A replacing device for a clustered filter cartridge for water treatment of a continuous casting machine, wherein the clustered filter cartridge is installed in a filter, the top of each filter cartridge is provided with a screw rod, the bottom of the filter is fixed on an installation platform, and the top of the filter is provided with an upper cover pore plate corresponding to the clustered filter cartridge, and the replacing device comprises:
the hoisting support frame comprises a first support frame, a hanging bracket and a second support frame, and two ends of the hanging bracket are respectively connected to the top of the first support frame and the top of the second support frame; the bottom of the first support frame is used for being connected with one side of the top of the filter, and the bottom of the second support frame is used for being connected with the mounting platform, so that the hanging frame extends above the filter along the radial direction of the filter; and
the hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting driving piece, a hoisting template and a plurality of extension rods; the lifting driving piece is arranged on the lifting frame and used for driving the lifting appliance template to lift; the plurality of extension rods rotatably penetrate through the lifting appliance template, and the bottom of each extension rod is used for corresponding to one filter cartridge and is in threaded connection with the screw rod.
2. The replacement device according to claim 1, further comprising a positioning assembly;
the positioning assembly comprises a limiting arc plate and positioning pins, the limiting arc plate comprises a first arc plate and a second arc plate which are symmetrically arranged at the top of the filter along the center of the filter, the inner side of each arc plate is provided with an arc inner wall which is used for being in slidable and rotatable fit with the peripheral wall of the lifting appliance template, and each arc plate is also provided with a positioning hole in a penetrating mode along the radial direction of the filter; the positioning pin is in splicing fit with the positioning hole and can extend out of the positioning hole at one side where the arc-shaped inner wall is located;
the peripheral wall of the lifting appliance template is provided with a positioning sliding groove which is used for being in sliding fit with the positioning pin in an axial penetrating mode, when the bottom of the extension rod penetrates through the clustered filter cylinder and is close to the screw rod, the arc-shaped inner wall is in sliding and rotating fit with the peripheral wall of the lifting appliance template, the positioning sliding groove can be in sliding fit with the positioning pin, and therefore the bottom of the extension rod corresponds to the screw rod of the filter cylinder.
3. The changing device according to claim 2, wherein the filter has an upper honeycomb panel slidably engaged with the clustered filter cartridge and a lower honeycomb panel slidably engaged with the clustered filter cartridge, and wherein the perimeter wall of the spreader template is rotatably engaged with the arcuate inner wall when the bottom of the filter cartridge attached to the extension rod contacts the surface of the lower honeycomb panel to allow the filter cartridge to rotate into a corresponding aperture in the lower honeycomb panel.
4. The replacement device according to claim 1, further comprising a guide assembly;
the guide assembly comprises a first guide rod and a second guide rod which are symmetrically arranged at the top of the filter along the center of the filter, each guide rod extends along the vertical direction, and the bottom of each guide rod is detachably connected with the upper cover pore plate;
the peripheral wall of the lifting appliance template is axially provided with a guide sliding groove in a penetrating manner, the guide sliding groove is used for being in sliding fit with the guide rod, and before the bottom of the filter cylinder connected to the extension rod is contacted with the surface of the upper cover pore plate, the guide rod can be in sliding fit with the guide sliding groove, so that the clustered filter cylinder is aligned with the hole of the upper cover pore plate.
5. The changing device according to claim 1, wherein the spreader template is provided with a lifting lug for lifting by the lifting drive, the lifting lug being located in the top center of the spreader template.
6. The changing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the hanger has a first region and a second region, the first region being located on a side of the second region adjacent to the first support frame; the first area is used for corresponding to the filter, the second area is used for corresponding to the area where the filter is not installed on the installation platform, and the hoisting driving piece is connected with the hanging bracket in a sliding mode and can slide between the first area and the second area.
7. The replacing device according to claim 6, wherein a first limiting member for blocking the hoisting driving member is disposed on a side of the first region close to the first support frame, and when the hoisting driving member is matched with the first limiting member, the hanger template and the filter cartridge are coaxially distributed.
