The existing rubber tire bogie, such as chinese patent CN105197047 "a rubber tire low-floor bogie", has independent wheel pairs including rubber wheels, braking devices, axle axles and transmission devices, wherein the braking devices are located at the inner sides of the rubber wheels; the axle bridge comprises a main body with a U-shaped structure and a connecting part, wherein the middle of the main body is concave downwards, and the two ends of the main body are positioned on the same axis; the connecting part is of a hollow structure; the transmission device comprises a bearing axle box, a change transmission gear box and a driving shaft, wherein the driving shaft penetrates through a connecting part of the hollow structure, one end of the driving shaft, which is positioned on the axle bridge main body, is connected with the change transmission gear box, the change transmission gear box drives the driving shaft to rotate, the other end of the driving shaft is fixedly connected with the bearing axle box, and the bearing axle box rotates under the transmission of the driving shaft; the inner surface of the bearing axle box is fixed on the outer surface of the hollow structure connecting part, and the outer surface of the bearing axle box is provided with a rubber wheel; the rubber wheel is driven by the bearing axle box to run; the motor gear box transmission device is arranged in the middle of the side beam of the framework and comprises a motor and a gear box, the motor and the gear box are designed into a whole, the motor is transversely arranged, the gear box is longitudinally arranged, and the gear box simultaneously outputs to two ends; the motor gear box transmission device is respectively connected with two direction-changing transmission gear boxes positioned on the same side of the motor gear box transmission device through two universal joints. The traditional rubber wheel bus also has the following defects:

1) the large number of people with insufficient passenger carrying capacity can meet the traveling demands of people and increase urban congestion;

2) the axle weight is small, not more than 10t, generally 7 t;

3) although the bus can improve the one-way passenger traffic volume of the bus by increasing the length of the bus or increasing the number of carriages of the bus, the passenger capacity of the bus can be improved to a certain extent by increasing the length of the bus body, but the passenger capacity lifting space is limited, the driving flexibility of the bus is reduced along with the increase of the length of the bus body, and meanwhile, the dynamic envelope space of the whole bus can be increased when the bus passes through a curve, the longer the bus body, the larger the envelope space, the influence on the safe operation of other road transportation tools, and the whole bus cannot pass through a small curve road with a narrow city.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a bogie wheel set with a steerable rubber wheel and a rubber tire bogie, which are used for vehicles running on a common road surface, and can effectively improve the one-way passenger carrying quantity of the vehicles by improving the axle load, accurately controlling the all-wheel steering and increasing the carriage quantity of the vehicles according to the requirements for long-large marshalling operation; compared with the existing rubber-tyred vehicle, the rubber-tyred vehicle has the advantages of smaller curve radius, simple and convenient assembly and compact structure.

The rubber-tyred vehicle using the rubber-tyred bogie of the invention can be more suitable for running on urban road traffic routes through a minimum curve radius smaller than 15 m.

And thirdly, the rubber tire bogie adopts a modular design, the front bogie wheel pair and the rear bogie wheel pair are completely consistent and can be exchanged, the framework and the contact sleeper beam are preassembled into a whole and then are connected with the vehicle body, a mechanical interface between the rubber tire bogie and the vehicle body is only provided with a mounting bolt of a slewing bearing, the upper body interface and the lower body interface are simple, the rubber tire bogie is convenient to disassemble and replace, and the rapid lifting and falling of the vehicle and the vehicle rescue under emergency conditions are easy to realize.

And fourthly, the rubber tire bogie is provided with two bogie wheel sets, the optimized wheel set structure can bear larger weight, the axle weight of a single rubber wheel set can reach 12.5t to the maximum extent, and meanwhile, the bogie structure is more compact, so that more space is saved for the lower part of the rubber tire vehicle to install other equipment.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a bogie wheel set with steerable rubber wheels, which comprises an axle 1 and the rubber wheels 2 arranged at two ends of the axle 1.

As shown in fig. 4, the axle 1 is an axle comprising a transmission input shaft 101 and an axle housing 102; a transmission output shaft 201 is fixed on the rubber wheel 2. The transmission input shaft 101 and the transmission output shaft 201 are connected by a universal joint 202, so that each rubber wheel 2 can be steered relative to the axle 1 along a steering axis perpendicular to the road surface.

