Background

The high-purity quartz sand has excellent chemical stability, high insulation and pressure resistance and extremely low volume expansion coefficient, is an indispensable important raw material for high and new technology industries such as electronic core devices, photoconductive communication materials, solar cells and the like, and is a basic raw material for producing quartz crucibles, and manufacturing containers and chips of single crystal silicon rods. The high-purity quartz sand is prepared by elaborately processing 1-3 grade natural quartz and high-quality natural quartz rock, but the reserves of natural crystals in the nature are continuously reduced, and the price of the crystals is expensive, so the high-purity quartz sand is mainly extracted from quartz ore at present. The natural quartzite has high content of metal impurities and non-metal impurities, and is generally prepared into quartz powder with the purity of silicon dioxide of more than or equal to 99.99 percent by adopting the processing technologies of jaw crushing, screening, flotation, acid treatment, cleaning, magnetic separation and the like, wherein the acid treatment is the most critical and core technology in the purification process of high-purity quartz sand.

The high-purity quartz sand acid treatment process generally adopts hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid to be mixed for use, so that a large amount of metal and nonmetal impurities in quartz are removed, meanwhile, the use of the hydrofluoric acid can better remove lattice impurities in the quartz, and the purity of silicon dioxide in the high-purity quartz sand can be greatly improved. Hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid are highly corrosive acids that react with quartz sand to produce harmful silicon tetrafluoride gas, and the reaction is an exothermic chemical reaction that produces some hydrofluoric acid gas and hydrochloric acid gas. At present, a bipyramid lining polytetrafluoroethylene dynamic pickling device is generally adopted in China, the dynamic process has larger friction force, the Mohs hardness of quartz sand is very high and is much higher than that of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the polytetrafluoroethylene of the lining is easy to fall off; in the production process, the tank body is always corroded, so that the risk of acid liquor leakage is caused, and the potential safety hazard is large; and the polytetrafluoroethylene material is expensive and not easy to line. Meanwhile, hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid generate a large amount of heat in the dilution process, the temperature of the acid liquid can be rapidly increased, the acid liquid is mixed with high-purity quartz sand to generate a heating chemical reaction, and a jacket heating mode is not particularly adopted. Even if the device does not adopt a dynamic mode, the device also has the defects of difficult discharge, complex operation, high manufacturing cost and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention has reasonable design and provides the high-purity quartz sand acidification cleaning device which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient operation, safety, environmental protection and thorough material discharge.

the invention aims to provide a high-purity quartz sand acidification cleaning device which is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate, safe, environment-friendly and thorough in material discharge. The flowing of the circulating acid liquor ensures the consistency and the uniformity of the chemical reaction; the acid liquor generates heat in the dilution configuration and reacts with the high-purity quartz sand to generate heat chemical reaction, so that the requirement of the chemical reaction speed on temperature factors is met. Particularly, the technical index requirement of the acid treatment cleaning process in the purification process of the high-purity quartz sand can be met without adopting a jacket heating and dynamic mode, so that the production cost is reduced; the gas vacuum absorption system adopts sodium hydroxide as absorption liquid, can better absorb hydrofluoric acid gas, hydrochloric acid gas and silicon tetrafluoride harmful gas generated in the whole process, and plays a role in safety and environmental protection.

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1.

The acidification cleaning device for the high-purity quartz sand comprises an acidification box 1, wherein the acidification box 1 is cuboid, the width and the height of the acidification box are the same, and the length of the acidification box is at least two times of the width of the acidification box. The upper bottom surface is a movable cover plate as shown in figure 2, a feed inlet 18 and an acid inlet 15 are arranged above the left side surface, a circulating acid inlet 14 and an air inlet 19 are arranged above the front side surface, and an ultrapure water inlet 3 and a gas pumping outlet 4 are arranged above the rear side surface, wherein a gas vacuum discharge outlet is connected into an absorption tank 8 by a ppr pipeline 20, and the absorption tank is connected with a vacuum unit 9 by a pipeline 21; the bottom of the right side surface is provided with a circulating acid liquor outlet 10 and a liquid discharging and discharging opening 6, wherein the liquid discharging and discharging opening can discharge acid liquor, cleaning liquid and acid to treat the cleaned high-purity quartz sand.

The inlet of the circulating acid pump 12 is connected with the circulating acid outlet 10 of the acidification box, and the outlet is connected with the circulating acid inlet 14 of the acidification box 3, so that the circulating acid pump is used for circulating the acid in the acidification box 3 to ensure the consistency of the acid content in the acidification box.

When the material is discharged, the cover plate 2 of the acidification box 3 can be opened, the internal baffle 5 can be pulled out from the top, the inside of the acidification box 3 is flushed by the movable pure water pipe, and the material is discharged cleanly and thoroughly along with the flow of water without residual redundant material.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

1. injecting materials: firstly, opening a feeding valve, injecting the materials and water into an acidification box in a flowing mode, after the materials are injected, placing the materials in the acidification box approximately and uniformly, discharging water, and after the water is discharged, covering an acidification box cover plate.

2. Acid feeding: opening an acid inlet valve, injecting a prepared hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid mixed acid solution with a certain volume, and simultaneously opening a vacuum unit; and then turning on a circulating acid pump, working for 2 minutes, turning off, turning on the circulating acid pump every 10 minutes, and working for 1 minute, and circulating in such a way.

3. Acid discharge and cleaning: stopping using the circulating acid pump after the acid treatment is finished; acid discharging, namely opening an ultrapure water valve after the acid discharging is finished, cleaning the material for multiple times by using ultrapure water until the conductivity of the cleaning liquid meets the requirement, and stopping cleaning; while the vacuum unit is turned off.

4. Discharging: and (4) moving the cover plate away, pulling out the internal baffle plate, opening the discharge valve, opening the ultrapure water inlet valve, and simultaneously flushing the materials by using the moved ultrapure water pipe until the materials are completely discharged.

The invention aims to provide a high-purity quartz sand acidification cleaning device which is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate, safe, environment-friendly and thorough in material discharge.
