Detailed Description

In order to facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention is described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for descriptive purposes only.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The first embodiment is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, in order to solve the problem of automatic box sealing and packaging of the dispensing equipment accessories, an assembling mechanism for the dispensing equipment accessories is proposed, which is provided with a feeding mechanism 1, a stacking and scanning device 2, a box feeding device 3, a three-axis grabbing device 4 and a boxing device 5; the feeding mechanism 1 is arranged at the right lower side of the workbench; the stacking and code scanning device 2 is arranged on the right side of the feeding mechanism 1; the box feeding device 3 is arranged on the left side of the feeding mechanism 1; the three-axis gripping device 4 is arranged on the left side of the workbench, and the three-axis gripping device 4 is connected with the box feeding device 3; the boxing device 5 is arranged on the rear side of the workbench;

the feeding mechanism 1 conveys the products, sorts and carries the products to a preparation position; the stacking and code scanning device 2 scans the codes of the products and carries the products to a specified position, so that the products are placed in order; the box feeding device 3 conveys the packing boxes to a specified position; a Y-axis box clamping finger 434 in the three-axis grabbing device 4 grabs the packaging box onto a conveying belt of the boxing device 5, a Z-axis clamping finger 444 carries the product into the packaging box, a cover suction nozzle sucks up the cover of the packaging box, and the cover of the packaging box is covered on the packaging box by moving the Z-axis guide rail device; and the boxing device 5 enables the boxed packing boxes to flow out through a boxing device conveying belt.

The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: as shown in fig. 3, in order to enable the stacking and code-scanning device 2 to complete more products for packing at a time, a stacking and code-scanning device 2 is provided; sucking and moving the products by the conveying suction nozzles 121 in the feeding and conveying shaft 12 to be placed on the code scanning correction table 211, conveying the products into the sorting box 212 by the feeding and conveying shaft 12 after the products pass the code scanning, and simultaneously and transversely placing a plurality of products in the sorting box 212; the plurality of products in the sorting cassette 212 are grasped by the rotary gripper 221 and placed on the stacking correction table 223.

Further, in order to arrange the products orderly on the code scanning correction table and facilitate the simultaneous and orderly clamping of a plurality of products by the rotary clamping hand, a stacking correction device is arranged at the rear side part of the sorting box, the stacking correction device 22 is provided with a rotary clamping hand 221, a correction finger 222 and a stacking correction table 223, the stacking correction table 223 is arranged at the rear side of the sorting box 212, the correction finger 222 is arranged around the periphery of the stacking correction table 223, and the rotary clamping hand 221 is arranged at the left side of the stacking correction table 223;

when a first product is placed into the stacking correction table 223, the correction finger 222 moves towards the direction of the product on the stacking correction table 223, so that an initially placed irregular product meets the requirement through the correction finger 222; for example: the initial product is placed in an inclined state, and the corrected product and the stacking correction table 223 are in an up-down overlapped state.

The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment: as shown in fig. 7, in order to realize the placement of the product, the package box and the package box cover at the designated positions through the operation of different parts, a three-axis gripping device 4 is provided; the package box is brought to the assembly line of the boxing apparatus 5 by the Y-axis clamping fingers 434, and then the product is put into the package box by the Z-axis clamping fingers 444, and the lid of the package box is sucked up and covered on the package box by the lid suction nozzle 445.

Further, in order to automatically complete the spreading state of the packing box and facilitate the direct placement of the product into the packing box, a Y-axis vertical slide rail 436 and a box spreading finger 437 are arranged inside the Y-axis fixed module 431, the Y-axis vertical slide rail 436 is mounted on the right side of the Y-axis slide rail 432, and the Y-axis vertical slide rail 436 is vertically connected with the Y-axis slide rail 432; the box spreading finger 437 is arranged in the middle of the lower side of the Y-axis clamp box arm 433, and the box spreading finger 437 is vertically connected with the Y-axis clamp box arm 437;

after the box conveying device 3 conveys the packaging box to the designated position, the packaging box is unfolded through the box unfolding finger 437, then the first plastic box 51 is sleeved in the unfolded packaging box, and then the unfolded packaging box is conveyed to the box packing production line 52 through the Y-axis box clamping finger 434; for example: the packaging box is in a closed flat state before being unfolded, and the unfolded packaging box and the first plastic box 51 are in an inner and outer sleeved state.

