The invention also discloses a use method of the multi-output interface two-stage worm and gear speed reducer with the gear cleaning device, which specifically comprises the following steps:

Step one, gear cleaning: before cleaning, pull ring 32 is pulled outwards with force, U-shaped frame 28 and U-shaped oil collecting plate 30 are pulled out through connecting frame 33, then greasy dirt in U-shaped oil collecting plate 30 is cleaned, water injection pipe joint 13 is connected with a water pump through a pipeline, sealing sleeve 19 is screwed down, cleaning liquid cylinder 15 is screwed in internal thread groove 14, sealing cover 21 is taken down, connecting nozzle at the position is connected with a waste water collecting tank through a pipeline, protective cover 17 is taken down, cleaning agent is injected into cleaning liquid cylinder 15, protective cover 17 is covered, finally water pump is started, purified water is injected into flow distribution box 5 through a pipeline, water is divided into two parts and flows out from first flow distribution pipe 6 and second flow distribution pipe 7 respectively, water in first flow distribution pipe 6 enters water spray straight pipe 8, simultaneously a small amount of cleaning agent in cleaning liquid cylinder 15 is mixed into first flow distribution pipe 6 through cleaning liquid suction pipe 10 and is sprayed out downwards through foaming spray head 11 together with purified water, washing the gear;

Step two, side wall washing: when the gear is cleaned, part of water splashes to the inner wall of the shell 1, water in the second shunt pipe 7 enters the water spraying ring pipe 9, water is sprayed to the inner wall of the shell 1 through the fine water spraying holes in the inclined water spraying plate 12, stains are washed down, and finally sewage flows to the bottom of the inner cavity of the shell 1;

Step three, sewage removal: the sewage flowing into the water collecting tank 20 finally flows into a wastewater collecting tank through an external pipeline, after the cleaning is finished, the pipeline is detached, the pull rod 23 is pulled out through the pull ring 24, the scraper 22 is used for scraping out solid impurities in the water collecting tank 20 for cleaning, finally the scraper 22 which is cleaned up is pushed back, and the sealing cover 21 is covered;

Step four, lubricating oil replenishing: the bolts on the sealing plate 26 are removed, then the sealing plate 26 is taken down, lubricating oil is smeared on the worm in the shell 1 by a brush or a pipeline, and finally the sealing plate 26 is covered and fixed tightly.
