Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of clothes treatment, and particularly provides a water injection control method for washing equipment and the washing equipment.

Background

Washing machines are common home laundry washing apparatuses, and are classified according to washing methods, and the washing machines are roughly classified into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. In order to meet the requirement of users for classifying and washing clothes at the same time, the washing machine is provided with a plurality of washing drums, but the work coordination among the washing drums is poor, the washing time of each washing drum is long, and the waiting time of the users is long.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention patent with publication number CN109763295A discloses a method for controlling a multi-drum washing machine and a multi-drum washing machine, which specifically comprises: acquiring required water levels of a plurality of washing drums in the washing machine; and the plurality of washing cylinders sequentially feed water in the order of the required water level from small to large, and the washing cylinder which finishes feeding water carries out the next cleaning procedure. However, by adopting the above water feeding manner, the end time of the first washing drum ending the operation may be later than the end time of the single operation, especially for the quick washing program, if the required water level of the quick washing program is the maximum, the last washing drum corresponding to the quick washing program is fed with water, so that the end time of the washing drum corresponding to the quick washing program at least delays the water injection time of the remaining washing drums, the requirement of the quick washing by the user cannot be met, and the user experience is finally adversely affected.

Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new water injection control method for a washing apparatus and a washing apparatus to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, namely to solve the problems that when the existing multi-drum washing equipment works in a plurality of washing drums simultaneously, the water injection mode is unreasonable, and the time of a user waiting for the first washing drum to finish running is prolonged, the invention provides a water injection control method for the washing equipment, wherein the washing equipment comprises a plurality of washing drums; the water injection control method comprises the following steps: obtaining the remaining operation time of at least two washing drums; and (4) sequentially injecting water into the corresponding washing barrels by the washing equipment according to the sequence of the obtained all residual running times from small to large.

In a preferred embodiment of the above water injection control method, before the step of "obtaining remaining operation times of at least two washing tubs", the water injection control method further includes: judging whether at least two washing drums need to execute water injection operation; if at least two washing drums need to perform the water filling operation, the operation of acquiring the remaining operation time of the at least two washing drums is performed.

In a preferred embodiment of the above water injection control method, before the step of "obtaining remaining operation times of at least two washing tubs", the water injection control method further includes: if only one washing drum needs to execute water filling operation, the operation of obtaining the residual running time is not executed, and the washing equipment is enabled to fill water into the washing drum to be filled with water.

In the preferred technical solution of the water injection control method, the step of sequentially injecting water into the corresponding washing drum by the washing device according to the sequence of the obtained all remaining operation times from small to large specifically comprises: judging whether all the obtained residual running times are different from each other; and selectively and sequentially injecting water into the corresponding washing cylinders by the washing equipment according to the sequence of the obtained all residual running times from small to large according to the judgment result of whether the obtained all residual running times are different from each other.

In a preferred technical solution of the water injection control method, the step of selectively enabling the washing device to directly and sequentially inject water into the corresponding washing drum according to the sequence from small to large of all the obtained remaining operation times according to the judgment result whether all the obtained remaining operation times are different from each other specifically includes: and if the obtained all residual operation times are different from each other, the washing equipment directly injects water into the corresponding washing barrels in sequence according to the sequence from small to large of the obtained all residual operation times.

In a preferred embodiment of the water injection control method, the step of selectively enabling the washing device to directly and sequentially inject water into the corresponding washing cylinders according to the sequence from small to large of all the obtained remaining operation times according to the judgment result that whether all the obtained remaining operation times are different from each other further includes: if at least two residual running times in all the obtained residual running times are the same, obtaining the starting running times of all the washing drums with the same residual running times; determining the water injection sequence of all washing barrels with the same residual running time according to all the acquired starting running times; and (4) sequentially injecting water into the corresponding washing barrels by the washing equipment according to the sequence of the obtained all residual running times from small to large and by combining the water injection sequence.

In a preferred embodiment of the water injection control method, the water injection sequence is a sequence of the acquired total start operation time from early to late.

In a preferred technical solution of the water injection control method, the step of causing the washing device to sequentially inject water into the corresponding washing cylinders according to the sequence of the obtained total remaining operation time from small to large further includes: when water injection is suspended in the washing drum which is injected with water, the washing equipment is enabled to inject water into the next washing drum to be injected with water; wherein the next washing drum to be filled with water is the washing drum with the smallest residual running time in all the washing drums which are not filled with water.

