Also relates to a hydrolysed pectin polysaccharide isolate obtainable by the process, and to a process for preparing a product selected from a nutritional formulation, a food product, a dietary supplement, a beverage or a pharmaceutical product, the process comprising adding the above hydrolysed pectin polysaccharide isolate.)