8. The replacing device according to claim 6, wherein a second limiting member for blocking the hoisting driving member is disposed on a side of the second region close to the second supporting frame, and when the hoisting driving member is matched with the second limiting member, the spreader template corresponds to the second region.
9. A method for replacing a clustered filter cartridge for water treatment of a continuous casting machine, which is performed by using the replacing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, the method comprising the steps of:
the lifting driving piece drives the lifting appliance template provided with the extension rod to descend from the upper part of the filter, so that the extension rod penetrates through a corresponding hole in the upper cover hole plate;
the lifting appliance template continues to descend until the bottom of the extension rod is in contact with the screw rod of the corresponding filter cylinder;
rotating the extension rod to enable the bottom of the extension rod to be in threaded connection with the screw rod;
after each filter cylinder is in threaded connection with the corresponding extension rod, the lifting driving piece drives the lifting appliance template to ascend, so that the extension rod drives the filter cylinders to ascend until the bottoms of the filter cylinders penetrate out of the upper cover pore plate.
10. The method of changing of claim 9 wherein an upper honeycomb panel slidably engaged with the clustered filter cartridge and a lower honeycomb panel slidably engaged with the clustered filter cartridge are provided within the filter, the method further comprising installing the clustered filter cartridge:
each filter cylinder is in threaded connection with the corresponding extension rod;
the lifting driving piece drives the lifting appliance template provided with the extension rod to descend, so that the bottom of the filter cylinder sequentially penetrates through corresponding holes in the upper cover pore plate, the upper honeycomb pore plate and the lower honeycomb pore plate.
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of continuous casting water treatment filters, in particular to a device and a method for replacing a water treatment cluster type filter cylinder of a continuous casting machine.
Background
In the water supply system of the continuous casting machine, each group of water supply pump sets is provided with a pipeline filter, and after the service life is reached, a filter cylinder of the pipeline filter needs to be detached to clean impurities so as to ensure the service performance of the filter. The filter cartridges of the clustered filter cartridge are relatively large in number, and are usually combined by 13-21 filter cartridges, and the filter cartridges are arranged inside the filter and fixed honeycomb pore plates, and the installation clearance is usually only 0.10 mm.
In the prior art, when a filter cartridge of a cluster filter cartridge is replaced, the following problems generally exist:
1. during operation, an operator needs to be positioned above the filter for operation, the upper cover plate of the filter is generally 2.5m away from the ground, and safety risks such as high-altitude operation, falling, collision and the like exist during operation.
2. In the operation process, an operator needs to stand by the aid of the upper cover plate of the filter, at most, only one operator can operate, the number of filter cartridges is large, and the operation time is long.
3. Because the installation clearance of the filter cylinder on the honeycomb pore plate is small, the filter cylinder is difficult to pull out from the honeycomb pore plate after scaling, and when the filter cylinder is pulled out through manpower, the filter cylinder and the outer frame retainer thereof are deformed and detached due to the action force of a hand power and the axial direction of the filter cylinder, and the filter disc is damaged irreparably due to tearing and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the application is to provide a replacing device and method for a water treatment cluster type filter cylinder of a continuous casting machine, an operator does not need to be located above a filter to operate, cluster type replacing of the filter cylinder in the filter can be achieved, and the damage phenomenon caused by the fact that the filter cylinder is inclined in the stress direction when being pulled out can be effectively avoided.
The embodiment of the application is realized as follows:
in a first aspect, an embodiment of the application provides a replacement device for a water treatment cluster type filter cylinder of a continuous casting machine, which comprises a hoisting support frame and a hoisting assembly. The clustered filter cartridges are arranged in the filter, the top of each filter cartridge is provided with a screw rod, the bottom of the filter is fixed on the mounting platform, and the top of the filter is provided with an upper cover pore plate corresponding to the clustered filter cartridges.
The hoisting support frame comprises a first support frame, a hanging bracket and a second support frame, wherein two ends of the hanging bracket are respectively connected to the top of the first support frame and the top of the second support frame; the bottom of the first support frame is used for being connected with one side of the top of the filter, and the bottom of the second support frame is used for being connected with the mounting platform, so that the hanging frame extends above the filter along the radial direction of the filter.
The hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting driving piece, a hoisting template and a plurality of extension rods; the lifting driving piece is arranged on the lifting frame and used for driving the lifting appliance template to lift; a plurality of extension rods rotatably penetrate through the lifting appliance template, and the bottom of each extension rod is used for corresponding to one filter cylinder and is in threaded connection with the screw rod.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, because a plurality of extension rods rotationally run through set up in hoist template and the bottom of every extension rod be used for with one strain a section of thick bamboo correspond and with lead screw threaded connection, operating personnel makes the bottom of extension rod and the lead screw threaded connection of a section of thick bamboo through the top of rotating every extension rod, can connect a plurality of cartridge filter cluster ground on the hoist template through the extension rod.
In operation, an operator only needs to rotate the top of the extension rod at one side of the filter to perform threaded connection between the extension rod and the filter cylinder, and does not need to be positioned above the filter to perform operation. A plurality of filter cylinders in the filter can be driven to move simultaneously through the movement of the lifting appliance template, and the clustered replacement of the filter cylinders in the filter is realized. In the hoisting process, the hoisting driving piece drives the hoisting tool template to lift, the hoisting driving piece can provide acting force in the vertical direction for the hoisting tool template, and the damage phenomenon caused by the inclination of the stress direction when the filter cylinder is pulled out can be effectively avoided.
In the embodiment of this application, the bottom of first support frame is used for being connected with one side at the top of filter, utilizes the support basis of filter body as first support frame, has improved the stability of being connected of hoist and mount support frame and filter. Because the lifting appliance template carries out cluster type replacement on a plurality of filter cylinders during operation, when the filter cylinders are lifted out and installed, the precision requirement on the lifting position of the lifting appliance template is high, the filter body is used as the supporting base of the first supporting frame, and compared with the first supporting frame fixed on the installation platform, the matching performance of the lifting supporting frame and the filter is improved, and the lifting position is convenient to determine.
In some possible embodiments, the replacement device further comprises a positioning assembly; the positioning assembly comprises a limiting arc plate and positioning pins, the limiting arc plate comprises a first arc plate and a second arc plate which are symmetrically arranged at the top of the filter along the center of the filter, the inner side of each arc plate is provided with an arc inner wall which is used for being in slidable and rotatable fit with the peripheral wall of the lifting appliance template, and each arc plate is also provided with a positioning hole in a penetrating manner along the radial direction of the filter; the positioning pin is in splicing fit with the positioning hole and can extend out of the positioning hole at one side where the arc-shaped inner wall is located.
The peripheral wall of the lifting appliance template is provided with a positioning sliding groove which is used for being in sliding fit with the positioning pin in an axial penetrating mode, when the bottom of the extension rod penetrates through the cluster type filter cylinder and is close to the screw rod, the arc-shaped inner wall is in sliding and rotating fit with the peripheral wall of the lifting appliance template, the positioning sliding groove can be in sliding fit with the positioning pin, and therefore the bottom of the extension rod corresponds to the screw rod of the filter cylinder.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, the hoist template is when descending to the bottom of extension rod and passing a cluster filter section of thick bamboo and be close the lead screw, but first arc and second arc pass through arc inner wall and hoist template's sliding fit, the central point of restriction hoist template puts, at this moment, perisporium and arc inner wall's rotation through the hoist template, finely tune the position of hoist template and make the location spout can cooperate with locating pin slidable, realize the secondary accurate positioning to the hoist template, make the bottom of extension rod aim at with the lead screw of straining a section of thick bamboo accurately, guarantee that the extension rod can accurately be connected the extension rod with the lead screw of straining a section of thick bamboo after descending to target in place, it is more convenient to operate.
In some possible embodiments, the filter is provided with an upper honeycomb panel slidably engaged with the clustered filter cartridges and a lower honeycomb panel slidably engaged with the clustered filter cartridges, and the peripheral wall of the hanger template is rotatably engaged with the curved inner wall when the bottom of the filter cartridge connected to the extension rod contacts the surface of the lower honeycomb panel to allow the filter cartridge to be rotated into a corresponding hole in the lower honeycomb panel.
