The embodiment of the application provides a steering wheel.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a steering wheel comprises a foaming body 2, a framework 1, an insert 3, a leather sheath 4 and a decoration 5, wherein the framework 1 and the insert 3 are arranged in the foaming body 2, and the foaming body 2 is formed on the framework 1 and the insert 3 through foaming molds in a foaming mode. The insert 3 comprises a bottom wall 31 and two side walls 32, an inlay cavity 33 is formed inside, the two side walls 32 extend from the bottom wall 31 to the surface of the foaming body 2, wherein the bottom wall 31 and the side walls 32 are integrally formed. The leather sheath 4 wraps the periphery of the foaming body 2, the two end parts are embedded into the embedding cavities 33, and the decorating parts 5 are at least partially embedded into the embedding cavities 33 from the middles of the two end parts of the leather sheath 4 and are in interference fit with the two end parts of the leather sheath 4 respectively.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to improve the situation that the leather drives the decorative part 5 to move after being heated to expand and contract with cold, the insert 3 further has an intermediate standing wall 34, one end of the leather sheath 4 is embedded into one side of the intermediate standing wall 34, the decorative part 5 and the other end of the leather sheath 4 are embedded into the other side of the intermediate standing wall 34, and the decorative part 5, two ends of the leather sheath 4 and the intermediate standing wall 34 are in interference fit with each other in the embedding cavity 33. The space formed by the middle vertical wall 34 and one side wall and used for embedding the leather sheath 4 and the decorative part 5 together is a first groove 331, and the space formed by the middle vertical wall 34 and the other side wall and used for only embedding the end part of the leather sheath 4 is a second groove 332.

The bottom wall 31 and the side wall 32 of the insert 3 are perpendicular to each other, and the intermediate standing wall 34 and the side wall 32 extend parallel to each other, that is, the intermediate standing wall 34 extends outward from the bottom wall 31 in a direction parallel to the side wall 32. In the embodiment of the present application, the intermediate upright wall 34 is integrally formed with the bottom wall 31 and the side walls 32.

One side of the middle vertical wall 34 and the side wall 32 of the insert 3 form a second groove 332 embedded with the end part of the leather sheath 4, so that the coating trend of the leather is restrained, the coating direction of the leather sheath 4 is changed to be vertical, and under the clamping of interference force, even if the leather is aged or heated to shrink, the leather is difficult to drive the upper decoration 5 to move.

As shown in fig. 1, the insert 3 is arranged along the hub 14 of the steering wheel, the upper edges of the two side spokes 13 and the lower rim 12 of the steering wheel, forming a closed annular structure. The distribution of the insert 3 is also the distribution of the trim 5 on the steering wheel. In other embodiments, the insert 3 may be placed at different locations on the steering wheel depending on the design requirements of the trim piece 5.

Protruding limiting parts 36 are arranged on the bottom wall 31 of the insert 3 and positioned outside the two side walls 32, the limiting parts 36 are integrally formed on the outer sides of the side walls 32, and the limiting parts 36 enter the foaming bodies 2 on the two sides of the insert 3. The limiting part 36 extends into the foaming body 2, so that the connection strength of the insert 3 and the foaming body 2 is enhanced, and the insert 3 is not easy to separate from the foaming body 2.

Inlay on the diapire 31 of cavity 33 integrative being fixed with flat structure 35 of colluding, 5 bottoms of decoration are equipped with hook groove 54, and cavity 33 is inlayed in 5 entering of decoration, and flat structure 35 of colluding imbeds hook groove 54 and realizes the barb block.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the flat hook mechanism is located in the first groove 331, the flat hook structure 35 includes a connecting section 351 and an enlarged portion 352, the connecting section 351 extends from the bottom wall 31 of the inlay cavity 33 to the open side of the inlay cavity 33, the enlarged portion 352 is located at the top end of the connecting section 351, and the enlarged portion 352 gradually reduces in width from the connecting section 351 to the outside. The connecting section 351 has a uniform cylindrical structure in cross section and can be a cylinder or a prism; the enlarged part 352 is a conical structure, the bottom surface of the conical structure is connected with the connecting section 351, and the bottom end of the conical structure is larger than the connecting section 351 to form a step surface clamped with the hook groove 54; the conical structure can be any one of a cone, a pyramid and a frustum of a pyramid; the flat hook structure is a plurality of point positions or section structures which extend parallel to the side wall and have intervals, or a continuous strip-shaped structure. The hook groove 54 is provided at the bottom of the decoration 5, corresponding to the flat hook structure, and includes a dovetail groove 541 and a contraction portion 542 closing the dovetail groove 541, the contraction portion 542 is provided with an opening 543, the opening 543 is larger than the top of the enlarged portion 352 and smaller than the bottom of the enlarged portion 352, namely, the opening 543 is larger than the top end of the tapered structure and smaller than the bottom end of the tapered structure, the top end of the enlarged portion 352 can pass through the opening 543 without being pressed, but the bottom end needs the decoration 5 to be pressed, the side profile of the tapered structure expands the opening 543, and the enlarged portion 352 can pass through the opening 543 completely. The dovetail groove 541 is matched with the enlarged part 352, when the decoration 5 is in forced contact with the enlarged part 352, the enlarged opening 543 of the enlarged part 352 enters the dovetail groove 541, and after the enlarged part 352 enters the dovetail groove 541, the contracted part 542 is restored, and the contracted part 542 fastens the enlarged part 352, so that the flat hook structure 35 and the hook groove 54 form barb clamping.

The stability that decoration 5 and inserts 3 are connected is strengthened with the block of hook groove 54 to flat structure 35, improves the problem that leather sheath 4 drove the removal of decoration 5.

When the decoration 5 is installed, one end of the decoration 5, which is provided with the hook groove 54, enters the embedding cavity 33, and the decoration 5 is pressed downwards, so that the flat hook structure 35 and the hook groove 54 complete barb clamping.

The mosaic cavity is filled with glue, and the glue is bonded with any two or more of the decorative part, the leather sheath, the side wall of the insert and the middle vertical wall. In the embodiment of the present application, the space at one side of the end of the leather sheath 4 and the decorative part 5 in the inlaid cavity 33 is filled with glue, that is, the first groove 331 is filled with glue, and the glue bonds the decorative part 5, the leather sheath 4 and the inner wall of the insert 3. The connecting strength among the decoration 5, the leather sheath 4 and the insert 3 is improved.

As shown in fig. 5, the tops of the two side walls 32 and the middle vertical wall 34 are provided with inclined surfaces 37 facing the decoration 5, the end part of the leather sheath 4 is bent along the inclined surfaces 37 on the side walls 32 to enter the embedding cavity 33, the end part of the leather sheath 4 after bending is tightly attached to the top end of the insert 3, and the gap between the leather sheath 4 and the insert 3 is reduced, so that a space is prevented from being provided for the deformation of the leather sheath 4, the deformation of the leather sheath 4 is reduced, and the positions of the leather sheath 4, the insert 3 and the decoration 5 are stabilized. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the insert 3 is integrally molded with the foam body 2 in a foaming mold. And the bottom wall 31 is provided with a positioning groove 38 at the outer side of the embedding cavity 33, and the framework 1 is provided with a positioning boss 11 embedded in the positioning groove 38. In the foaming process, the positioning boss 11 on the framework 1 is matched and clamped with the positioning groove 38, so that the relative positions of the framework 1 and the insert 3 in the foaming process are stabilized, and the problem of flash caused by the instability of the insert 3 in the foaming process is avoided.