A steering knuckle 203 is further arranged at each rubber wheel 2; one end of the knuckle 203 is located at the rotating axis of the rubber wheel 2, the rubber wheel 2 is sleeved on the periphery of one end of the knuckle 203, and the rubber wheel 2 and the knuckle 203 are connected through a bearing 204, so that the rubber wheel 2 can rotate along the knuckle 203.

The other end of the knuckle 203 is connected to the axle housing 102 via an articulated shaft. The axis of the articulated shaft and the steering axis of the rubber wheel 2 are positioned on the same plane. When the vehicle turns, the upper end of the rubber wheel 2 inclines outwards, so that the upper end of the shaft axis of the articulated shaft is inclined towards the center of the bogie, and the axle 1 can apply a aligning force to the rubber wheel 2, so that the rubber wheel 2 can be quickly aligned automatically after turning into a straight road, and the abrasion of tires is reduced.

As shown in fig. 3, the bogie wheel pair further comprises a steering drive mechanism 3; the steering driving mechanism 3 is connected with and pushes the rubber wheels 2 to steer synchronously through a steering knuckle 203.

The steering drive mechanism 3 includes a hydraulic cylinder 301 and a piston 302 slidably mounted in the hydraulic cylinder 301.

The steering driving mechanism further comprises an oil supply unit 304 and a three-position five-way reversing valve 305; the hydraulic oil of the oil supply unit 304 is connected with a pressure oil port P of a three-position five-way reversing valve 305, and a working oil port A of the three-position five-way reversing valve 305 is connected with one side of a piston 302 in a hydraulic oil cylinder 301; the working oil port B of the three-position five-way reversing valve 305 is connected to the other side of the piston 302 in the piston 301.

Hydraulic oil enters from the pressure oil port P and flows to the oil cylinder on the left side of the piston 302 through the working oil port A; the oil pressure of the oil cylinder on the left side of the piston 302 is increased, and the piston 302 is pushed to move towards the right side; hydraulic oil of the oil cylinder on the right side of the piston 302 returns to the oil supply unit 304 through the working oil port B; the piston 302 can be controlled to move to the left by the same principle.

The three-position five-way directional valve 305 can also use other forms of control valve groups, and can control a hydraulic system to realize the steering function.

Steering push rods 303 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the piston 302, the two steering push rods 303 are respectively connected with the steering knuckles 203 of the two rubber wheels 2, and the joints of the steering push rods 303 and the steering knuckles 203 are not positioned on the symmetrical surfaces of the rubber wheels 2 vertical to the road surface, so that the two rubber wheels 2 are pushed to synchronously steer.

The inner side of the rubber wheel 2 is also provided with a braking device 9 which is controlled by electric control, pneumatic control or hydraulic control.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention also provides a rubber tire bogie, which comprises two bogie wheel pairs arranged in front and back.

The rubber tyre bogie further comprises a frame 4 and a tie-bolster 5 mounted on the frame 4. The bogie wheel pair is provided with a frame mounting seat 103 for assembling with a frame 4. And the upper end of the connection sleeper beam 5 is provided with a slewing bearing 6 for connecting a vehicle body. And a rolling body is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring of the slewing bearing 9 and can freely rotate, the inner ring is connected with the connection sleeper beam 5, and the outer ring is connected with the vehicle body. The longitudinal force transmission between the rubber tire bogie and the vehicle body is completed through the slewing bearing 6, the slewing bearing 6 can enable the vehicle body to freely rotate in the horizontal direction relative to the rubber tire bogie, and the rubber tire bogie is matched with the steerable rubber wheels of the bogie wheel set and used on a rubber tire vehicle, as shown in figure 8, the envelope curve of the whole vehicle can be strictly controlled when the rubber tire vehicle is in a too small curve, and the problems that the envelope curve of the tail of a traditional multi-section bus is larger and larger, the sweeping space is large, and the small-radius curve cannot be communicated through an urban road surface are solved. The rubber-tyred vehicle using the rubber-tyred bogie of the invention can be more suitable for running on urban road traffic routes through a minimum curve radius smaller than 15 m.

In addition, the framework 4 and the connection sleeper beam 5 are pre-assembled into a whole and then connected with the vehicle body, the mechanical interface between the rubber tire bogie and the vehicle body is only provided with a mounting bolt of the slewing bearing 6, the upper body interface and the lower body interface are simple, the rubber tire bogie is convenient to disassemble and replace, and the rapid lifting and falling of the vehicle and the vehicle rescue under emergency conditions are easy to realize.

