Background

In the traditional mask production, non-woven fabrics are mostly adopted as carriers, the non-woven fabrics are required to be sliced into mask carrying sheets with certain specifications, and then various active additives, humectants and the like are immersed into the mask carrying sheets.

Disclosure of Invention

The applicant provides a mask which can be formed by a natural mask sizing material directly without a carrier aiming at the traditional mask, wherein the natural mask sizing material needs to be filled with glue in the process, however, in the actual production process, the flow of the mask sizing material under the pressure difference of a pipeline can influence the forming of a micro structure in the mask sizing material and directly influence the quality of a product, and therefore, how to realize the glue filling mode of the mask sizing material is an urgent problem to be solved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the facial mask sizing material filling machine provided by the invention comprises:

a machine base;

the main mounting pipe is fixedly mounted on the base, the main mounting pipe extends up and down, and the lower port of the main mounting pipe is hermetically arranged in a sealing manner;

the piston is hermetically arranged in the inner cavity of the main mounting pipe, a feed inlet is arranged on the upper end surface of the piston in a penetrating manner, and a material containing cavity is formed between the lower end surface of the piston and the bottom wall surface of the main mounting pipe;

the blank cap is movably arranged on the piston along the up-down direction and is used for opening or closing the feed port;
