The working principle of the invention is as follows: the tire repair method comprises the steps of placing a wheel hub on a second rotating column 5, enabling a shaft hole of the wheel hub to be sleeved on a limiting column 6, fixing the wheel hub through a limiting structure, dismounting a tire from the wheel hub through a dismounting and mounting mechanism, sending the tire to a first rotating column 4, lifting an annular table 7 according to the inner diameter of the tire before the first rotating column, enabling the annular table 7 to be completely abutted against the inner ring of the tire, if the diameter of the first rotating column 4 is the same as the inner diameter of the tire, not needing to lift the annular table 7, inflating the inner portion of the tire through an air pump 8, enabling the tire to swell, detecting the position of a gas leakage hole through a tire repair mechanism, discharging gas in the tire after the position is determined, and repairing the gas leakage hole of the tire under the matching of the tire repair mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism.

According to the invention, after the wheel hub is placed on the second rotating column 5, the tire can be automatically dismounted and repaired, and the tire can be automatically mounted on the wheel hub after the tire is repaired, so that the efficiency is high, and the labor cost is greatly saved.

In the invention, the tire can be disassembled in two conditions, namely, in the first condition, the second rotating column 5 rotates and descends in cooperation with the disassembling and installing mechanism to remove the tire, and in the second condition, the second rotating column 5 does not rotate and descends in cooperation with the extruding mechanism to remove the tire.

And the mechanism can adjust the height of the tire through the lifting frame 44 after the leakage hole on the tire is determined, so that the tire is aligned to the position of the hot pressing plate 34.

Specifically, the auxiliary mechanism comprises a push rod motor seven 45, the push rod motor seven 45 is fixed on the maintenance box 2, and a squeezing plate 46 is fixed on a push rod of the push rod motor seven 45. The push rod motor seven 45 is started to drive the extrusion plate 46 to move, and the extrusion plate 46 can extrude the tire to the hot pressing plate 34, so that the hot pressing plate 34 can better compound the corner repairing block on the tire.

Specifically, the extrusion mechanism comprises a lifting annular rail 47, a rotating ring 48, a push rod motor eight 49, a push rod motor nine 50, a driving motor five 51 and an extrusion block 52, wherein the push rod motor eight 49 is fixed on the rack 1, the lifting annular rail 47 is fixed on a push rod of the push rod motor eight 49, the rotating ring 48 is rotatably arranged on the lifting annular rail 47, the push rod motor nine 50 is fixed on the lifting annular rail 47, the driving motor five 51 is fixed on the rack 1, an output shaft of the driving motor five 51 is in transmission connection with the rotating ring 48, the driving motor five 51 can drive the rotating ring 48 to rotate, the extrusion block 52 is fixed at the end part of the push rod motor nine 50, and the extrusion block 52 is provided with an upper extrusion rod 52a and a lower extrusion rod 52 b. The eight push rod motor 49 is started to drive the lifting annular rail 47 to ascend or descend, the five driving motor 51 drives the rotating ring 48 to rotate and the nine push rod motor 50 on the rotating ring 48, the nine push rod motor 50 drives the extrusion block 52 to move, and the extrusion block 52 is provided with an upper extrusion rod 52a and a lower extrusion rod 52b for assisting in tire installation. The tire can be hooked out of the hub or pressed into the hub by the upper pressing rod 52a and the lower pressing rod 52 b.
