Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of water-soluble liquid sulfur production, in particular to a method for producing water-soluble liquid sulfur by microbial fermentation and a using method thereof.

Background

Sulfur is an oxygen-based element, is the 14 th component of the human body, is an essential nutrient for all animals and plants, and is one of 7 components of soil.

Despite these toxic problems, korea and the united states allow the use of sulfur as a raw material for ecological organic agricultural raw materials, and among products classified as ecological organic agricultural raw materials in korea, there are several tens of sulfur-containing products, mainly fruits, grains and vegetables. Can be used for treating powdery mildew and diseases of stem and leaf organs. In particular, the sulfur-containing mixtures developed by the civilians are excellent in controlling plant diseases, but the content of sodium hydroxide is excessively high in the manufacturing process as compared with the sulfur content of 80% or more.

In recent years, studies on detoxification methods using sulfur as a crop material or a soil conditioner have been actively conducted, and many patents on detoxification methods have been applied. Research on this field has been conducted in korea. In order to develop eco-friendly organic agricultural materials, safety and efficacy and harm of quality assurance must be checked.

Accordingly, the present inventors satisfied the standards of eco-friendly organic agricultural materials and reduced the amount of sodium hydroxide dissolving sulfur, thereby allowing sulfur to effectively control plant diseases, and achieved the object by fermentation of microorganisms after correcting pH using fermented vinegar. A safe process for producing liquid sulfur has been developed. Since it is less toxic and excellent in controlling plant diseases, it can be used as environmentally friendly liquid sulfur to facilitate the use of sulfur insoluble in water.
