Background
The existing rubber tire bogie, such as chinese patent CN105197047 "a rubber tire low-floor bogie", has independent wheel pairs including rubber wheels, braking devices, axle axles and transmission devices, wherein the braking devices are located at the inner sides of the rubber wheels; the axle bridge comprises a main body with a U-shaped structure and a connecting part, wherein the middle of the main body is concave downwards, and the two ends of the main body are positioned on the same axis; the connecting part is of a hollow structure; the transmission device comprises a bearing axle box, a change transmission gear box and a driving shaft, wherein the driving shaft penetrates through a connecting part of the hollow structure, one end of the driving shaft, which is positioned on the axle bridge main body, is connected with the change transmission gear box, the change transmission gear box drives the driving shaft to rotate, the other end of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with the bearing axle box, and the bearing axle box rotates under the transmission of the driving shaft; the inner surface of the bearing axle box is fixed on the outer surface of the hollow structure connecting part, and the outer surface of the bearing axle box is provided with a rubber wheel; the rubber wheel is driven by the bearing axle box to run; the motor gear box transmission device is arranged in the middle of the side beam of the framework and comprises a motor and a gear box, the motor and the gear box are designed into a whole, the motor is transversely arranged, the gear box is longitudinally arranged, and the gear box simultaneously outputs to two ends; the motor gear box transmission device is respectively connected with two direction-changing transmission gear boxes positioned on the same side of the motor gear box transmission device through two universal joints. The rubber-tyred bogie has many mechanical connection interfaces between the upper and lower bodies of the rubber-tyred vehicle, and the bogie is difficult to replace under the condition of failure of the rubber-tyred vehicle; meanwhile, the rubber-tyred vehicle actively controls the rotation speed difference between the left wheel and the right wheel through the guide control system to realize the curve running of the vehicle, has high precision requirement on the guide control system, is difficult to realize and has high failure rate; the bogie leans on 4 steel springs to adapt to the corner between the rubber-tyred vehicle and the bogie when the rubber-tyred vehicle passes through the curve, and is high to the steel spring design requirement, and the rubber-tyred vehicle can't pass through the minimum curve radius less than 20m, and the rubber-tyred vehicle adaptability is restricted.
The traditional rubber wheel bus also has the following defects:
1) the large number of people with insufficient passenger carrying capacity can meet the traveling demands of people and increase urban congestion;
2) the axle weight is small, not more than 10t, generally 7 t;
3) although the bus can improve the one-way passenger traffic volume of the bus by increasing the length of the bus or increasing the number of carriages of the bus, the passenger capacity of the bus can be improved to a certain extent by increasing the length of the bus body, but the passenger capacity lifting space is limited, the driving flexibility of the bus is reduced along with the increase of the length of the bus body, and meanwhile, the dynamic envelope space of the whole bus can be increased when the bus passes through a curve, the longer the bus body, the larger the envelope space, the influence on the safe operation of other road transportation tools, and the whole bus cannot pass through a small curve road with a narrow city.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a bogie wheel set with a steerable rubber wheel and a rubber tire bogie, which are used for vehicles running on a common road surface, and can effectively improve the one-way passenger carrying quantity of the vehicles by improving the axle load, accurately controlling the all-wheel steering and increasing the carriage quantity of the vehicles according to the requirements for long-large marshalling operation; compared with the existing rubber-tyred vehicle, the rubber-tyred vehicle has the advantages of smaller curve radius, simple and convenient assembly and compact structure.
The technical scheme is as follows: the invention provides a bogie wheel set with steerable rubber wheels, which comprises an axle and the rubber wheels arranged at two ends of the axle; each rubber wheel can be steered relative to the axle along a steering axis perpendicular to the road surface, and the steering of the two rubber wheels of the bogie wheel pair is synchronous; the bogie wheel set also comprises a steering driving mechanism; the steering driving mechanism is used for driving the rubber wheels to steer synchronously.
Further, the steering driving mechanism comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder and a piston which is arranged in the hydraulic oil cylinder in a sliding mode; the piston slides left and right under hydraulic drive along the direction parallel to the axle; and steering push rods are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the piston and are used for pushing the two rubber wheels to steer synchronously.
Furthermore, the steering driving mechanism also comprises an oil supply unit and a three-position five-way reversing valve; the hydraulic oil of the oil supply unit is connected with a pressure oil port P of the three-position five-way reversing valve, and a working oil port A of the three-position five-way reversing valve is connected with one side of a piston in the hydraulic oil cylinder; and a working oil port B of the three-position five-way reversing valve is connected with the other side of the piston in the hydraulic oil cylinder.
Further, the axle is an axle bridge comprising a transmission input shaft and an axle bridge housing; a transmission output shaft is fixed on the rubber wheel; the transmission input shaft is connected with the transmission output shaft through a universal coupling.
Furthermore, a steering knuckle is arranged at each rubber wheel; one end of the steering knuckle is positioned at the rotating axis of the rubber wheel, and the rubber wheel is rotatably connected with one end of the steering knuckle; the other end of the steering knuckle is connected with the axle housing through a hinged shaft; the steering driving mechanism is connected with and pushes the rubber wheels to steer through the steering knuckle.
Further, the shaft axis of the articulated shaft and the steering axis of the rubber wheel are positioned on the same plane; and the upper end of the shaft axis of the articulated shaft inclines to the center of the bogie.

Further, the rubber tire bogie further comprises a motor driving device; the motor driving device is positioned in the middle of the framework and is longitudinally arranged; the motor driving device transmits traction torque to rubber tires on the left side and the right side of the axle through the axle.

Secondly, a slewing bearing is arranged between the rubber tire bogie and the vehicle body, the longitudinal force transmission between the rubber tire bogie and the vehicle body is completed through the slewing bearing, and the slewing bearing can enable the vehicle body to freely rotate in the horizontal direction relative to the rubber tire bogie. The rubber-tyred vehicle using the rubber-tyred bogie of the invention can be more suitable for running on urban road traffic routes through a minimum curve radius smaller than 15 m.
And thirdly, the rubber tire bogie adopts a modular design, the front bogie wheel pair and the rear bogie wheel pair are completely consistent and can be exchanged, the framework and the contact sleeper beam are preassembled into a whole and then are connected with the vehicle body, a mechanical interface between the rubber tire bogie and the vehicle body is only provided with a mounting bolt of a slewing bearing, the upper body interface and the lower body interface are simple, the rubber tire bogie is convenient to disassemble and replace, and the rapid lifting and falling of the vehicle and the vehicle rescue under emergency conditions are easy to realize.
And fourthly, the rubber tire bogie is provided with two bogie wheel sets, the optimized wheel set structure can bear larger weight, the axle weight of a single rubber wheel set can reach 12.5t to the maximum extent, and meanwhile, the bogie structure is more compact, so that more space is saved for the lower part of the rubber tire vehicle to install other equipment.
