 are separated from the left side and the right side of the stacked jig 100.

The group of stock stop mechanisms can be drawn together and pulled open through horizontal extension, and flanges 101 on two sides of the penultimate jig 100 in the whole stack of jigs 100 are respectively placed on the group of stock stop mechanisms. Specifically, a set of stock stop including correspond install in a set of stock stop cylinder 4 on a set of track 1, install a stock stop cylinder 4 on each track 1 promptly, can design a baffle that matches with tool 100 flange 101 and support tool 100's flange 101, the thickness of baffle is less than the interval between two tool 100's after the stack flange 101, then the baffle is connected with stock stop cylinder 4, stock stop cylinder 4 can drive the baffle and stretch out and draw back.

The material supporting mechanism is positioned below the whole stack jig 100 and can lift in the vertical direction, the height difference between the material supporting mechanism and the whole stack jig 100 is larger than the height difference between the conveying mechanism and the whole stack jig 100, and the material supporting mechanism can support the whole stack jig 100 until the penultimate jig 100 leaves the material blocking mechanism so that the group of material blocking mechanisms can be pulled open; and lowering the whole stack of jigs 100 to enable the group of material blocking mechanisms to be close to each other and extend into the space between the flanges 101 at the two sides of the first to last jig 100 and the second to last jig 100 to be placed on the group of material blocking mechanisms after the material supporting mechanism is reset, and enabling the first to last jig 100 to fall into the conveying mechanism in the flow channel.

Of course, in other embodiments, the material supporting mechanism may also be an electric cylinder instead of the three cylinders in this embodiment, and the electric cylinder may precisely control the ascending position and the descending position thereof.

In order to realize automatic production by interfacing with the SMT automation line, preferably, the feeding mechanism further includes a sensor 9 disposed in front of the conveying mechanism, for sensing whether the jig 100 is separated from the conveying mechanism.

In the present embodiment, the jig 100 is separated and then dropped onto a set of conveyor belts 3, so the distance between a set of rails 1 is related to the size of the jig 100. Preferably, in order to adapt to jigs 100 with different sizes, in this embodiment, the feeding mechanism further includes a flow channel width adjusting mechanism, and the flow channel width adjusting mechanism is connected to the group of rails 1 at the same time, and can adjust the distance between the group of rails 1 through telescopic movement.

Specifically, a slide rail 10 may be designed, the slide rail 10 is perpendicular to the set of rails 1, the set of rails 1 is fixed on the slide rail 10 through a bracket, and the conveyor belt motor 7 is also fixed on the bracket. The support can slide on slide rail 10, and runner width adjustment mechanism includes a motor 7, and its support of connecting on same slide rail 10 simultaneously can adjust the distance of support through motor 7, and then can adjust this a set of track 1's interval, so can be applicable to not unidimensional tool 100. The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the PCB jig 100 is fixedly guided for stacking through the guide limiting plate 2, the material blocking cylinder 4 supports the PCB jig 100 to prevent the PCB jig 100 from falling, the material supporting cylinder 6 extends out to jack up the whole stack of the jig 100 and is separated from the material blocking cylinder 4, the penultimate PCB jig 100 has a certain gap with the material supporting cylinder 6, the material blocking cylinder 4 retracts, and at the moment, the material blocking cylinder 4 has no friction with the PCB jig 100, so that the PCB jig 100 is not abraded; the material receiving cylinder 5 extends out, then the material supporting cylinder 6 retracts, and the material receiving cylinder 5 receives the whole stack of PCB jigs 100 to realize the downward placement of the whole stack of jigs 100; the material blocking cylinder 4 extends to the position between the flanges 101 of the first jig 100 and the second jig 100 from the last to the last, and the material blocking cylinder 4 and the PCB jig 100 have no friction at the moment; connect material cylinder 5 withdrawal, keep off material cylinder 4 and hold penultimate tool 100, penultimate tool 100 is brought into conveyor belt 3 along with connect material cylinder 5 withdrawal, and sensor 9 senses PCB tool 100 and separates conveyor belt 3, and conveyor belt 3 carries out automatic butt joint with automatic production line and realizes automated production.