Research finds that when a plurality of filter cartridges are installed in a cluster mode, the filter cartridges need to sequentially penetrate through an upper cover pore plate, an upper honeycomb pore plate and a lower honeycomb pore plate, and after the bottoms of the filter cartridges sequentially penetrate through the upper cover pore plate and the upper honeycomb pore plate, the center alignment of the filter cartridges and the lower honeycomb pore plate is difficult to calibrate, so that the plurality of filter cartridges in the cluster mode cannot easily penetrate through the lower honeycomb pore plate, and the requirement on the technical level of an operator is high.

Research shows that when a plurality of filter cylinders are installed in a cluster mode, in the process of descending a lifting appliance template connected with the filter cylinders to an upper cover pore plate, the lifting appliance template is lifted by a lifting driving piece to descend, the lifting appliance template is easy to incline, and therefore the cluster type filter cylinders can penetrate through the upper cover pore plate at the same time.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, before the bottom of straining a section of thick bamboo and the surface contact of upper cover orifice plate, cooperate through guide bar and direction spout slidable and lead to the hoist template, can effectively avoid the hoist template to take place to incline for a plurality of straining a section of thick bamboo of cluster can align better and pass the hole of upper cover orifice plate.
In some possible embodiments, the spreader template is provided with a lifting lug for lifting by the lifting drive, the lifting lug being located centrally on the top of the spreader template.

In some possible embodiments, the hanger has a first region and a second region, the first region being located on a side of the second region adjacent to the first support frame; the first area is used for corresponding to the filter, the second area is used for corresponding to the area where the filter is not installed on the installation platform, and the hoisting driving piece is connected with the hanging bracket in a sliding mode and can slide between the first area and the second area.
According to the technical scheme, the hoisting driving piece is configured to slide between the first area and the second area, and when the hoisting driving piece is located in the first area, the lifting tool template hoisted to the hoisting driving piece corresponds to the filter, so that the filter cartridge can be conveniently pulled out and mounted; when the lifting driving piece is located in the second area, the lifting tool template lifted on the lifting driving piece corresponds to the area where the filter is not installed, so that the operations of cleaning and impurity removal of the filter cartridge and the like are conveniently carried out on the periphery of the filter, and the operation is more convenient.
In some possible embodiments, a first limiting member for blocking the hoisting driving member is disposed on a side of the first region close to the first support frame, and when the hoisting driving member is matched with the first limiting member, the spreader template and the filter cartridge are coaxially distributed.
Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, first locating part is used for lifting by crane the driving piece and carry on spacingly in the hoist and mount position in first region, conveniently realizes the accurate positioning of hoist template and filter.
In some possible embodiments, a second limiting member for blocking the hoisting driving member is disposed on a side of the second region close to the second support frame, and when the hoisting driving member is matched with the second limiting member, the spreader template corresponds to the second region.
In the technical scheme, the second limiting part is used for limiting the arranging position of the lifting driving part in the second area, and the accurate positioning of the filter cartridge and the area without the filter is conveniently realized.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for replacing a cluster filter cartridge for water treatment of a continuous casting machine, which is performed by using the replacement device provided in the embodiment of the first aspect, and the replacement method includes:
the lifting driving piece drives the lifting appliance template provided with the extension rod to descend from the upper part of the filter, so that the extension rod penetrates through the corresponding hole in the upper cover hole plate; the lifting appliance template continues to descend until the bottom of the extension rod is contacted with the screw rod of the corresponding filter cylinder; rotating the extension rod to enable the bottom of the extension rod to be in threaded connection with the screw rod; after each filter cylinder is in threaded connection with the corresponding extension rod, the lifting driving piece drives the lifting tool template to ascend, so that the extension rod drives the filter cylinder to ascend until the bottom of the filter cylinder penetrates out of the upper cover hole plate.

each filter cylinder is in threaded connection with the corresponding extension rod; the lifting driving piece drives the lifting appliance template provided with the extension rod to descend, so that the bottom of the filter cylinder sequentially penetrates through corresponding holes in the upper cover pore plate, the upper honeycomb pore plate and the lower honeycomb pore plate.
In the technical scheme, the replacement device is adopted for mounting the cluster filter cylinders, and the operation is convenient.
