This function can let the steering wheel become warm in the short time in chilly season, no longer feels cold and uncomfortable when letting the driver hold the steering wheel, increases the travelling comfort of driving, reduces the driving accident because of the low temperature causes.

In consideration of safety and convenience, most of the existing vehicle-mounted steering wheel heating pads adopt an electric heating method with a small volume, and the principle of the electric heating method is similar to that of traditional electric heating blankets and other electric heat preservation equipment, wherein the steering wheel heating pad adopts the principle that a resistance wire embroidered in the heating pad generates heat. Usually, a layer of steering wheel heating pad is wrapped in a sheath wrapped by a steering wheel, a power line supplies power to a resistance wire on the heating pad through a part connected with a rotating shaft below the steering wheel, and most of vehicle types with steering wheel heating mainly focus on 3-point and 9-point directions of the steering wheel, namely heating in a hand-held area.

However, such a heating device has obvious disadvantages that the heating is not uniform, and a fire accident is easily caused by the non-uniform heating, compared with the conventional electric heating device, the non-uniform heating is not only easy to induce the fire accident, but also the extremely hot or cold parts of the heating device can easily affect the hand feeling of the driver, and thus the safety accident is easily caused.

s4, gluing, namely punching positioning points on the semi-finished product by using an electric iron, gluing on a corresponding die after punching is finished, and pasting a double-sided adhesive tape on an embroidery face of the electric heating wire;

s5, stamping, namely, stamping the semi-finished product pasted with the double-sided adhesive tape in a pre-actual stamping die to form the textile heating sheet 3 into a specified shape;

s6, welding the NTC to the flat cable, and welding the welded flat cable to the punched semi-finished product, so that the flat cable is connected with an electric heating wire on the textile cloth main body to form a loop, and a finished product of the textile heating sheet 3 is obtained;

s7, quality inspection, namely, sending the final finished product to QC, packaging and warehousing after inspection

the invention embroiders the electric heating wire on the surface of the textile fabric main body by an embroidering process, is fast and accurate, provides a corresponding energy supply unit for the electric heating wire, enables the textile heating sheet to be a heat supply unit of the heating pad integrally, then adds an outer protective sleeve on the outer wall of the textile heating sheet, and utilizes the solid silica gel block and the liquid silica gel in the outer protective sleeve to realize the heat dissipation homogenization of the textile heating sheet, so that the temperature difference of the whole outer side of the heating pad main body is not large, the great influence on a driver caused by the uneven heating of the outer side part of the heating pad main body is not easy to generate, meanwhile, the high heat dissipation performance of the solid silica gel block and the liquid silica gel can lead the temperature generated by the electric heating wire to be not easy to gather, and the fire disaster generated by the heat gathering is not easy to be induced, in particular, the solid silica gel block of the outer protective sleeve can lead the whole outer protective sleeve to be more, and liquid silica gel then when not influencing the normal work of solid silica gel piece, can also provide the lubrication action for solid silica gel piece, make solid silica gel piece be difficult for taking place cracked because of wearing and tearing each other, increase the life of outer protective sheath, at last, through adding a plurality of grid boards in to the outer protective sheath, intensity that can effectual increase and decrease outer protective sheath body, make the navigating mate grip the phenomenon that the in-process of outer protective sheath driving is difficult for taking place the outer protective sheath slippage, increase the security performance of outer protective sheath by a wide margin.
