Background

In the production process of edible fungi, the material bag filled with the plastic bag needs to be conveyed from a bagging position to a sterilization cabinet for sterilization, the sterilized material bag is conveyed to a cooling position for cooling and finally conveyed to an inoculation position for inoculation, in the conveying process, after the fungus basket is conveyed to a fungus basket loader by an external conveyor, the fungus basket is manually transferred to a sterilization vehicle or a fungus culture rack, the material bag generates micropores due to multiple times of moving of the material basket or the material bag, so that pollution is caused, meanwhile, the manual loading efficiency is low, the inclination of the fungus basket is large in the process of moving and loading, so that the material bag is extruded, and micropores are easily caused; based on the problems, the fungus basket loading equipment has appeared, the frame body of the existing fungus basket loading equipment is unreasonable in design, the problems of instability, unbalance lifting, untimely in-place and the like are caused, the accuracy and the harmony are poor, and therefore the production efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems of the conventional fungus basket car loader, the invention provides a fungus basket car loader with a reasonable structure.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the purpose is as follows: a fungus basket car loader, wherein a lifting motor 1 is arranged on the upper part of a frame body 8, a transmission shaft 38 is transversely arranged on the upper part of the frame body 8 and positioned in front of the lifting motor 1, a motor gear 2 is arranged on an output shaft of the lifting motor 1, and a motor driven gear 3 is arranged on the transmission shaft 38 and corresponds to the motor gear 2; two chain driving gears 4 are symmetrically installed on the transmission shaft 38, two chain driven gears 23 are installed at the bottom of the frame body 8 and correspond to the two chain driving gears 4 on the transmission shaft 38, and a chain 9 is installed between the corresponding chain driving gear 4 and the corresponding chain driven gear 23; the rear side of the lifting frame 19 is connected with two chains 9, the front side of the lifting frame 19 is a horizontal front side lifting frame 45, a push rod air cylinder 28 is installed on the lifting frame 19, and an air cylinder rod of the push rod air cylinder 28 is connected with a transverse push rod 20 on the front side.

The vertical support body front side in both sides of support body 8 is equipped with linear guide 15 respectively, and linear bearing base plate 18 is installed respectively at crane 19 rear side both ends, is equipped with linear bearing base plate screw hole 54 on the linear bearing base plate 18, and linear bearing 17 passes through linear bearing connecting screw 16 to be installed on linear bearing base plate 18, and linear bearing 17 slidable mounting is on linear guide 15.

Two pairs of connecting base blocks 14 are symmetrically arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the cross beam of the upper portion of the lifting frame 19, corresponding to each chain 9, in an up-and-down mode, two ends of each chain 9 are fixed to the two connecting base blocks 14 on the same side respectively, chain connecting screws 12 are vertically arranged on the connecting base blocks 14, the end portions of the chains 9 are connected with the chain connecting screws 12 through chain connecting pin shafts 11, and the chain connecting screws 12 are fixed to the connecting base blocks 14 through connecting nuts 13.

An air cylinder baffle 50 and a push rod baffle 29 are transversely arranged on the lifting frame 19 in a front-back parallel mode, a push rod air cylinder 28 is arranged on the rear side of the middle part of the air cylinder baffle 50, an air cylinder rod of the push rod air cylinder 28 penetrates through the air cylinder baffle 50 to be installed, and the push rod air cylinder 28 penetrates through the push rod baffle 29 on the rear side to be installed; two push rod guide rods 27 are symmetrically arranged on the push rod baffle plate 29 at two sides of the push rod cylinder 28, the push rod guide rods 27 are slidably arranged on the push rod baffle plate 29 through a guide rod shaft sleeve 44, the push rod guide rods 27 penetrate through the push rod baffle plate 29 and the cylinder baffle plate 50, and the front end of each push rod guide rod 27 and the cylinder rod of the push rod cylinder 28 are connected with a push rod 20.

The upper part of the front side lifting frame 45 of the lifting frame 19 is provided with a roller way machine 21, the lifting frame 19 is provided with a basket entering motor 43 through a basket entering motor base plate 49, the basket entering motor 43 is connected with the roller way machine 21, and the roller way of the roller way machine 21 is vertically arranged with the lifting frame 19.

The roller machine 21 front side is connected with the inner side surface of the roller outer plate 51, the bottom surface of the roller outer plate 51 is fixed on the front crane 45, the upper plate surface of the roller outer plate 51 is of an outer end downward inclined structure, and the upper plate surface of the roller outer plate 51 is lower than the roller surface of the roller machine 21.

A basket inlet induction device 34 is arranged on the front side of the frame of the lifting frame 19 at one end of the basket inlet, and a frame position induction device is arranged between the roller ways on the roller way machine 21; an origin induction device 58 is arranged on the front side of the lifting frame 19 at the opposite end of the feeding basket, and an interlayer induction device 40 is arranged on the outer side of the roller outer side plate 51 at the front side of the roller machine 21.

An upper limit normally closed switch 25 and an upper limit sensing device 26 are installed on the upper portion of the vertical frame body on one side of the frame body 8, and a lower limit normally closed switch 36 and a lower limit sensing device 37 are installed on the lower portion of the vertical frame body.

A bacteria basket baffle 39 is arranged on the front lifting frame 45 of the lifting frame 19 and the bacteria basket 57 at the output end of the bacteria basket.

