In recent years, urban rail transit railway construction in China is rapidly developed, and the contact net fixing technology is widely applied to various projects. The traditional channel adopts a post-anchor bolt method to fix the contact net in the tunnel, but the operation procedure of the fixing mode is complex, the construction quality is difficult to control, the pipe is easily damaged greatly, the surrounding environment is polluted, and the physical and mental health of constructors is influenced. The existing embedded channel has the problems that the embedded process is complex, the combination of the channel and the duct piece is poor, the water seepage phenomenon at the joint is serious, the integral anti-corrosion technology of the channel is not closed, the channel cannot be replaced in the later period, the service life of the channel and the duct piece cannot be the same, the price is higher and the like. The external channel overcomes part of defects of the embedded channel, but still needs to be installed with a large number of channels as fixed T-shaped bolt connecting pieces, and parts of the external channel also need components such as hanging rings, so that the material cost is improved.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a novel non/local channel direct-connected segment pre-buried anchor, which overcomes the defects of higher cost and insufficient strength of the shield segment of the current contact net connecting component; the transverse through holes are formed in the pre-buried anchors, so that the uplift resistance is improved, and the burying depth of the pre-buried anchors can be properly reduced to improve the strength of the segment.

The present invention achieves the above-described object by the following technical means.

A novel channel direct-connected segment pre-buried anchor comprises a pre-buried anchor, wherein a variable cross-section piece is arranged in the pre-buried anchor, and a through hole is formed in the pre-buried anchor in the transverse direction.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. aiming at the defect that the existing pre-buried channel is high in cost, the pre-buried anchor is fixed by the variable-section plastic part, and after concrete curing is completed, the anti-loosening lantern ring and the screw are installed only when the concrete curing device is used, so that the material cost is saved.

2. According to the invention, no channel or T-shaped bolt is required to be installed, and the anti-loosening lantern ring and the high-strength screw rod are installed on the pre-buried anchor piece during use, so that the contact net can be directly connected and fixed, and the material cost is saved.