The fourth embodiment is different from the first embodiment: as shown in fig. 10, in order to make the boxing process of the product more convenient and faster, a boxing device 5 is provided; in the product boxing process, in order to fix the packaging box on the boxing device production line 52, the packaging box is fixed on the boxing production line 52 through the plastic box baffle 524, the three-shaft grabbing device 4 is used for boxing and sealing the product, the plastic box baffle 524 is lifted by controlling the boxing supporting cylinder 522, the boxing supporting roller 523 is driven to work through the work of the boxing production line motor 525, and the packaged packaging box after being sealed flows out through the boxing production line conveyor belt.

Further, in order to prevent the packing boxes from moving in the process of boxing the products on the boxing assembly line, a boxing assembly line support 521, a boxing support cylinder 522, a boxing support roller 523, a plastic box baffle 524 and a boxing assembly line motor 525 are arranged on the boxing assembly line; the boxing assembly line support 521 is mounted on the right side of the cover conveying device 7, the boxing support roller 523 is mounted below the conveyor belt of the boxing assembly line 52, the boxing assembly line motor 525 is mounted below the rear end of the boxing assembly line 52, the boxing support cylinder 522 is mounted below the first plastic box 51, and the plastic box baffle 524 is mounted at the top end of the boxing support cylinder 522;

when a product is packed in the box, the plastic box baffle 524 is lifted by controlling the box packing supporting cylinder 522, so that the packing box cannot move in the box packing process; for example: when the plastic box baffle 524 rises, the packaging box can be prevented from moving on the boxing production line 52; when the cartoning is complete, the plastic box flap 524 lowers to allow the packs to pass out of the conveyor of the cartoning line 52.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a product enters a feeding assembly line 11, a feeding assembly line conveyor belt 112 is driven to run through the work of a feeding assembly line motor 111, a carrying suction nozzle 121 is driven to suck the product through the work of a feeding carrying shaft arm 124, and the required working speed of the carrying suction nozzle 121 is adjusted through a feeding carrying shaft speed regulator 123 according to the working speed of the feeding assembly line 11; the products are brought to the code scanning correction table 211 through the carrying suction nozzle 121 to be corrected, the products are put into the sorting box 212 after being corrected, the correcting hand 222 is driven to work through the rotary clamping hand 221, and the products are sequentially brought from the sorting box 212 to the stacking correction table 223 to be corrected; the packaging boxes are fixed by the box clamps 31 and placed in the box placing frames 33, the packaging boxes are placed orderly by the box corrector 34, then the packaging boxes are taken out and spread by the box taking clamps 32, the motor 35 of the box feeding device works to drive the roller shafts 36 to move, the belts 37 are conveyed, and the spread packaging boxes are fed to a designated position; after the unfolded packaging box reaches the designated position, labeling and sealing are carried out on the packaging box through a label box device 61 and a sealing device 62; the packaging box is taken to the assembly line of the boxing device 5 through the Y-axis box clamping fingers 434, the product is placed into the packaging box through the Z-axis clamping fingers 444, and the cover of the packaging box is sucked up through the cover suction nozzle 445 to cover the packaging box; the cover of the packing box is placed in the box placing frame 77 of the box feeding assembly line through the box clamp 74 of the box feeding assembly line, the cover of the packing box is taken out through the box taking clamp 75 of the box feeding assembly line and placed on the conveying belt 71 of the box feeding assembly line, the conveying belt 71 of the box feeding assembly line is driven to work through the work of the motor 72 of the box feeding assembly line, the required speed of the conveying belt 71 of the box feeding assembly line is reached by adjusting the speed regulator 73 of the box feeding assembly line according to the conveying speed of the box feeding device 3, and finally the cover of the packing box is conveyed to a specified position; the packing carton when will vanning passes through plastic case baffle 524 to be fixed on the dress box assembly line 52, supports cylinder 522 through control dress box and makes plastic case baffle 524 go up and down, drives dress box support roller 523 work through the work of dress box assembly line motor 525, makes the packing carton after the joint sealing flow out through dress box assembly line conveyer belt.
