As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides an aluminum wheel hub of an electric two-wheeled vehicle, which comprises an outer ring aluminum wheel rim 1 and an inner aluminum wheel spoke support 2, wherein the outer ring aluminum wheel rim 1 is formed by aluminum pipe spinning, the inner aluminum wheel spoke support 2 comprises a wheel spoke 3 and an inner wheel hub 4, a shaft mounting hole 5 is arranged in the center of the inner wheel hub 4, the wheel spoke 3 and the inner wheel hub 4 are integrally formed by extrusion molding or forging molding, and the outer ring aluminum wheel rim 1 and the integrally formed inner aluminum wheel spoke support 2 are connected and fixed into a whole wheel hub by welding or riveting.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, in the manufacturing method of the outer-ring aluminum rim 1, the aluminum pipe is a length of aluminum plate which is formed into a circular winding piece by winding and shaping through a rolling device, and the winding piece is welded end to form the aluminum pipe. The winding of the aluminum sheet into the aluminum pipe can further reduce the cost as compared with the direct manufacturing of the aluminum pipe.
