Background

The filter is an automobile part and is divided into an oil filter, a fuel filter and the like according to different filtering functions. The oil filter is located in the engine lubrication system. The upstream of the engine oil pump is an oil pump, and the downstream of the engine oil pump is various parts needing lubrication in the engine. The oil pan filter has the functions of filtering harmful impurities in the oil from the oil pan, supplying clean oil to the crank shaft, the connecting rod, the cam shaft, the supercharger, the piston ring and other kinematic pairs, and playing roles of lubricating, cooling and cleaning, thereby prolonging the service life of the parts. The fuel filter has the functions of filtering harmful particles and moisture in an engine fuel gas system so as to protect an oil pump nozzle, a cylinder sleeve, a piston ring and the like, reduce abrasion and avoid blockage. However, the service life of the existing filter is generally short, and the filter is replaced more frequently particularly in some heavily polluted environments. Therefore, a filter capable of self-cleaning is developed, and the service life of the filter is prolonged.

Disclosure of Invention

According to the defects in the prior art, the technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the defects of the prior art are overcome, the filter with the self-cleaning function is provided, the service life of the filter is prolonged, and the problems are solved.

The invention relates to a filter with a self-cleaning function, which comprises a shell, wherein the upper end and the lower end of the shell are respectively provided with a filter element upper end cover and a filter element lower end cover; a flow guide pipe is further arranged in the shell, the top of the flow guide pipe is connected with the upper end cover of the filter element, an impeller is arranged in the flow guide pipe, a rotatable dirt separation plate is arranged below the lower end cover of the filter element, the impeller is coaxially connected with the dirt separation plate, and a flushing port which is arranged in the radial direction is arranged on the dirt separation plate; the bottom of the shell is provided with a sewage collecting cavity, and the bottom of the sewage collecting cavity is provided with a sewage draining outlet.

When the engine is started, the engine (fuel) oil containing impurities flows into each filtering ceramic core cavity through the through hole of the upper end cover of the filter element, the filtering ceramic core is of a tubular structure made of ceramics, the impurities larger than the filtering precision are intercepted on the inner wall of the filtering ceramic core, and the filtered engine (fuel) oil seeps out from the outer wall and then is discharged through the guide pipe to enter a motion lubricating pair of other equipment or devices.

In the process, when the machine (fuel) oil passes through the flow guide pipe, the impeller is pushed to rotate, the impeller drives the dirt separation plate to rotate slowly, when the flushing port is aligned with the through hole of the lower end cover of the filter element, the pressure in the cavity of the filter ceramic element is reduced rapidly, impurities intercepted on the inner wall of the filter element fall off from the wall of the ceramic pipe under the action of the internal and external pressure difference of the filter ceramic element, and the oil coming from the upper end is brought into the dirt collection cavity at the bottom of the filter, so that the aim of cleaning the pipe wall is fulfilled.

Preferably, a normally closed electromagnetic valve is arranged at the sewage draining port. The normally closed electromagnetic valve controlled by a relay is installed at the bottom of the filter, and the electromagnetic valve is opened after the engine runs for a certain time to discharge impurities at the bottom.

Preferably, the upper end cover of the filter element is provided with a bypass valve. In the initial stage of the cold start of the engine, the viscosity of engine (fuel) oil is high due to the influence of temperature, the internal pressure of the filter is high, diaphragm type bypass valves are arranged on the upper end covers of the filter elements, and when the internal pressure of the filter is higher than the opening pressure of the bypass valves, the bypass valves are opened to allow the engine (fuel) oil to pass through, so that the filter and the engine are protected.

Preferably, the top of the upper end cover of the filter element is provided with a spiral sealing plate assembly, the spiral sealing plate assembly is provided with an oil inlet hole and an oil outlet hole, the oil inlet hole is communicated with a through hole in the upper end cover of the filter element, and the oil outlet hole is communicated with the flow guide pipe. The screw sealing plate component fixes the filter ceramic core, the filter element upper end cover and the filter element lower end cover in the shell.

Preferably, in the shell, a support spring sheet is arranged below the lower end cover of the filter element. The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the engine is started, engine (fuel) oil containing impurities enters the filter through the oil inlet hole 13 of the spiral sealing plate, flows into the cavities of the ceramic filter cores 3 along the holes of the filter core upper end cover 2, the ceramic filter cores 3 are tubular structures made of ceramics, the impurities larger than the filter precision are intercepted on the inner walls of the ceramic filter cores 3, the filtered engine (fuel) oil seeps out from the outer walls, and then enters the motion lubrication pair from the oil outlet hole 14 of the spiral sealing plate through the flow guide pipe 4.

At the initial stage of a cold start period of an engine, the viscosity of engine (fuel) oil is high due to the influence of temperature, the internal pressure of the filter is high, a diaphragm type bypass valve is arranged on the upper end cover 2 of the filter element, the bypass valve 10 can be communicated with an oil outlet 14 on the spiral sealing plate, when the internal pressure of the filter is greater than the opening pressure of the bypass valve 10, the bypass valve 10 is opened to allow the engine (fuel) oil to pass through, and then the engine (fuel) oil enters a lubricating pair from the oil outlet 14 of the spiral sealing plate to protect the engine, reduce the pressure and protect the filter.

The filtered machine (fuel) oil enters the lubricating pair from the oil outlet of the spiral sealing plate through the flow guide pipe 4. When machine (fuel) oil passes through the flow guide pipe 4, the impeller 5 is pushed to rotate, the impeller 5 drives the dirt separation plate 7 to rotate slowly, when the flushing port 15 is aligned with the hole of the filter element lower end cover 6, the pressure in the cavity of the filter ceramic element 3 is rapidly reduced, impurities intercepted on the inner wall of the filter element fall off from the wall of the ceramic pipe under the action of the internal and external pressure difference of the filter ceramic pipe, and the oil entering from the oil inlet is brought into the dirt collection cavity at the bottom of the filter, so that the aim of cleaning the pipe wall is fulfilled. The supporting spring pieces 8 prevent oil stains from flowing backwards, so that the oil stains are precipitated at the bottom of the shell. The normally closed electromagnetic valve 9 controlled by a relay is installed at the bottom of the filter, and the electromagnetic valve is opened after the engine runs for a certain time to discharge impurities at the bottom.

The impeller 5 drives the dirt separating plate 7 to rotate, the ceramic cores 3 are cleaned and filtered in turn, the electromagnetic valve is opened periodically to discharge oil dirt, and the operation is repeated, so that the service life of the filter cores is prolonged.
