As shown in fig. 4, a detection mechanism 3 is arranged on the processing platform 1, the detection mechanism 3 is sleeved at the valve of the valve body and is used for detecting the valve, the detection mechanism 3 includes a third cylinder 301, a sealing cover 302, a blocking structure 305, an air pressure sensor 303 and a humidity sensor 304, a telescopic shaft of the third cylinder 301 is fixedly connected with the sealing cover 302 and is used for pushing the sealing cover 302 to seal the valve of the valve body, the blocking structure 305 is arranged inside the sealing cover 302 and is used for blocking a valve mounting hole on the valve body, the air pressure sensor 303 and the humidity sensor 304 are both arranged inside the sealing cover 302, output ends of the air pressure sensor 303 and the humidity sensor 304 are both connected to an external controller, after the valve body is fixed, the third cylinder 301 pushes the sealing cover 302 to make the sealing cover 302 block the valve mounting hole of the valve body, and when air or water flows through, if the valve body mounting position cracks or the like, then when ventilating, inside gas can permeate sealed cowling 302 through fracture department, atmospheric pressure sensor 303 monitored the inside atmospheric pressure increase of sealed cowling 302 this moment, and with monitoring data transmission to external control ware, thereby the fracture appears in the valve installation department of judgement department valve body that can be more quick, and during the water passing, and the principle is the same with the gas, can play the testing effect equally, when simultaneously leading to water and detecting, the hydroenergy that lets in can further clear up the valve body is inside, make the inside clean effect of valve body better.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, the plugging mechanism 305 at least includes an extendable rod, one end of which is fixedly connected with a plugging block, and the plugging block is a rubber material member and is used for plugging the valve mounting hole, so that the defect is more easily exposed during subsequent pressurization.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 4, a sealing gasket is arranged at the joint of the sealing cover 302 and the valve body, which is helpful for sealing between the sealing cover 302 and the valve body, so that a good air isolation effect is achieved, and the detection reasonability is ensured.

The working process and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: in the valve body course of working, place the valve body of preliminary shaping through external mechanical hand and put on the thing seat, then first positioning mechanism 5 is fixed to one of them opening of valve body, second positioning mechanism 6 is fixed another opening of valve body immediately, fixed back that finishes, detection mechanism 3 plugs up the valve installation department of valve body, restart detecting element 4, detecting element 4 loops through the inboard of cavity and detection port effect at the valve body, at this moment, detection mechanism 3 detects through locating the detection to the valve installation department, whole process is from the location, do not need artifical the participation, and compare in artificial observation, detect more accurately.

A processing technology of a valve body of a valve faucet comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a blank: confirming the raw material of the valve body, then selecting a blank according to the size of the valve body, and determining the width and the diagonal length of the blank;

(2) and (3) processing the appearance: machining the blank by adopting milling equipment to mill the appearance of the valve body, and milling a flange structure at two reserved ports of the valve body by adopting an end mill;

(3) drilling: drilling the flange by using drilling equipment, and drilling a valve mounting hole on the valve body;

(4) polishing: polishing the inner cavity of the valve body by using a polishing device;

(5) cleaning and drying: cleaning the inside and the outside of the valve body by adopting a cleaning assembly line, and then drying the valve body by using drying equipment;

(6) and (3) performance detection: detecting the performance of the valve by using valve body processing equipment of the valve faucet;

(7) and (3) spray painting treatment: and (5) spraying paint on the surface of the valve body qualified in performance detection, drying and warehousing.

In this scheme, in the valve body course of working, detect through a series of performance to the valve body, can effectually get rid of the wastrel, and can be according to the reason that the defective number appears in testing result analysis, help improving the valve body course of working.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the polishing device includes an inner housing 8, wherein both sides of the inner housing 8 are fixedly connected with an i-shaped wheel 9, the inner sides of the two i-shaped wheels 9 are rotatably connected with polishing discs 10, a driving mechanism 11 is arranged inside the inner housing 8, both ends of the driving mechanism 11 rotatably penetrate through the i-shaped wheels 9 and are matched with the polishing discs 10, the driving mechanism 11 is used for driving the polishing discs 10 to rotate, a cleaning component 12 is fixedly connected between the two polishing discs 10, one side of the inner housing 8 is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 13, the liquid inlet pipe 13 sequentially penetrates through the inner housing 8 and one of the i-shaped wheels 9 and is connected with an external liquid supply device, the external liquid supply device is used for supplying antirust liquid to an internal water tank of the inner housing 8, a micro-pump 14 is fixedly arranged inside the water tank, an outlet of the micro-pump 14 is connected with a liquid spray head 7 through a tee joint, the liquid spray head 7 faces the inner side of the cleaning component 12, when clearing up the inner wall of valve body, at first drive the dish 10 of polishing through actuating mechanism 11, the inner wall to the valve body is polished by the dish 10 of polishing, and when polishing, outside confession liquid equipment provides antirust liquid through feed liquor pipe 13 to the water tank is inside, then take out antirust liquid and spout from hydrojet head 7 by micropump 14, antirust liquid immerses inside cleaning element 12, make cleaning element 12 when clearing up the piece, antirust liquid can scribble and smear on the inner wall of valve body, the rust-resistant effect of valve body inner wall has been strengthened, this process can be when playing good clearance effect of polishing, strengthen the performance of valve body, excellent in use effect.

In the present embodiment, the cleaning member 12 is one or a combination of an annular cleaning ball and a cleaning cotton. When polishing the inside of the valve body, the annular cleaning ball or the cleaning cotton can brush down the polished chips, and meanwhile, the annular cleaning ball or the cleaning cotton can enable the antirust liquid to permeate through, and particularly when the annular cleaning ball or the cleaning cotton and the cleaning cotton are combined, the cleaning device has a good cleaning effect, has a good liquid suction effect, and ensures the coating effect of the antirust liquid in the valve body.

Further, as shown in fig. 5, the driving mechanism 11 includes a servo motor 15 and a transmission shaft 16 which are arranged inside the inner housing 8, meshing teeth 17 are arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor 15 and the transmission shaft 16, the two meshing teeth 17 are meshed with each other, a second gear 18 is fixedly connected to both ends of the transmission shaft 16, an annular gear ring 19 is arranged on the inner wall of the polishing disc 10, the second gear 18 is meshed with the annular gear ring 19, in the polishing process, the servo motor 15 is driven to drive the transmission shaft 16 to rotate through the meshing teeth 17, then the transmission shaft 16 drives the second gear 18 to rotate, the second gear 18 drives the polishing disc 10 to rotate through the annular gear ring 19, and therefore the polishing disc 10 can complete the polishing operation.

As shown in fig. 5, in order to prevent the polishing disc 10 from deviating during rotation, in this embodiment, an annular groove is further formed in the inner side of the mold wheel 9, a limiting ring is disposed on one side of the polishing disc 10, and the limiting ring is clamped inside the annular groove and used for limiting the polishing disc 10.