The rubber tire bogie further comprises a motor driving device 7; the motor drive 7 is located in the middle of the frame 4 and is arranged longitudinally. The motor driving device 7 can adopt a back-rest three-phase asynchronous alternating current motor or a combination of two three-phase asynchronous alternating current motors 2-6. The motor driving device 7 is respectively connected with two axle bridges through a coupling 701, transmits traction torque to the rubber wheels 2 on the left side and the right side of each axle bridge, and drives the rubber wheels 2 to run on the urban traffic road surface.

As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rubber tire bogie further includes a secondary suspension device 8 between the tie-bolster 5 and the frame 4; the secondary suspension 8 comprises two secondary springs 801, two transverse dampers 802 and four vertical dampers 803 between the tie-bolster 5 and the frame 4.

A traction device 10 is also arranged between the connection sleeper beam 5 and the framework 4 and is used for transmitting longitudinal force. The traction device 10 of the embodiment adopts two traction pull rods which are obliquely and symmetrically arranged along the longitudinal direction. The traction device 10 may also be used with four traction links or other traction means common in the rail transit industry.

The two secondary springs 801 are symmetrically arranged along the center line of the framework 4 left and right, are used for providing transverse and vertical stiffness, and are provided with emergency auxiliary rubber piles, so that the vehicle can continuously and safely run when the secondary springs 801 break down.

Four vertical shock absorbers 803 are located between two secondary springs 801, are arranged in a central symmetry mode, are used for buffering vehicle vibration, provide vehicle comfort and have a whole vehicle hoisting function, and the four vertical shock absorbers 803 bring the whole rubber tire bogie together when the vehicle is hoisted, so that an inherent whole vehicle hoisting device of a traditional rail transit vehicle bogie is replaced, bogie parts are reduced under the condition that the bogie function is not reduced, the number of fault points is less, and the safety is higher.

The two transverse dampers 802 are arranged diagonally symmetrically between the frame 4 and the tie-bolster 5, and suppress transverse movement between the frame 4 and the vehicle body.

Referring to fig. 7, the frame 4 includes side members 401, cross members 402, end members 403, motor mounts 404, air spring mounts 405, tie rod mounts 406, vertical shock absorber mounts 407, and steering cylinder mounts 408. The side beams 401, the recessed lower cross member 402 and the end beams 403 constitute the main body of the framework 4. The motor mount 404 is used to mount the motor drive 7. The air spring mount 405 is used to support two secondary springs 801. The draft link mounts 406 are used to mount the draft gear 10, and the draft link mounts 406 in this embodiment are arranged in a skewed symmetrical configuration. Vertical shock absorber mount 407 is connected to vertical shock absorber 803, and steering cylinder mount 408 is connected to hydraulic ram 301 of steering gear 7. The framework of the invention is easy and convenient to assemble with other components and has compact structure.

When the rubber tire bogie and the corresponding rubber wheel vehicle run on the urban traffic road surface, the motor driving device 7 transmits the longitudinal driving force to the rubber wheel 2 through the axle bridge, so as to drive the rubber tire 2 to run on the urban traffic road surface. The steering driving mechanism does not act when the rubber-tyred vehicle runs on a straight line; when passing through the curve, the steering driving mechanism pushes two rubber wheels 2 of the same bogie wheel pair to synchronously steer, so that the rubber tire bogie drives the rubber tire vehicle to pass through the curve. For more precise control, the rubber wheels 2 of the front bogie wheel pair and the rear bogie wheel pair can control different deflection angles according to the size of a line curve. Meanwhile, the axle bridge can control the rotating speed difference of the rubber wheels 2 at the left side and the right side, and a plurality of factors participate in controlling steering together, so that accurate control and extremely small turning radius are achieved. When the rubber-tyred vehicle turns, the slewing bearing 6 can enable the vehicle body to freely rotate in the horizontal direction relative to the rubber tire bogie, and the slewing bearing is matched with the steerable rubber wheel of the bogie wheel pair disclosed by the invention and used on the rubber-tyred vehicle, so that the envelope curve of the whole vehicle can be strictly controlled when the rubber-tyred vehicle is in a too small curve, and the problems that the envelope curve of the tail of the traditional multi-section bus is larger and larger, and the sweep space is large and the small-radius curve cannot pass through urban road traffic are solved.
