Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of automatic mechanical equipment, in particular to a structural design of an industrial vehicle steering control device.

Background

Industrial vehicles refer to power-driven motor vehicles used to carry, push, pull, lift, stack, or palletize various loads. Common industrial vehicles are forklifts, side-lifts, tractors, trucks, fork lifts, and the like.

Industrial vehicles require the use of a handle to modify the path of travel of the vehicle. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN201910257211.6 discloses a steering handle and a storage cart including the steering handle, wherein a user can correct the direction of the traveling route of the vehicle by operating the steering handle.

However, the technical scheme still has certain technical defects, on one hand, when the vehicle needs to turn at a large angle, the handle also needs to turn at the same angle, and the convenience of operation of a driver is influenced by the large-range angle change operation. On the other hand, the handle is not good in handling feeling when the handle is returned to the center, and stability of the vehicle when the vehicle travels straight is affected.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electronic steering mechanism, which realizes differential steering, realizes that a vehicle can be steered more conveniently and enhances the return neutrality of the whole handle.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an electronic steering mechanism comprises a rotating shaft assembly and a steering seat, wherein a torsion spring is arranged on the steering seat and comprises two extension ends of the torsion spring; the rotating shaft assembly comprises push rods, the extending ends of the two torsion springs are located on two sides of the push rods, and the rotating shaft assembly is connected with a potentiometer.

Preferably, the rotating shaft assembly comprises a rotating shaft and a transverse connecting piece, the push rod is connected to the transverse connecting piece, and the potentiometer is connected to the lower end of the rotating shaft.

Preferably, the steering seat includes a main seat portion and an extending piece connected to the main seat portion, and the extending piece is provided with two side limiting columns for limiting the rotation stroke of the push rod.

Preferably, in the handle centering state, the distance between the two extending ends of the torsion spring in the horizontal direction is equal to the outer diameter of the push rod.

Preferably, the push rod comprises a bolt and an outer sleeve sleeved outside the bolt, the overhanging sheet is provided with an auxiliary limiting groove, and the length of the auxiliary limiting groove is smaller than the distance between the two side limiting columns.

1. the controller can realize that the rotating angle of the rotating shaft assembly has a certain proportional relation with the actual rotating angle of the steering wheel, so that the rotating shaft can rotate in a proper angle range, and the steering wheel can rotate in any required angle range.

2. The control of reducing the speed of the vehicle during large-angle turning is realized by detecting the rotation angle of the potentiometer, so that the safety during steering is improved.

3. The push rod is driven by the rotating shaft to synchronously rotate, and the extending ends of the two torsional springs are arranged on the two sides of the push rod and abut against the two torsional springs to generate damping hand feeling.

4. The distance between the extending ends of the two torsion springs in the horizontal direction is just the outer diameter of the nylon outer sleeve, so that the situation that the operating handle or the steering wheel shakes left and right when the rotating shaft assembly is in the middle position is avoided.

5. The two side limiting columns limit the maximum rotating position of the push rod.

6. The centering device is arranged, so that an operator can feel vibration in the centering process, and the vibration can be adjusted through the installation depth of the centering device relative to the rotating shaft assembly.
