A clutch assembly, characterized by: the telescopic limiting device comprises a driven plate (1), a retainer (2), a plurality of arc-shaped springs (5) and a plurality of telescopic limiting devices (3) which are matched with the arc-shaped springs (5) one by one, wherein the retainer (2) is fixedly connected to the periphery of the driven plate (1);

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a clutch assembly for solving the problem that the dimension of a clutch spring cannot be guaranteed to be qualified in the prior art.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows:

a clutch assembly characterized in that: the telescopic limiting device comprises a driven plate, a retainer, a plurality of arc springs and a plurality of telescopic limiting devices which are matched with the arc springs one by one, wherein the retainer is fixedly connected to the periphery of the driven plate;

the outer circumference of the retainer is provided with an outward flange, the circumference of the retainer is uniformly provided with an inward flange and an outward protruding claw which are matched with the arc-shaped springs one by one, and the outward flange and the inward flange fix the corresponding arc-shaped springs on the retainer;

the telescopic limiting device comprises a first push-pull rod and a second push-pull rod, and the first push-pull rod and the second push-pull rod form an arc shape as a whole; the first push rod comprises a first spring seat and an in-spring sliding groove which are connected, the outer protruding claw and the outer flanging fix the corresponding first spring seat on the retainer, and the first spring seat is provided with a telescopic sliding groove; the second push rod comprises an in-spring slide rod, a second spring seat and a telescopic rod which are connected in sequence, and the in-spring slide rod is connected with the in-spring sliding groove in a sliding manner;

the spring is sleeved on the in-spring sliding groove and the in-spring sliding rod, one end of the spring abuts against the first spring seat, and the other end of the spring abuts against the second spring seat;

the plurality of telescopic limiting devices are connected end to end, and the telescopic rods are connected with the telescopic sliding grooves of the adjacent telescopic limiting devices in a sliding mode.

Furthermore, the in-spring sliding groove is an arc-shaped sliding rail, a sliding block is arranged on the in-spring sliding rod, the sliding block is in sliding fit with the arc-shaped sliding rail, and the in-spring sliding rod can slide in the in-spring sliding groove through the sliding block.

Further, the telescopic link is a circular arc-shaped rod, the telescopic sliding groove is a sliding groove with an opening at a free end, and the telescopic link can slide in the telescopic sliding groove of the adjacent telescopic limiting device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the invention, the arc-shaped spring is limited between the outer flanging and the inner flanging through the telescopic limiting device, the in-spring sliding rod and the in-spring sliding groove are sleeved in the arc-shaped spring, along with the telescopic deformation of the arc-shaped spring, the in-spring sliding rod of the second push rod slides in the in-spring sliding groove of the first push rod, and meanwhile, the telescopic rod slides in the telescopic sliding groove of the adjacent telescopic limiting device, so that the arc-shaped spring can be ensured to be uniformly deformed along the directions of the in-spring sliding rod and the in-spring sliding groove.

(2) Compared with the prior mode of retaining the spring by adopting the spring cover and the spring pad, the telescopic limiting device has the advantages of simple structure, fewer parts, low manufacturing cost and convenient assembly.

The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1-3, a spring retainer of a clutch assembly is characterized in that: the telescopic limiting device comprises a driven plate 1, a retainer 2, three arc-shaped springs 5 and three telescopic limiting devices 3 matched with the arc-shaped springs 5 one by one, wherein the retainer 2 is fixedly connected to the periphery of the driven plate 1;

the outer circumference of the retainer 2 is provided with an outward flange 2-3, the circumference of the retainer is evenly provided with an inner flange 2-1 and an outward protruding claw 2-2 which are matched with the arc-shaped spring 5 one by one, and the outward flange 2-3 and the inner flange 2-1 fix the corresponding arc-shaped spring 5 on the retainer 2;

the expansion limiting device 3 comprises a first push-pull rod 31 and a second push-pull rod 32, and the whole formed by the first push-pull rod 31 and the second push-pull rod 32 is arc-shaped; the first push rod 31 comprises a first spring seat 311 and an inner spring sliding groove 312 which are connected, the corresponding first spring seat 311 is fixed on the retainer 2 through the outer protruding claw 2-2 and the outer flanging 2-3, and the first spring seat 311 is provided with a telescopic sliding groove 3111; the second push rod 32 comprises an inner spring sliding rod 321, a second spring seat 322 and an expansion rod 323 which are connected in sequence, the inner spring sliding slot 312 is a circular arc sliding rail, a sliding block 3211 is arranged on the inner spring sliding rod 321, the sliding block 3211 is in sliding fit with the circular arc sliding rail, and the inner spring sliding rod 321 can slide in the inner spring sliding slot 312 through the sliding block 3211;

the spring 5 is sleeved on the in-spring sliding groove 312 and the in-spring sliding rod 321, one end of the spring 5 abuts against the first spring seat 311, and the other end abuts against the second spring seat 322;

the plurality of telescopic limiting devices 3 are connected end to end, the telescopic link 323 is a circular arc-shaped rod, the telescopic chute 3111 is a chute with an opening at a free end, and the telescopic link 323 can slide in the telescopic chute 3111 of the adjacent telescopic limiting device 3.
