The positioning mechanism 30 includes a first clamping block 31 and a second clamping block 32, the fixing member 211 is limited between the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32, and a magnetic member 2111 attracted to the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 is disposed in the fixing member 211.

In this embodiment, the first clamping block 31 and the second clamping block 32 are made of plain carbon steel, and the magnetic member 2111 is a magnet. It can be understood that this quick positioning and clamping device cooperates with the material taking mechanism 50, and the material taking mechanism 50 is provided with a plurality of vacuum chucks 51 for sucking up the workpiece 201 on the retainer plate 22, and this workpiece 201 is specifically a rubber frame.