In a preferred technical solution of the water injection control method, the step of causing the washing device to sequentially inject water into the corresponding washing cylinders according to the sequence of the obtained total remaining operation time from small to large further includes: when the water injection of the washing drum which is injected with water is finished, water is injected into the next washing drum to be injected with water by the washing equipment; wherein the next washing drum to be filled with water is the washing drum with the smallest residual running time in all the washing drums which are not filled with water.

In addition, the invention also provides washing equipment which comprises a control mechanism, wherein the control mechanism is configured to execute the water injection control method.

As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in a preferred embodiment of the water filling control method of the present invention, the washing machine includes a plurality of washing tubs; obtaining the remaining operation time of at least two washing drums; and the washing machine sequentially injects water into the corresponding washing barrels according to the sequence of the obtained all residual running time from small to large. Compared with the technical scheme that a plurality of washing drums sequentially feed water in the sequence of the required water levels from small to large in the prior art, when at least two washing drums need water injection, water is injected into the washing drum with the shortest residual running time, so that the washing drum with the shortest residual running time can complete the washing work firstly, and particularly when the washing drum with the shortest residual running time runs a quick washing program, the quick washing program can complete the washing work within the preset time, the quick washing requirements of a user are met, the user can begin to air or dry washed clothes earlier, the waiting time for the user to begin to air or dry the washed clothes is shortened, and the use experience of the user is improved.

Further, under the condition that all the obtained residual operation times are different from each other, the fact that any two residual operation times are different from each other is explained, the magnitude sequence of all the residual operation times can be accurately determined, so that the final water injection sequence is determined, the obtained all the residual operation times are directly subjected to magnitude sequencing, the washing machine is enabled to directly inject water into the corresponding washing cylinders in sequence according to the sequence from the small residual operation times to the large residual operation times, the washing cylinder with the shortest residual operation time can be guaranteed to complete the washing work firstly, and therefore the use experience of a user is improved.

Further, in the case that at least two of the obtained total remaining operation times are the same, although the order of magnitude of the total remaining operation times can be accurately determined, the order of water injection of the washing tubs having the same remaining operation times cannot be determined, therefore, first, the obtained total remaining operation times are sorted into order of magnitude, the washing machine sequentially injects water into the corresponding washing tubs according to the order of the obtained total remaining operation times from small to large, and then, for the washing tubs having the same remaining operation times, the starting operation times of the all washing tubs having the same remaining operation times are obtained, the washing machine sequentially injects water into the all washing tubs having the same remaining operation times according to the obtained total starting operation times from early to late, that is, the final water injection order is determined according to the remaining operation times of the all washing tubs requiring water injection and the starting operation times of the all washing tubs having the same remaining operation times In this way, the washing drum with the shortest residual running time can complete the washing work firstly, and therefore, the use experience of a user is improved.

Detailed Description

Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application is described in conjunction with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the water injection control method can be obviously applied to other washing apparatuses such as a washing and drying machine, without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.

Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the invention provides a water injection control method for a washing machine, which aims to enable the washing machine to sequentially inject water into corresponding washing drums according to the sequence of all acquired residual running times from small to large, namely, water is injected into the washing drum with the shortest residual running time first, so that the washing drum with the shortest residual running time can complete the washing work first, and particularly, when the washing drum with the shortest residual running time runs a quick washing program, the quick washing program can be ensured to complete the washing work within the preset time, the quick washing requirement of a user is met, the user can begin to air or dry the washed clothes earlier, the waiting time for the user to begin to air or dry the washed clothes is shortened, and the use experience of the user is improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a water injection control method of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a water injection control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The washing machine of the invention comprises a plurality of washing drums and a control mechanism, wherein the washing drums comprise an outer drum and an inner drum which is rotatably arranged in the outer drum, although the drum is used, the washing machine is not limited to a drum washing machine, and can also be a pulsator washing machine. The control mechanism is configured to execute the water injection control method of the present invention.

Preferably, the plurality of washing drums may be two, three, four or five washing drums, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the number of washing drums in practical application, which is not limited by the present invention.

