6. The assist mechanism of claim 1, wherein the assist mechanism comprises a car wash pump, battery assisted reverse charging, a vacuum cleaner, an inflator pump, an electric wrench.

With the increase of the owned quantity of automobiles and the limitation of limited quantity and high price of indoor warm-keeping garages, part of the automobiles need to be stored outdoors in low-temperature environments in winter, and the low temperature has great influence on the service performance, the service life and the like of main parts such as automobile engines, suspensions, tires and the like. Meanwhile, as the temperature in summer in south China is increased, the temperature in the cab is higher after an automobile is parked, the temperature of the driving environment is higher, and the driving safety of a driver is influenced. The temperature in the cockpit is adjusted in summer, so that the ambient temperature in the cockpit is appropriate, and the cockpit has the effect of adjusting and cooling in summer.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an intelligent vehicle-mounted garage capable of automatically winding and unwinding outdoor vehicles in winter and summer. The dual functions of vehicle heat preservation in winter and cooling in summer are realized.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the invention discloses an automatic winding and unwinding intelligent vehicle-mounted garage which is characterized by comprising five parts, namely a garage unfolding and recycling mechanism, a garage electrical control system, a storage mechanism, a power supply assembly and an auxiliary mechanism. Except for the power supply component and the auxiliary mechanism, other mechanisms can realize automatic expansion and recovery of the garage by means of driving and connecting modes such as a driving motor, hinge connection and the like.

The garage unfolding and recycling mechanism comprises a transverse telescopic rod, a vertical beam and a longitudinal lead screw, wherein the longitudinal guide rod and the transverse telescopic rod are connected with a box fixing hinge in a mode that the transverse telescopic rod is connected with the vertical rod through a transverse folding plate, and the transverse telescopic rod is connected with the transverse folding plate and the vertical rod is connected with the transverse folding plate through hinges. The vertical rods are connected by the vertical rod connecting fork, so that the vertical rods can move along the longitudinal guide rod under the pushing of the longitudinal lead screw, namely the vehicle can be unfolded and retracted along the longitudinal line direction. The garage is unfolded and recovered. The garage forms 5 mmx 2.5m rectangle frame shed structure after accomplishing to expand, forms complete frame, guarantees that garage shed structure has sufficient torsional rigidity and intensity, can detain the cover in the inside completely with the standard parking stall to accomplish and detain the cover vehicle, realize outdoor garage's protection and temperature regulation function.

The unfolding mechanism is mainly completed by a driving motor, and the unfolding motion sequence of the motion rod piece is that a transverse telescopic rod, a transverse folding plate, a vertical rod, a longitudinal screw rod pushes the vertical rod, and a front roller shutter and a rear roller shutter are sequentially arranged. The recovery motion sequence of the motion components is sequentially front and back roller shutters, vertical rods pushed by longitudinal lead screws, vertical rods, transverse folding plates and transverse telescopic rods (see fig. 3, 5, 6 and 7).

The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:

the invention relates to an intelligent vehicle-mounted garage capable of automatically winding, unwinding and winding, which is a garage type device capable of realizing automatic unfolding and automatic recycling through a control system. First, the garage is unfolded

2. The transverse unfolding mechanism in the automatic unfolding mechanism works firstly, namely, the four transverse telescopic rods 4 respectively extend out to two sides in place, and simultaneously push the left transverse folding plate and the right transverse folding plate out of the storage box together (see attached figure 3).

3. After the transverse folding plate is pushed out to the right, the right rocker 3 and the left rocker 5 (see the attached figure 7 a) of the vertical rod which are connected by the fixed hinge do rotating and stretching movement (see the attached figure 7 b) to the direction vertical to the ground around the hinge point under the drive of the driving motor respectively until the left and right vertical rods are completely unfolded and form a state vertical to the ground (see the attached figure 7 c).

6. The storage battery and the generator in the vehicle-mounted power supply assembly work, the temperature of an engine compartment, the interior of a cab and the temperature of a vehicle body are adjusted through an air conditioning system in winter and summer, and meanwhile, vehicle tires are heated in winter and cooled in summer. The effects of vehicle-mounted temperature regulation, garage heat preservation and cooling are achieved.

7. The process is as follows in sequence: the transverse unfolding mechanism, the longitudinal unfolding mechanism, the front and rear roller shutter mechanisms fall, and the temperature adjusting mechanism starts to work.

Second, garage recovery process

The process is opposite to the process of the garage unfolding mechanism, namely the temperature adjusting mechanism stops working, the front and rear roller shutter mechanisms ascend, the longitudinal unfolding mechanism recovers, the transverse unfolding mechanism recovers, and the longitudinal unfolding mechanism recovers to the storage mechanism.

Third, the auxiliary mechanism works

The vehicle-mounted vehicle washing pump, the dust collector, the inflator pump, the electric wrench and the like can use the electric energy provided by the vehicle-mounted power supply assembly to wash and remove dust of the vehicle and work by the inflator pump and the electric wrench.
