Background

In the conventional production and processing process of metal workpieces, the workpieces are often twisted in different degrees in various processing procedures, and the situation of uneven stress in the cross section direction also exists, so that the workpieces are bent or stretched and deformed.

The existing general straightening machine fixes two ends of a workpiece through clamping components, then applies pulling force to two sections of the workpiece through a power component, so that the workpiece is processed into a straight state, but because the workpiece to be straightened is in a twisted state, certain torque force is applied to the clamping components fixed at the two ends simultaneously in the straightening process, and the torque force is transmitted to an output shaft of the power component through a clamping component, because the output shaft of the power component is used for reciprocating motion in the straight direction to apply the pulling force, the resistance or the resolution capability to the torque force is not provided, and because the twisting directions and the degrees of different workpieces are different, the directions and the sizes of the torque force are different, so that the power device of the existing straightening machine is easy to deform under the action of the torque force, and the service life is influenced.

one end of a workpiece to be straightened is fixed on the straightening machine or a fixing mechanism outside the straightening machine, the clamping part clamps the other end of the straightened workpiece, the power part is started, a power rod of the power part drives the first rotating assembly, then the first rotating assembly drives the first pull rod, the second pull rod and the elastic support for supporting the first pull rod and the second pull rod, and finally the clamping part is driven to move on the plane of the rack, so that the workpiece is straightened; a first rotating assembly and a second rotating assembly are arranged between the first pull rod and the second pull rod, and are used for transversely swinging left and right, so that when the power part outputs power, the power rod on the power part can transversely swing left and right relative to the first pull rod and the second pull rod, and transverse bending force of the power rod of the power part during working is eliminated; two ends of the first rotating assembly are respectively and rotatably connected with one end of the first pull rod and one end of the second pull rod, and two ends of the second rotating assembly are respectively and rotatably connected with the other end of the first pull rod and the other end of the second pull rod, so that the power rod on the power part can swing up and down relative to the first pull rod and the second pull rod, and longitudinal bending force of the power rod of the power part during working is eliminated; in other words, in the straightening process, the transverse and longitudinal bending forces of the power part are eliminated, the stress is concentrated in one direction in which the power rod of the power part extends, the stable operation of the device is ensured, and the failure rate of the device is reduced.
