9. The steering wheel of claim 8, wherein an outer surface of the heating structure is coated with a coating.

10. The steering wheel of claim 9, wherein a foam structure is disposed between the heating structure and the covering layer.

Background

Under the condition of relatively low ambient temperature, when the running direction of the control equipment is controlled, the cold steering wheel can cause the hand feeling to be very uncomfortable, and in a serious condition, the reaction is not timely caused by the stiffness of the hand, so that an unnecessary disaster is caused. Therefore, in order to improve the comfort of human body, reduce the occurrence of disasters and meet the current market demands, the heating device assembled on the steering wheel for controlling the running direction of equipment has more and more extensive market demands.

The heating structure on the steering wheel generally adopts a sewing process to fix the heating wire on the base material, so that the efficiency is low, and the heating structure cannot be repaired after the problems of wire binding and the like are generated in the sewing process, so that the rejection rate is high; also, the sewn steering wheel heater has a dent in the soft base material due to the lower thread sewing, which affects the aesthetic appearance of the steering wheel.
