A locking mechanism, comprising: the main locking assembly comprises a first rotating block and a second rotating block which are in rotating fit, a first locking tooth piece and a first handle which are connected with the second rotating block, a second locking tooth piece which is matched with the first locking tooth piece, a first return spring which is arranged on the first locking tooth piece and the second locking tooth piece, and a first pin shaft which is connected with the first rotating block, the second rotating block, the first locking tooth piece, the second locking tooth piece and the first return spring in a penetrating way; the first rotating block comprises a first steering table and a first convex part arranged on the first steering table, the second rotating block comprises a second steering table, a hollow part arranged on the second steering table and matched with the first convex part, and a second convex part arranged on the second steering table and matched with the first locking tooth piece, the second convex part is arranged on one side, far away from the first steering block, of the second steering table, and the second convex part is clamped and matched with the first handle; and a third convex part matched with the second convex part is arranged on the first locking tooth piece.

The locking mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first protrusion comprises a first boss and a sloped first ramp connected to the first boss, the first ramp having a highest point abutting the first boss; and/or the third convex part comprises a third boss and a third sliding table which is connected with the third boss and provided with a slope, and the highest point of the third sliding table is in butt joint with the third boss.

The locking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the first and second steering tables are both circular blocks, the first and second protrusions and the hollowed-out portions are at least two, and the first protrusions and the hollowed-out portions correspond to each other one by one, the first protrusions are evenly spaced along a circumferential direction of the first steering table, and the hollowed-out portions are evenly spaced along a circumferential direction of the second steering table.

The locking mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a third locking tooth and a fourth locking tooth sleeved on the first pin and engaged with each other, and a second return spring disposed between the third locking tooth and the fourth locking tooth; the arrangement direction of the occlusion teeth on the third locking tooth piece and the fourth locking tooth piece is arranged at an included angle with the arrangement direction of the occlusion teeth on the first locking tooth piece and the second locking tooth piece.
5. The latch mechanism of claim 4 further comprising a first energy-absorbing crush member connected to said third locking tine.
6. The latch mechanism according to claim 5, wherein said third locking tine is a rectangular tine and said first energy-absorbing crush member is a steel wire having a "zig-zag" shape.

The locking mechanism of any of claims 1-6, further comprising a first transition leg coupled to the primary locking assembly, a secondary locking assembly spaced from the primary locking assembly, and a second transition leg coupled to the secondary locking assembly; the first transition bracket and the second transition bracket are connected through a transition part.
8. The latch mechanism of claim 7 wherein said transition portion is provided with a tubular post spring.
9. The latch mechanism of claim 7 wherein the secondary latch assembly includes a second handle, a secondary crush-block, and a second energy-absorbing crush-member connected to the secondary crush-block, the second handle and the secondary crush-block are connected by a second pin.
10. An automobile comprising a steering column and a latch mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the latch mechanism being engaged with the steering column.
Technical Field

Background
Along with the development of the automobile industry in China, the design of a steering system tends to be humanized more and more, in order to meet the use requirements of people with different heights and driving habits, the comfort of vehicle driving is improved, and meanwhile, traffic accidents caused by fatigue caused by the fact that the position of a steering wheel is not comfortable in the driving process are reduced to a certain extent, so that the adjustment of the steering wheel becomes more and more standard configuration of automobiles at present. The traditional locking mechanism for adjusting the steering column of the steering wheel adopts a spring piece as a locking element, but in order to avoid failure caused by stress relaxation, the processing process of the spring piece is complex and high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides the locking mechanism and the automobile, aiming at overcoming the defects of complex spring piece processing technology and high cost of the locking mechanism in the prior art.
The technical scheme is as follows:
a locking mechanism comprising: the main locking assembly comprises a first rotating block and a second rotating block which are in rotating fit, a first locking tooth piece and a first handle which are connected with the second rotating block, a second locking tooth piece which is matched with the first locking tooth piece, a first return spring which is arranged on the first locking tooth piece and the second locking tooth piece, and a first pin shaft which is connected with the first rotating block, the second rotating block, the first locking tooth piece, the second locking tooth piece and the first return spring in a penetrating way; the first rotating block comprises a first steering table and a first convex part arranged on the first steering table, the second rotating block comprises a second steering table, a hollow part arranged on the second steering table and matched with the first convex part, and a second convex part arranged on the second steering table and matched with the first locking tooth piece, the second convex part is arranged on one side, far away from the first steering block, of the second steering table, and the second convex part is clamped and matched with the first handle; and a third convex part matched with the second convex part is arranged on the first locking tooth piece.
The locking mechanism of the technical scheme is matched with the steering column for use, and is connected with the steering column. The locking mechanism of the technical scheme adopts the return spring as one of the locking elements, so that the process is simple, additional customization is not needed, the cost is low, the reliability is higher, the utilization rate is higher, the structure is compact, and the integration level is higher. Specifically, when in the locking state, the first convex part and the hollow part are not completely matched, and the second convex part and the third convex part are in butt-joint fit, so that the first return spring is compressed, and the first locking tooth piece is tightly pressed and engaged on the second locking tooth piece, thereby completing the locking. In one embodiment, the locking mechanism further comprises a third locking tooth sheet and a fourth locking tooth sheet which are sleeved on the first pin shaft and matched with each other, and a second return spring arranged between the third locking tooth sheet and the fourth locking tooth sheet; the arrangement direction of the occlusion teeth on the third locking tooth piece and the fourth locking tooth piece is arranged at an included angle with the arrangement direction of the occlusion teeth on the first locking tooth piece and the second locking tooth piece.
