Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pre-positioning truss for a mobile loading device for fixing a loading bin on a loading ship includes a mobile device 21 and a truss fixing assembly 22, wherein the truss fixing assembly 22 includes a first fixing frame 221, a second fixing frame 222 and a first rack 223, and a fixing frame positioning member 224 and a reinforcing member 225 are disposed on the first fixing frame 221 and the second fixing frame 222. The first fixing frame 221 and the second fixing frame 222 are fixed by the fixing frame positioning part 224, so that the first fixing frame 221 and the second fixing frame 222 are prevented from moving during filling, and the filling failure is avoided. The reinforcing part 225 is arranged to improve the bearing capacity of the first fixing frame 221 and the second fixing frame 222

The first fixing frame 221 and the second fixing frame 222 are symmetrically arranged about the mobile device 21, the first fixing frame 221 and the second fixing frame 222 are both provided with a first sliding rail 226, and the first rack 223 is arranged on the first fixing frame 221.

The moving device 21 comprises a moving bracket 211, a turning-over device 212 and a first driving device 213, wherein the moving bracket 211 is a hollow rectangular bracket. The first driving device 213 includes a first driving gear 2131 and a first driving gear 2132, the first driving gear 2131 is connected to the first driving gear 2132, the first driving gear 2132 is connected to the first rack 223, and the first driving gear 2131 drives the moving bracket 211 to slide on the first sliding rail 226. The first driving device 213 drives the movable bracket 211 to reciprocate on the first slide rail 226, so that the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.

The movable bracket 211 is arranged on the first slide rail 226 in a sliding way through the first sliding part 2111, the turnover device 212 is arranged on the second slide rail 2112 in a sliding way, and the sliding direction of the turnover device 212 is vertical to that of the movable bracket 211;

the turning device 212 includes a turning bracket 2121, a second sliding connector 2122, a turning connector 2123 and a second driving device 2124, the second sliding connectors 2122 are symmetrically arranged on the bottom surfaces of the two ends of the turning bracket 2121, the turning bracket 2121 is arranged on the second slide rail 2112 through the second sliding connector 2122, and the second driving device 2124 is installed on one side of the turning bracket 2121 close to the second rack 2113.

The second driving device 2124 comprises a second driving device 21241 and a second driving gear 21242, the second driving device 21241 is connected to the second driving gear 21242, the second driving gear 21242 is connected to the second rack 2113, and the second driving device 21241 drives the turnover support 2121 to slide on the second slide rail 2112. The second driving device 2124 drives the turning-over support 2121 to reciprocate on the second sliding rail 2112, so that the structure is simple and the operation is convenient.

The turn-over support 2121 comprises a turn-over element 21211 and a turn-over connecting element 21212, and the turn-over element 21211 is a hydraulic rod. A turn-over part 21211 is provided at one end of the turn-over bracket 2121, a turn-over connector 21212 is provided at the other end of the turn-over bracket 2121, one end of the bottom surface of the turn-over connector 2123 is connected to the turn-over part 21211, the other end of the bottom surface of the turn-over connector 2123 is connected to the turn-over connector 21212 via a steering shaft (not shown), and the turn-over part 21211 drives the turn-over connector 2123 to rotate on the turn-over connector 21212. The top surface of the turning-over connecting frame 2123 is provided with box body connecting positioning pieces 21231, and the box body connecting positioning pieces 21231 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the turning-over connecting frame 2123.

As shown in fig. 6-7, in this embodiment, the box connecting positioning piece 21231 is matched with the box positioning piece 11 on the box 1 in shape, the box connecting positioning piece 21231 is provided with positioning holes corresponding to the position of the box positioning piece 11, when the box is fixed on the turning-over connecting frame 2123, the box connecting positioning piece 21231 is matched and connected with the box positioning piece 11, and the locking pin is inserted into the first positioning hole of the box positioning piece and the positioning hole of the positioning piece 21231 to fix the box. The symmetrically arranged box body connecting positioning pieces 21231 are connected with the two ends of the filling box, so that the filling box can be fixed on the turnover connecting frame 2123.

The turning-over connecting frame 2123 is arranged on the second sliding rail 2112 in a sliding way through the turning-over bracket 2121, and the sliding direction of the turning-over device 212 is perpendicular to that of the moving bracket 211; the turnover connecting frame 2123 can move on the y axis, so that the filling box can be filled accurately, and the objects in the filling box can be filled at one time through the turnover device, thereby improving the filling efficiency. Meanwhile, the vertically arranged first slide rail 226 and second slide rail 2112 form a slide space in which the turn-over bracket 2121 can move, so that the turn-over attachment bracket 2123 can be moved according to the loading position.

As shown in fig. 5, the present invention further provides a method for pre-positioning a pre-positioning truss of a mobile loading device, comprising the following steps:

a) fixing the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame; in particular to a first fixed frame and a second fixed frame which are fixed on a filling ship through fixed frame positioning parts, and a gap is arranged between the first fixed frame and the second fixed frame,

b) installing a mobile device; arranging a first sliding part on a first sliding rail, connecting a first drive with a first drive gear, and connecting the first drive gear with a first rack;

c) determining a filling position;

d) starting a first driving device, wherein the first driving device drives the movable support to move; starting a second driving device, and driving the turning-over support to move by the second driving device; adjusting the turnover connecting frame to the filling position.

According to the pre-positioning method, the turning-over connecting frame is moved on the x axis by the sliding arrangement of the movable support on the first slide rail, the turning-over support is arranged on the second slide rail by the sliding arrangement of the turning-over support, and the sliding direction of the turning-over device is vertical to that of the movable support; the turnover connecting frame is moved on the y axis, so that the filling box can be accurately filled, and articles in the filling box can be filled at one time through the turnover device, the filling efficiency is improved, meanwhile, a sliding space is formed between the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail, the turnover support can move in the sliding space, and the turnover connecting frame can be moved according to the filling position.
