背景技术

扫描电镜是利用一束极细的电子束扫描样品，在样品表面激发出次级电子，对固体材料进行分析的仪器。样品台是承载样品与调节必需的工具，调节运动样品台可以获得合适的样品观察位置。但是常规的样品台在观察试样中存在以下一些问题：1、当样品尺寸较大且外形不规则时，通常需要一些辅助的材料对样品进行支撑，使样品能较平稳地放置于样品台上。这样在观察过程中，随着样品台移动，辅助支撑材料可能产生松动，从而导致样品移动，影响观察图像的质量，严重时可能会掉下样品台，损伤扫描电镜。2、当大尺寸或者较重的样品需要进行倾斜观察时，即使通过导电胶固定在样品台上，倾斜角度也不能太大，否则试样易从样品台滑落。本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：设计一种结构简单，固定牢固，夹持空间可调的样品台。

发明内容

本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，设计一种结构简单，易于制造，固定牢固，夹持空间可调的样品台；

为了实现上述的目的，本发明的样品夹持台设计为宽口样品槽，其特征是在样品槽侧壁上设有可旋转的大头螺钉，螺母头设在槽内部。槽内设有活动金属条，通过活动金属条底部中间部位的孔安在螺钉上。并且样品槽的形状可以是方形或者圆形；

该使用新型的工作方式是将活动金属条套在螺钉上，旋转螺母，带动活动金属条移动，将不同尺寸的样品固定在样品槽另一侧侧壁和可动金属条中间或者同时移动两条长螺钉，将样品固定在两条活动金属条中间。测试完后，旋转螺母，松开活动金属条，样品和活动金属条都可以直接取出；

以下以具体实施例来说明本发明的技术方案，但本发明的保护范围不限于此：实施例1：方形夹持台配有一套金属活动条和长螺钉，夹持台长度2cm，宽度2cm，移动活动条，可以固定5-10mm长的样品。实施例2：方形夹持台配有两套金属活动条和长螺钉，夹持台长度2cm，宽度4cm，移动活动条，可以固定30mm以下的样品。
