Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an auxiliary frame and a vehicle.

Background

The sub-frame of an automobile is an axle assembly formed by suspension components such as axles, axles and differentials, and the sub-frame is connected with a main frame through rigid or flexible (rubber or hydraulic gaskets) to form a complete frame. The auxiliary frame is used for isolating vibration and noise, so that the vibration and the noise of the automobile chassis are prevented from directly entering a carriage, and the comfort of a user is improved.

However, when the front end of the vehicle collides, the sub-frame deforms after receiving a large impact force, and the deformation or displacement of the sub-frame can cause the tire and the steel ring to impact the front wall of the vehicle, so that the cab is extruded, and the driver is injured greatly. Therefore, in the prior art, the invasion amount of the tire and the steel ring to the front wall is reduced by adopting the modes of engine falling, subframe falling, weakening the rigidity of a steel ring spoke and the like so as to reduce the injury of the front wall to a driver. However, the above-described method merely reduces the amount of the tire and the rim that intrudes into the front wall, and the problem of the amount of the tire and the rim that intrudes into the front wall of the vehicle cannot be solved at the root, and the front wall that intrudes after the collision still causes a certain damage to the driver.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a subframe which can prevent a tire and a steel ring from impacting a front wall of a vehicle to extrude a cab space when the front end of the vehicle is collided, and prevent the front wall of the vehicle from damaging a driver.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an auxiliary frame which comprises a mounting frame and two swing arms respectively arranged on two sides of the mounting frame; the first end of the swing arm is pivoted with the front end of the mounting frame, the second end of the swing arm gradually extends outwards along the direction from the front end to the rear end of the mounting frame, a fastening part is formed on the swing arm at a position between the first end and the second end of the swing arm, a fastening groove is formed on the mounting frame, the fastening groove is provided with a connecting port for inserting the fastening part into the fastening groove, and a flanging is formed on the peripheral edge of the connecting port;

the fixing device is characterized by further comprising a fastening piece, the fastening piece sequentially penetrates through the mounting frame and the fastening portion, through holes for the fastening piece to penetrate through are formed in the two sides of the fastening groove on the mounting frame respectively, a first tearing opening is formed in the edge, close to the through hole, of the connecting opening, a second tearing opening is formed in the inner wall of the through hole, and the tearing direction of the first tearing opening is the same as that of the second tearing opening.

In some embodiments, the tear direction of the first tear opening is a horizontal direction.

In some embodiments, the fastening portion defines a through hole for the fastener to pass through.

In some embodiments, a knuckle is connected to a second end of the swing arm.

Compared with the prior art, the auxiliary frame has the beneficial effects that:

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, some embodiments of the present invention provide a subframe, which includes a mounting frame 1 and two swing arms 2 respectively disposed at two sides of the mounting frame 1; the first end of the swing arm 2 is pivoted with the front end of the mounting frame 1, the second end of the swing arm 2 gradually extends outwards along the direction from the front end to the rear end of the mounting frame 1, a fastening part 21 is formed at a position, between the first end and the second end, of the swing arm 2, a fastening groove 11 is formed in the mounting frame 1, the fastening groove 11 is provided with a connecting port 111 for inserting the fastening part 21 into the fastening groove 11, and a flange 12 is formed on the peripheral edge of the connecting port 111; still include fastener 3, fastener 3 wears to locate mounting bracket 1 and fastening portion 21 in proper order, and the through-hole 13 that supplies fastener 3 to pass is seted up respectively to the both sides that lie in fastening groove 11 on the mounting bracket 1, has seted up first tearing notch 14 on the edge that is close to through-hole 13 on the connector 111, has seted up second tearing notch 15 on the inner wall of through-hole 13, and the direction of tearing of first tearing notch 14 is the same with the direction of tearing of second tearing notch 15.

Wherein, the second end of swing arm 2 is connected with knuckle 5, and knuckle 5 is used for connecting tire and rim, realizes the purpose to the turning to of tire and rim.

Based on above-mentioned scheme, when the vehicle front end bumps, mounting bracket 1 can receive great impact force in the twinkling of an eye, so that mounting bracket 1 takes place to tear along first tearing tear notch 14, fastening portion 21 no longer receives the restraint of fastener 3 after first tearing tear notch 14 after tearing and second tearing notch 15 intercommunication, make the second end atress of swing arm 2 can take place to rotate around the first end of swing arm 2, thereby avoided being located the preceding of the second end tire of swing arm 2 and steel ring striking vehicle and enclosed, and then avoided the injury in order to reduce the driver to cockpit space extrusion.

Wherein, second tear mouth 15 plays the guide effect to make mounting bracket 1 tear the back along the direction of tearing of first tear mouth 14 and be connected with through-hole 13, and then released fastener 3 and to the restriction of fastening portion 21, so that the second end of swing arm 2 can rotate around first end, has avoided the preceding of tire and rim striking vehicle to enclose. The flanges 12 are used to improve the structural strength of the peripheral edge of the connecting port 111, so that the structure of the peripheral edge of the connecting port 111 is not changed and the first tearing port 14 is torn by the force after the mounting bracket 1 is subjected to the instant impact force.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the tear direction of the first tear opening 14 is a horizontal direction. Since the vehicle front end is subjected to a collision force in the horizontal direction in most cases, the tearing direction of the first tearing opening 14 is set to be horizontal to improve the tearing efficiency, thereby ensuring that the first tearing opening 14 can tear to the inner wall of the through hole 13. In other embodiments, the tearing direction of the first tearing opening 14 can be a vertical direction or an inclined direction, which is not limited herein.

It is understood that one or more first tearing openings 14 can be arranged on the connecting opening 111, which is not limited herein and can be designed adaptively according to actual use situations.

Further, the fastening portion 21 is opened with a through hole through which the fastening member 3 passes. The fastening part 21 is fastened in the fastening slot 11 after the fastening part 3 passes through the through hole 13 and the through hole in sequence, so that the second end of the swing arm 2 is prevented from rotating around the first end of the swing arm 2 during the normal running of the vehicle. Wherein, fastener 3 is the bolt, and the assembly is convenient, and firm reliable.

In some embodiments, the swing arm 2 is an arc-shaped sheet metal part.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the subframe of the present embodiment further includes two connecting arms 4 respectively disposed at two sides of the mounting frame 1. The connecting arm 4 is used to connect other parts of the subframe for fixing the subframe and the main frame to each other.

To sum up, the embodiment of the present invention provides a subframe, when a collision occurs at a front end of a vehicle, a large instant impact force is applied to a mounting frame 1, so that the mounting frame 1 is torn along a first tearing opening 14, and when the torn first tearing opening 14 is communicated with a second tearing opening 15, a fastening portion 21 is no longer constrained by a fastening member 3, so that a second end of a swing arm 2 is stressed to rotate around a first end of the swing arm 2, thereby preventing a tire and a steel ring located at the second end of the swing arm 2 from impacting a front wall of the vehicle, and further preventing a cabin space from being extruded to reduce a driver's injury.

In addition, the invention also provides a vehicle which comprises the auxiliary frame.
