A construction method of a water-based polyurethane coating on a wind power blade is characterized in that the water-based polyurethane coating is coated on the inner surface of a mold before resin is poured into the blade, and the water-based polyurethane coating is heated by using the residual temperature of the mold before the front blade is demolded or by using heating equipment of the mold, so that the drying of the water-based polyurethane coating is accelerated.

2. The construction method of the waterborne polyurethane coating on the wind power blade as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main construction process flow comprises:

(1) coating a release agent, namely coating the release agent on the inner surface of the blade female die;

(2) coating a water polyurethane coating, and directly coating the water polyurethane coating in the blade female die coated with the release agent after the release agent is dried;

(3) laying glass fiber cloth, and laying the glass fiber cloth on the surface of the coating after the waterborne polyurethane coating is dry by finger pressing;

(4) vacuum pouring epoxy resin, and heating and curing;

(5) and (4) demolding the blade, wherein the blade can be demolded from the female die after the epoxy resin is cured.
