Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a passion fruit processing device, and aims to solve the problem that the pulp and the peel of the passion fruit are difficult to separate by using the conventional passion fruit cutting equipment.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a passion fruit processing apparatus, comprising:

In view of the above, the present invention provides a passion fruit processing device 100, and fig. 1 to 5 illustrate an embodiment of the passion fruit processing device 100 according to the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a passion fruit processing device 100 includes a frame 1, a fruit cutting device 2 and a sieving device 3, wherein the fruit cutting device 2 is disposed on the frame 1, and a discharge hole is formed on the fruit cutting device 2; the screening device 3 comprises a rotary screen 31 rotatably mounted on the frame 1, the rotary screen 31 is obliquely arranged, so that two ends of the rotary screen 31 are provided with an upward rotary drum inlet and a downward rotary drum outlet, the rotary drum inlet is arranged corresponding to the discharge hole, and a pulp outlet is formed on the side wall of the rotary screen 31; the passion fruit cutting device 2 cuts passion fruit to form broken passion fruit, the broken passion fruit is guided into the drum screen 31 from the discharge port, and the drum screen 31 rotates to separate the broken passion fruit into pulp and peel, and the pulp and the peel are respectively guided out from the pulp outlet and the drum outlet.

In this embodiment, the screen cylinder 311 is formed by surrounding a plurality of bars arranged in a row, and the pulp outlet is formed between the bars and is sized to ensure the passage of pulp and to block the passage of peel. In other embodiments, the screen drum 311 may also be surrounded by a screen, which is not described herein.

In another embodiment, the trommel 31 includes a drum and rollers, and the two ends of the drum have guide rails; the rollers are symmetrically distributed on the machine frame 1 on two sides of the lower end of the guide rail, are in rolling connection with the guide rail, and are used for supporting the drum screen 31 and driving the drum screen 31 to rotate. The arrangement of the shaftless roller can make the structure of the drum screen 31 simpler, and avoid the obstruction to the filtration and conduction of the pulp and the peel caused by the arrangement of a supporting structure and a transmission structure in the drum screen 31.

In order to avoid the accumulation of the pulp and the peel at the inlet of the drum screen 31 and further improve the screening efficiency of the pulp and the peel, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, a guiding sheet 314 is further disposed on the inner wall of the screen drum 311, the guiding sheet 314 extends in a spiral shape, since the pulp of the passion fruit has a certain viscosity, even if the passion fruit is completely cut, the pulp may be stuck in the peel and cannot be automatically separated from the peel, during the rotation of the drum screen 31, the guiding sheet 314 can provide a tangential friction force to the pulp and the peel, so that the passion fruit rotates during the conduction along the guiding sheet 314 to the outlet of the drum screen 31 and continuously collides with the screen drum 311, thereby separating the pulp from the peel. It should be noted that the guiding sheet 314 extends in a spiral shape and is disposed on the inner wall of the screen drum 311, and also has a function of supporting the screen drum 311, so as to further ensure the structural stability of the screen drum 311.

In order to prevent the pulp of the passion fruit from being guided out of the upper end of the drum due to the centrifugal force during the rotation of the drum screen 31, in another embodiment, the passion fruit processing device 100 further comprises a housing cover which surrounds the upper end of the drum screen 31 and is fixedly arranged on the frame 1, so as to prevent the pulp of the passion fruit from splashing out of the upper end of the drum screen 31.

After the passion fruit is processed and separated into pulp and peel, in order to collect the pulp in time, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the passion fruit processing device 100 further includes a first collecting hopper 4, where the first collecting hopper 4 is disposed on the rack 1 and below the sieving device 3, and is used for collecting the pulp led out from the pulp outlet.

It should be noted that, in the fruit cutting process of the passion fruit, since the pulp may be cut by the fruit cutting device 2 to generate juice, in order to further achieve separation of the juice, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the fruit cutting device 2 is further provided with a discharge chamber 216, the discharge port is formed at a lower end portion of the discharge chamber 216, the discharge chamber 216 has a first side wall disposed in an inclined manner, the first side wall is provided with an opening, a filter net 2161 is correspondingly disposed at the opening, and a filter hole of the filter net 2161 is sized to filter the juice to block the pulp and the peel, so that the pulp and the peel enter the sieving device 3 through the discharge port.

It should be noted that, the above two associated technical features: "passion fruit processing apparatus still includes first collection hopper, first collection hopper sets up in the frame, and is in screening plant's below is used for collecting certainly pulp that the pulp export was derived" and "cut and be equipped with the unloading cabin on the fruit device, the discharge gate forms the lower tip in unloading cabin, the unloading cabin has the first lateral wall that is the slope setting, the opening has been seted up to first lateral wall the opening part correspondence is equipped with the filter screen", can set up also the alternative setting simultaneously, and the effect that sets up is better simultaneously, can not only realize the collection to passion fruit pulp, can also realize the separation to passion fruit juice.

Further, based on the above embodiment, in order to achieve the collection of the separated juice, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the passion fruit processing apparatus 100 further includes a second collecting hopper 5, where the second collecting hopper 5 is disposed on the rack 1 and below the discharging compartment 216, and is used for collecting the juice filtered by the filter screen 2161.

In another embodiment, the discharge compartment 216 is located to extend into the inlet of the trommel 31, and the strainer 2161 is located outside the trommel 31 to ensure that the peel and pulp fall sufficiently into the trommel 31 and that the juice can flow directly into the second collection hopper 5 without splashing out under the action of the rotating trommel 31.
