The structure of claim 6, further comprising a support strip, wherein the support strip is provided with a sleeve hole corresponding to the outer edge of the water inlet hole of each water guide seat, and the support strip is sleeved and combined with the outer edge of the water inlet hole of each water guide seat by the sleeve hole.

9. The decking structure having network communication for rapid diffusion water permeable drainage of claim 8, wherein the support bars have connection holes formed at one end and mating connection portions formed at the other end.

10. The rapid diffusion water permeable drainage deck structure with network communication of claim 6, further comprising a sealing member, wherein the sealing member is provided with a stopper corresponding to the water inlet hole of the water guide seat.

11. The structure of rapid diffusing water permeable drainage pavement with network communication of claim 10, wherein the closure member is provided with a connecting strip connected between the plugs.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a rapid diffusion permeable drainage pavement structure with network communication, in particular to a pavement structure which can effectively flow and diffuse rainwater to achieve the effects of comprehensively draining water and preventing water accumulation, can effectively fully supplement the rainwater to underground soil and has more practical effect characteristics in the aspect of integral implementation and use.

Background

Generally, the ground formed by paving floor tiles is not permeable, so that the roots of landscape forests on sidewalks cannot breathe at ordinary times, the forests are easy to wither in dry and early seasons, and the roots cannot be irrigated in heavy rain, so that rainwater cannot permeate into a soil layer below the floor tiles in rain, water disasters are caused by water accumulation on the ground, and the life and property safety of people is further influenced in serious cases.

Therefore, a manufacturer can firstly arrange a drainage pipeline on the ground, and after the floor tiles are laid, drain holes are arranged on the floor tiles corresponding to the drainage pipeline, so that rainwater can flow into the drainage pipeline from the drain holes arranged on the floor tiles in a centralized manner and then is guided out through the drainage pipeline when raining, and the situation of water accumulation on the ground can be prevented; however, the floor tile is damaged to form the drainage holes, which not only causes inconvenience in construction, but also has a very limited drainage effect, and the drainage holes still have the situations of insufficient drainage and water accumulation when the rainfall is large, and further damages the aesthetic property of the floor tile.

Therefore, the inventor proposes a taiwan patent entitled "water permeable pavement reinforcement device" which is issued as an invention No. I541408 of 2016, 7, 11, and mainly includes a base and an upper cover; wherein: the base, its outer fringe has the connecting frame body, there are locating flanges in the outer fringe of two adjacent sides of the connecting frame body, and the upper end of two adjacent sides of the corresponding locating flange of the connecting frame body arranges and offers multiple inlaying slots, and there are U-shaped locating slots in the outer fringe of two adjacent sides of the connecting frame body different from locating flange, and there are inlaying the fixed lamellar body in the protruding formation of the U-shaped locating slot lower edge corresponding to each inlaying slot, and there are supporting parts in the connecting frame body, make the connecting frame body link with supporting part with the connecting rib, there are multiple water-permeable holes on the upper end of the supporting part, there are water storage tanks in the middle of the supporting part concavely; the upper cover is arranged corresponding to the supporting part of the base so as to cover the supporting part, and the water storage tank corresponding to the supporting part of the upper cover extends upwards to be convexly provided with a water guide pipe.

However, although the above-mentioned "permeable pavement reinforcing apparatus" can achieve better drainage effect, and can reduce the expected effect of damaging the integrity and the aesthetic property of the whole floor tile when being installed, it is found in practical application that, after the bases are assembled and combined with each other, the bases are not communicated with each other, but are not in a mutual conduction state, so that when raining, the permeable pavement reinforcing apparatus has the function of shielding the area without raining, and cannot assist the area with raining to drain water, so that when raining for a long time or heavy rain, only partial area positions can drain water, the effect of draining water comprehensively cannot be achieved, and water accumulation still occurs, so that the rainwater cannot be fully supplemented to the underground soil, and the structure still has an improved space in the whole design.