Preferably, the control mechanism may be a control mechanism of the washing machine itself, or may be an additional control mechanism or other mobile terminal, which is not described in detail herein. In physical form, the control mechanism may be any type of controller, such as a programmable controller, a combinational logic controller, or the like.

Preferably, the mobile terminal includes a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like.

As shown in fig. 1, the water injection control method of the present invention includes the steps of:

s100, obtaining the residual running time of at least two washing drums;

and S200, sequentially injecting water into the corresponding washing barrels by the washing machine according to the sequence of the obtained all residual running times from small to large.

The water injection may be, but not limited to, washing water injection, rinsing water injection, water replenishing water injection, balance water injection, and the like.

In a preferred embodiment, before the step of "obtaining remaining operation times of at least two washing tubs" in step S100, the water filling control method further includes:

s010, judging whether at least two washing barrels need to execute water injection operation;

s020, if only one washing drum needs to execute water injection operation, not executing the operation of obtaining the residual running time, and enabling the washing machine to inject water into the washing drum to be injected with water;

s030, if at least two washing barrels need to perform water filling operation, the operation of obtaining the residual running time of the at least two washing barrels is performed.

In step S010, for example, the plurality of washing drums include a first washing drum, a second washing drum and a third washing drum, and when the first washing drum needs to perform water injection, it is determined whether the second washing drum and the third washing drum also need to perform water injection operation; or, when the second washing drum needs to perform water injection, judging whether the first washing drum and the third washing drum need to perform water injection operation; or, simultaneously judging whether the first washing drum, the second washing drum and the third washing drum need to execute water filling operation. It should be noted that the number of the washing drums is only exemplary and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the number of the washing drums.

In step S020, if only one washing drum needs to perform a water filling operation, for example, only the first washing drum, the second washing drum, or the third washing drum needs to perform a water filling operation, so that the washing machine can directly fill water into the first washing drum, the second washing drum, or the third washing drum, without determining a water filling sequence, and the remaining operation time of any washing drum does not need to be obtained.

In step S030, if at least two washing drums need to perform water filling operation, for example, a first washing drum and a second washing drum need to perform water filling operation simultaneously, a third washing drum does not need to perform water filling operation, and since the time for starting operation of the first washing drum and the second washing drum may be different, in order to ensure that the washing drum with the shortest remaining operation time can complete the washing operation first, so that a user can start drying or drying the washed laundry earlier, a first remaining operation time of the first washing drum and a second remaining operation time of the second washing drum are obtained, so that the water filling sequence of the first washing drum and the second washing drum can be determined according to the first remaining operation time and the second remaining operation time, that is, step S200 is performed.

It should be noted that, in the above process, the number of washing cartridges required to perform the washing operation and the washing cartridges required to perform the water filling operation are only exemplary and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art may flexibly adjust and set the number of washing cartridges and the washing cartridges required to perform the water filling operation in practical applications.

It should be noted that, in the above process, step S020 and step S030 are not in sequence and are parallel, and only the result of determining whether at least two washing drums need to perform water injection operation is correlated, and the corresponding step may be performed according to different results of determining.

In a preferred embodiment, in step S200, the step of sequentially filling water into the corresponding washing tubs by the washing machine according to the sequence of the obtained total remaining operation time from small to large specifically includes:

s210, judging whether all the obtained residual running times are different from each other;

s220, selectively enabling the washing machine to directly and sequentially inject water into corresponding washing barrels according to the sequence of the obtained all residual running times from small to large according to the judgment result of whether the obtained all residual running times are different from each other;

wherein, all the remaining operation times are different from each other means that any two remaining operation times are different from each other.

Preferably, in step S220, the step of selectively enabling the washing machine to directly and sequentially inject water into the corresponding washing drum according to the sequence of the obtained all remaining operation times from small to large according to the judgment result of whether the obtained all remaining operation times are different from each other specifically includes:

s221, if all the obtained residual operation times are different from each other, the washing machine directly injects water into the corresponding washing barrels in sequence from small to large according to all the obtained residual operation times;

s222, if at least two residual running times in all the obtained residual running times are the same, obtaining the starting running times of all the washing drums with the same residual running times;

s223, determining the water injection sequence of all washing cylinders with the same residual running time according to all the obtained starting running times;

s224, the washing machine sequentially injects water into the corresponding washing barrels according to the sequence of the obtained all residual running time from small to large and the water injection sequence;

the water filling sequence in step S223 and step S224 is the sequence of all the acquired start operation times from early to late.

