The fixing device 2 includes a first fastener 21 and a second fastener 22, one end of the first fastener 21 is welded to one end of the tray body 1, the other end of the first fastener 21 is provided with a first clamping groove 211, one end of the second fastener 22 is welded to a deck of the ship 100, the other end of the second fastener 22 is provided with a fastening portion 221, and the first fastener 21 and the second fastener 22 are clamped in the fastening portion 221 through the first clamping groove 211 to form a clamping connection.