In addition, taiwan patent of invention No. I220432 published on 8/1/2004, entitled "construction method of environmental permeable pavement" was also developed by the manufacturers, and includes the following steps: a. the unit frameworks are combined by the water permeable pipes and the connecting net, and a plurality of unit frameworks are connected with one another to form a large area; b. laying the unit framework on the roadbed soil and the broken stone grading layer; c. pouring concrete slurry on the unit framework to enable the concrete slurry to be coagulated into concrete plates; d. a bituminous asphalt macadam or other surfacing material that can be used as a pavement is pressed over the concrete slab. However, in practice, the "construction method for an environment-friendly permeable pavement" still finds that, because the permeable pipes are not communicated with each other, and are not in a mutual communication state, the effect of full drainage cannot be achieved when raining, and water accumulation and rainwater cannot be fully supplemented to underground soil still occur.

Also, there is developed a taiwan patent entitled "modular environmental permeable pavement structure" as published in 581122 of 21/3/2004, wherein a permeable pipe and a connecting net are combined into a unit structure, the unit structure is precast into a plate body by a solidification material, the solidification material is floated on the upper surface of the plate body to form a pavement layer, and the pavement block is made into a modular pavement block which is suitable for being laid in groups to form an environmental permeable and permeable pavement. However, in practice, the above-mentioned "modular environmental-friendly permeable pavement structure" still finds that the permeable pipes are not connected to each other, but not in a mutual conduction state, so that the effect of full drainage can not be achieved when raining, and water accumulation can still occur, so that rainwater can not be fully supplemented to the underground soil.

Therefore, the inventor, with the knowledge of many years of abundant design development and practical manufacturing in the related industry, provides a rapid diffusion water-permeable drainage pavement structure with network communication by researching and improving the existing structure and defects, and expects to achieve the purpose of better practical value.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a rapid diffusion permeable drainage pavement structure with network communication, which mainly enables all bases to be communicated by utilizing the connection of a first supporting part and a second supporting part, so that rainwater can effectively flow and diffuse to achieve the effects of comprehensively draining water and preventing ponding, and the rainwater can be effectively and comprehensively supplemented to underground soil, thereby further increasing the practical effect characteristic in the aspect of integral implementation and use.

The invention has the main purposes and effects of the quick diffusion water-permeable drainage pavement structure with network communication, and is achieved by the following specific technical means:

In the present invention, a preferred embodiment of the quick-diffusing water-permeable drainage pavement structure with network communication is provided, wherein a plurality of tooth-shaped support pieces are arranged on two sides of the bottom end surfaces of the first support portion and the second support portion.

The present invention provides a preferred embodiment of a network-connected rapid-diffusion water-permeable drainage pavement structure, wherein the first engaging portion of the first supporting portion is provided with a first engaging hole, and the other end of the first supporting portion is provided with a first engaging portion corresponding to the first engaging hole.

The support bar 3 is disposed corresponding to the first support portion 11 and the second support portion 12 of the base 1, and a sleeve hole 31 is disposed at an outer edge of the support bar 3 corresponding to the water inlet hole 22 of each water guide seat 2, so that the support bar 3 is respectively sleeved and combined with the outer edge of the water inlet hole 22 of each water guide seat 2 by using the sleeve holes 31, a connection hole 32 is formed at one end of the support bar 3, and a connection portion 33 is formed at the other end thereof.

The sealing member 4 is provided with a blocking portion 41 corresponding to the water inlet hole 22 of the water guide seat 2, the blocking portion 41 blocks the water inlet hole 22 (please refer to fig. 5 as a schematic side view of the assembled cross-sectional structure of the present invention), and a connecting bar 42 is connected between the blocking portions 41, and the connecting bar 42 is disposed corresponding to the supporting bar 3.

