Background

A plurality of precipitation wells are required to be built for precipitation in underground construction dewatering and drainage construction, at present, the tube well precipitation is a precipitation mode which is common in application and relatively mature in technology, and when the tube well precipitation is adopted, steel tubes, cast iron tubes, cement tubes, plastic tubes and the like are generally adopted in the prior art. Although the well pipe made of the steel pipe or the cast iron pipe has high strength and good water outlet effect, a large amount of gravel is extruded around the well pipe after the foundation pit is finished, so that the well pipe is disposable, is not easy to recover and can not be recycled, certain resource waste is caused, and the requirement of environmental protection cannot be met while the cost is high. Therefore, on the premise of meeting the requirement of foundation pit dewatering, a device and a method for recycling the concrete well pipe of the dewatering well are developed.

firstly, erecting the support on a wellhead of the dewatering well, placing the chain block on the support, and hanging the auxiliary lifting rope on the chain block; then, the gripping apparatus is assembled, the first steel plate and the second steel plate are connected through the adjusting holes according to the diameter of the concrete well pipe, and a connecting point of the first steel plate and the second steel plate is a lower lifting point when the assembly is completed; then, the other end of the auxiliary lifting rope is connected with the lower lifting point, and the gripping apparatus is lowered and extended into the concrete well pipe; then, the main lifting rope is hooked in the lifting hole, the auxiliary lifting rope is taken off, the cross braces are opened along with the hooking of the two ends of the main lifting rope, and the contact feet grasp the wall of the concrete well pipe under tension; and finally, hoisting the concrete well pipe by using the chain block, lifting the well mouth, and recovering the concrete well pipe.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: by adopting the technical scheme, the method is simple, convenient and practical, the self-made gripping apparatus is used, the structure is simple, the material selection is convenient, the cost is lower, the recycling frequency is high, the purpose of recycling the well pipe repeatedly can be achieved, the material and the energy are saved, the clamp can be flexibly adjusted according to the weight and the size of the dewatering well, the device is light in weight, strong in adaptability, convenient for field construction and application, and can be widely popularized and used, and great social benefits are created.

Referring to fig. 3, the front enlarged schematic view of the gripping apparatus of the present invention includes a bridging member, a reinforcing rib plate, and a contact foot, wherein the reinforcing rib plate is disposed at the bottom of the bridging member, and the contact foot is disposed on the reinforcing rib plate and is used for gripping a concrete well pipe 6; the top end of the scissor support is provided with a hoisting hole 7, the gripping apparatus 5 is connected with the main lifting rope 3 through the hoisting hole 7, the scissor support comprises two arc-shaped steel plates which are arranged in an axisymmetric mode, the arc-shaped steel plates are respectively a first steel plate 9 and a second steel plate 10, the first steel plate 9 and the second steel plate 10 are X-shaped, the arc-shaped steel plates with the thickness of 2mm and the width of 200mm are preferably adopted in the invention, and the arc length is set to be 500 mm.

Referring to fig. 6, which is a schematic side view of a connection manner of the upper half portions of the first steel plate 9 and the second steel plate 10 of the present invention, the left side of the drawing is shown as the first steel plate 9, and the right side of the drawing is a side view of the connection of the first steel plate 9 and the second steel plate 10, as shown in the drawing, a fastening groove 16 is disposed on the back of the upper end of the first steel plate 9, and the upper end of the second steel plate 10 penetrates through the fastening groove 16 to be fixedly connected with the first steel plate 9, so as to fix the upper half portions of the first steel plate 9 and the. Referring to the invention shown in fig. 1, when an auxiliary lifting rope 4 is connected with a gripping apparatus 5 and is lowered into a front schematic view of a concrete well pipe 6, firstly, a support 1 is erected at a wellhead of the dewatering well, a chain block 2 is arranged on the support 1, the auxiliary lifting rope 4 is hung on the chain block 2, at the moment, a main lifting rope 3 is firstly placed, the gripping apparatus 5 is assembled, a first steel plate 9 and a second steel plate 10 are connected through an adjusting hole 11 according to the diameter of the concrete well pipe 6, and a connection point of the first steel plate 9 and the second steel plate 10 is a lower lifting point 8 when the assembly is completed; the device is lowered and extended into a concrete well pipe 6 of a dewatering well by using an auxiliary lifting rope 4 to connect a lower lifting point 8; after the device is placed into a concrete well pipe 6, the main lifting rope 3 is hooked in a lifting hole 7, the auxiliary lifting rope 4 is taken off, the cross braces are opened along with hooks at two ends of the main lifting rope 3, the contact feet 15 are tensioned to grasp the wall of the concrete well pipe 6, force is applied through the main lifting rope 3, force is transmitted to the contact feet 15, reverse pressure is formed between the contact feet 15 and the concrete well pipe 6, and static friction force is generated on the surface.