Two ends of the transmission shaft 38 are fixed on the upper part of the frame body 8 through the transmission bearing 6 and the bearing block 5; the lifting motor 1 is arranged on the upper part of the frame body 8 through the motor base plate 7; the chain driven gear 23 is mounted to the bottom of the frame body 8 through a chain driven gear support plate 22.

The fungus basket car loader disclosed by the invention adopts a balanced lifting structure and a basket pushing structure, so that stable loading and lifting balance of fungus baskets are realized; the timely positioning of the fungus baskets is realized by combining a roller way machine, and a plurality of induction devices are installed in a matched manner, so that the accuracy and the coordination are good; the automatic loading of the fungus basket is realized, and the production efficiency is high.

The structure of the fungus basket car loader is shown in figures 1-5, a lifting motor 1 is arranged on the upper portion of a frame body 8 through a motor substrate 7, a transmission shaft 38 is transversely arranged on the upper portion of the frame body 8 and positioned on the front side of the lifting motor 1, two ends of the transmission shaft 38 are fixed on the upper portion of the frame body 8 through a transmission bearing 6 and a bearing seat 5, a motor gear 2 is arranged on an output shaft of the lifting motor 1, a motor driven gear 3 is arranged on the transmission shaft 38 and corresponds to the motor gear 2, and the motor gear 2 is connected with the motor driven gear 3 through a transmission; two chain driving gears 4 are symmetrically installed on the transmission shaft 38, two chain driven gears 23 are installed at the bottom of the frame body 8 and correspond to the two chain driving gears 4 on the transmission shaft 38, the chain driven gears 23 are installed at the bottom of the frame body 8 through chain driven gear supporting plates 22, and chains 9 are installed between the corresponding chain driving gears 4 and the chain driven gears 23; linear guide rails 15 are respectively arranged on the front sides of the two vertical frame bodies on the two sides of the frame body 8, linear bearing base plates 18 are respectively installed at the two ends of the rear side of the lifting frame 19, linear bearing base plate screw holes 54 are formed in the linear bearing base plates 18, linear bearings 17 are installed on the linear bearing base plates 18 through linear bearing connecting screws 16, and the linear bearings 17 are installed on the linear guide rails 15 in a sliding mode. The upper part of a front side lifting frame 45 of the lifting frame 19 is provided with a roller way machine 21, the lifting frame 19 is provided with a basket entering motor 43 through a basket entering motor base plate 49, an output shaft of the basket entering motor 43 is connected with a roller shaft of the roller way machine 21 through a gear and a movable chain, and the roller way of the roller way machine 21 is vertically arranged with the lifting frame 19. The medial surface of roller outer panel 51 is connected to roller machine 21 front side, and on roller outer panel 51 bottom surface was fixed in front side crane 45, the last face of roller outer panel 51 was outer end downward sloping structure, and the last face of roller outer panel 51 is less than the roller face of roller machine 21.

A basket inlet induction device 34 is installed on the front side of the frame of the lifting frame 19 at one end of the basket inlet, and frame position induction devices are installed on the roller way machine 21 between the roller ways according to the arrangement of the fungus baskets, in the embodiment, four frame position induction devices, namely a first basket position induction device 30, a second basket position induction device 31, a third basket position induction device 32 and a fourth basket position induction device 33 are adopted, as shown in fig. 7; the crane 19 is located and advances the basket relative one end front side and be equipped with initial point induction system 58, induction system 40 between the running roller lateral plate 51 outside installation layer of roller machine 21 front side, as shown in fig. 6, roller machine 21 advances a basket one end and connects outside lift conveyer 46, and the last front and back of outside lift conveyer 46 is equipped with fungus basket count correlation photoelectric combined sensor receiving terminal 47 and fungus basket count correlation photoelectric combined sensor transmitting terminal 48 respectively, carries out fungus basket count through this counter. 2. the basket entering motor 43 starts to work to drive the roller way machine 21 to start conveying the bacteria baskets, and at the moment, the basket position sensing devices respectively sense whether the bacteria baskets are in place or not, as shown in fig. 15;

3. when all the uniform baskets 57 are sensed to be in place, the roller machine 21 stops running, the push rod cylinder 28 starts to work under the action of the control system, the bacteria basket push rod 20 is driven to run forwards to push the uniform baskets 57 into a corresponding layer in the sterilization vehicle or the bacteria culture rack, then the bacteria basket push rod 20 is retracted, the lifting rack 19 is driven by the lifting motor 1 to continuously lift upwards, and at the moment, circulation of one layer is completed until the uppermost layer is full, as shown in fig. 16-18; in the lifting process of the lifting frame 19, when the interlayer induction device 40 detects the position of a bacteria basket, the lifting motor 1 stops lifting transmission under the control of the control system, the bacteria basket counting correlation photoelectric combined sensor of the external lifting transmission machine 46 starts counting, when any bacteria basket is not in place, the push rod cylinder 28 does not work, and when the origin induction device induces that the bacteria basket is out of place, the basket feeding motor 43 stops working under the control of the control system; when the upper limit sensing device and the lower limit sensing device on the frame body 8 sense that the lifting frame 19 reaches the limit position, the lifting electricity 1 stops working under the control of the control system, and the lifting frame 19 stops running; when the upper limit stop of the frame body 8 is finished, an upper running process is finished, the lifting frame 19 starts to descend, and when the lower limit induction position is reached, an up-down running cycle of the lifting frame 19 is completely finished.