In this way, please refer to fig. 6 as well as fig. 7 as a partial three-dimensional exploded structural diagram of the present invention in the use state and a side view assembly sectional structural diagram of the present invention in the use state, so that in the operation and use of the present invention, depending on the area of the area to be laid, the first engaging portion 111 at one end of the first supporting portion 11 of the base 1 is engaged with the other end of the first supporting portion 11 of another base 1, so that the first engaging hole 112 of the first engaging portion 111 is engaged with the first engaging portion 113 at the other end of the first supporting portion 11, and the second engaging portion 121 of one end of the second supporting portion 12 of the base 1 is also engaged with the other end of the second supporting portion 12 of another base 1, so that the second engaging hole 122 of the second engaging portion 121 is engaged with the second engaging portion 123 of the other end of the second supporting portion 12.

The assembled base 1 is arranged at the position to be laid, the first supporting part 11 and the second supporting part 12 are inserted into the ground by the dentate supporting sheets 15 at the two sides of the bottom end surface, and the ground is flush with the fixed flange 13 at the outer edges of the bottoms of the first supporting part 11 and the second supporting part 12, so as to form a diffusion channel which is communicated with the inside of the supporting parts, the water guide seat 2 is sleeved and combined with the connecting pipe part 14 formed at the upper end of the base 1, the assembling part 21 of the water guide seat 2 is assembled and fixed with the assembling hole 142 of the connecting pipe part 14, the supporting strip 3 is sleeved and combined with the outer edge of the water inlet hole 22 of each water guide seat 2 by the sleeving holes 31, the connecting hole 32 of the supporting strip 3 is connected and combined with the connecting part 33 of the other supporting strip 3, and the sealing piece 4 which is matched with the area range of the water guide seat 2 is arranged correspondingly, the plugging part 41 of the sealing member 4 plugs the water inlet hole 22, so that the connecting strip 42 of the sealing member 4 is correspondingly connected, thereby performing cement grouting operation, enabling the cement grouting height to be flush with the top end of the water guide seat 2, and then removing the whole sealing member 4, so that each water inlet hole 22 of each water guide seat 2 is in an open state, and a channel formed by the connecting strip 42 corresponding to the sealing member 4 is left on cement among the water inlet holes 22 of each water guide seat 2, and the sealing member has excellent supporting effect, so that damage and deformation can be prevented when a vehicle runs and is rolled.

When raining, the rain water can directly enter into the water inlet holes 22 of the water guiding seats 2, or flow into the water inlet holes 22 of the water guiding seats 2 through the channels formed on the cement floor, and because the water inlet holes 22 are connected and communicated with the water guiding holes 141 of the connecting pipe portion 14 of the base 1, the rain water can flow into the connecting pipe portion 14 through the water guiding holes 141 of the water guiding seats 2, and because the water guiding holes 141 and the first supporting portion 11 are connected and communicated with the second supporting portion 12 in a network manner, the rain water can flow into the first supporting portion 11 and the second supporting portion 12, the rain water can flow and diffuse completely in the first supporting portion 11 and the second supporting portion 12 which are connected and communicated with each other, and the rain water can flow and diffuse outwards through the network diffusion channel formed by the tooth-shaped supporting sheets 15 and the fixing flanges 13 on both sides of the bottom end surfaces of the first supporting portion 11 and the second supporting portion 12, so as to achieve the comprehensive drainage and prevent the water accumulation.

As is apparent from the above description, in comparison with the prior art, the present invention mainly utilizes the network diffusion channel connected and conducted by the first and second supporting parts, the heat insulation layer is formed when the sun is exposed at ordinary times, so that the underground air and moisture can be fully communicated with each other to slow down the greenhouse effect such as temperature rise and the like, the rainwater can effectively and completely flow and quickly diffuse in heavy rain, so as to achieve the effects of completely permeating water, draining water and preventing water accumulation, and can effectively make rainwater fully supplement to large-area subsurface soil, increase soil water content and improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the surface at night, meanwhile, the device also forms a living channel of insects in an earth surface soil layer, provides air exchange for the insects, provides an exchange layer for irrigating the insects by breathing air and rainwater at the root of a landscape forest on a sidewalk, and has the characteristic of more practical efficiency in the aspect of overall implementation and use.
