The cap storage module 33 comprises a cam chute assembly, a cap storage support seat, an openable cap storage plate assembly and a square outer shell plate 331, wherein the openable cap storage plate assembly comprises a cross plate 338, four L-shaped plates 334 with the same structure and a small shaft clamp 337, the four L-shaped plates 334 with the same structure are respectively arranged on four right angles of the cross plate 338 to form a cuboid with a cavity structure, the small shaft clamp 337 is arranged at the right angle of each L-shaped plate 334, one end of each small shaft clamp 337 is fixedly connected with the L-shaped plate 334, and the other end of each small shaft clamp 337 is clamped in the cam chute assembly; two ends of the four L-shaped plates 334 are respectively provided with a connecting plate, and the two connecting plates are nested in the cam chute assembly; a cross-shaped partition plate coaxial with the cross plate 338 is arranged in the square shell plate 331. Namely, the strip caps in the storage and L-shaped plates and the cross plate can enter and be placed on the cross-shaped partition plate in the square shell plate under the pushing action of the cap pushing plate. The cap storage supporting seat comprises a first H-shaped plate 333 and a second H-shaped plate 332 which are arranged in parallel, the first H-shaped plate 333 is arranged at the joint of the openable cap storage plate assembly and the square shell plate 331, and the second H-shaped plate 332 is arranged at the joint of the openable cap storage plate assembly and the cap arranging power module 32. Two cam chute assemblies are arranged and are respectively fixedly arranged on the first H-shaped plate 333 and the second H-shaped plate 332, each cam chute assembly comprises a hollow shaft 335 and a cam chute 336 arranged on the hollow shaft 335, and a protruding structure is arranged on the cam chute 336.

The capping mechanism 2 comprises a capping rotating plate 22 arranged on the cap arranging support base module 31, a rotating cap transferring driver 21 for driving the capping rotating plate 22 to rotate, and a cap transferring funnel 23 arranged below the capping rotating plate 22.

The cap pushing driving module 41 includes two cap pushing screw assemblies symmetrically arranged with respect to the cap pushing plate 42, one of the cap pushing screw assemblies is disposed on the top plate 311, and the other cap pushing screw assembly is disposed on the upper surface of the bottom of the U-shaped plate. Each push cap screw component comprises a ball screw, a screw slider and a screw motor, wherein the ball screw, the screw slider and the screw motor are sequentially connected, the screw slider is provided with a strong magnet, correspondingly, the push cap push plate 42 is a magnet push plate and is arranged in a cavity structure formed by the cross plate 338 and the L-shaped plate in a surrounding mode.

The working process of the device of the invention is as follows: to package 100 caps at a time, the original square is divided into 4 sections by a cross plate 338, storing 25 caps at a time. Firstly, the caps fall one by one, when the cap-receiving rotating plate 22 is full of 25 caps, a servo motor of a cap-rotating driver is rotated to drive the cap-receiving rotating plate 22 to rotate, meanwhile, a cap-storing rotating motor of the cap-arranging power module 32 drives a pinion to rotate, and further drives a bull gear and a cap-storing plate assembly which is connected with the bull gear and can be opened and closed to rotate in sequence, when a small shaft clamp moves to a protruding structure on a cam chute assembly, an L-shaped plate located below a cap-transmitting funnel is opened, then 25 caps falling from the cap-receiving rotating plate fall on a cross plate, the small shaft clamp continues to rotate along the cam chute assembly, and when the small shaft clamp leaves the protruding structure on the cam chute assembly, the L-shaped plate is closed, and the storage work of a group of caps is completed. Then, the small gear is driven to rotate by the cap storage rotating motor of the cap arranging power module 32, and the large gear and the openable cap storage plate assembly connected with the large gear are sequentially driven to rotate, when the small shaft clamp moves to the protruding structure on the cam chute assembly, the L-shaped plate below the cap conveying funnel is opened for borrowing and storing 25 full caps on the cap receiving rotating plate 22, and until 25 caps are stored in 4 cavities formed between the 4L-shaped plates and the cross plate, 100 caps are stored. Then the horizontal motion module just drives row cap mechanism and connects cap mechanism to move forward together for the front end of square shell plate 331 reaches the port of encapsulation bag, pushes away the lead screw servo motor drive strong magnet motion of cap mechanism after that, and then drives and pushes away cap push pedal 42 motion, pushes away 100 strip caps of storage in the bag, then horizontal motion module drive intermediate mechanism gets back to the original position, pushes away the lead screw servo motor drive strong magnet return of cap mechanism, has just so accomplished once and has pushed away the cap action.