In step S221, under the condition that all the obtained remaining operation times are different from each other, it is described that any two remaining operation times are different, and the magnitude sequence of all the remaining operation times can be accurately determined, so as to determine the final water injection sequence, the obtained all the remaining operation times are directly subjected to magnitude sequencing, and the washing machine is enabled to directly inject water into the corresponding washing cylinders in sequence according to the sequence from the small to the large of the obtained all the remaining operation times, thereby ensuring that the washing cylinder with the shortest remaining operation time can complete the washing work first, and thus improving the use experience of the user.

Taking a first washing drum and a second washing drum as examples, wherein the first residual operation time of the first washing drum is 40min, and the second residual operation time of the second washing drum is 50min, and the comparison shows that the first residual operation time is less than the second residual operation time, so that the determined final water injection sequence is the first washing drum and the second washing drum, the washing machine injects water into the first washing drum firstly, and the washing machine injects water into the second washing drum only after the water injection of the first washing drum is finished; and finishing the water injection process after the water injection of the second washing drum is finished. After the water injection of the washing drum which is injected with water is finished, the washing machine injects water into the next washing drum to be injected with water, and if the water injection of the washing drum which is injected with water is not finished, the washing machine continuously injects water into the washing drum which is injected with water; wherein the next washing drum to be filled with water is the washing drum with the smallest residual running time in all the washing drums which are not filled with water.

In step S222, when at least two remaining operation times are the same among the acquired remaining operation times, although the order of magnitude of all remaining operation times can be accurately determined, the order of water injection into washing tubs having the same remaining operation time cannot be determined, therefore, first, the acquired remaining operation times are sorted into order of magnitude, the washing machine sequentially injects water into the corresponding washing tubs according to the order of magnitude of the acquired remaining operation times, and then, for the washing tubs having the same remaining operation time, the starting operation times of all washing tubs having the same remaining operation time are acquired, the washing machine sequentially injects water into all washing tubs having the same remaining operation time according to the order of the acquired starting operation times from early to late, that is, the final water injection sequence is determined according to the remaining operation times of all washing tubs requiring water injection and the starting operation times of all washing tubs having the same remaining operation time In this way, the washing drum with the shortest residual running time can complete the washing work firstly, and therefore, the use experience of a user is improved.

Taking the first washing drum and the second washing drum as an example, the first remaining operation time of the first washing drum is 45min, the second remaining operation time of the second washing drum is 45min, and the comparison shows that the first remaining operation time is equal to the second remaining operation time, at this time, the first starting operation time of the first washing drum and the second starting operation time of the second washing drum are obtained, wherein the first starting operation time is 9 o 'clock 5min, the second starting operation time is 9 o' clock 10min, and the comparison shows that the first starting operation time is earlier than the second starting operation time again, so that the determined final water injection sequence is that the first washing drum and the second washing drum are filled with water by the washing machine first; after the water injection of the first washing drum is finished, the washing machine injects water into the second washing drum; and finishing the water injection process after the water injection of the second washing drum is finished.

Taking the first washing drum, the second washing drum and the third washing drum as an example, the first remaining operation time of the first washing drum is 30min, the second remaining operation time of the second washing drum is 35min, and the third remaining operation time of the third washing drum is 35min, as can be seen by comparison, the first remaining operation time is less than the second remaining operation time, the second remaining operation time is equal to the third remaining operation time, at this time, a second start operation time of the second washing drum and a third start operation time of the third washing drum are acquired, wherein the first starting running time is 8 o 'clock 20min, the second starting running time is 8 o' clock 10min, and the third starting running time is earlier than the second starting running time through comparison again, therefore, the determined final water injection sequence is the first washing drum, the third washing drum and the second washing drum, so that the washing machine injects water into the first washing drum firstly; after the water injection of the first washing drum is finished, the washing machine injects water into the third washing drum; when the water injection of the third washing drum is finished, the washing machine injects water into the second washing drum; and finishing the water injection process after the water injection of the second washing drum is finished.

It should be noted that, in the above process, the number of washing drums, the remaining operation time, the starting operation time, and the like are only exemplary and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the number of washing drums, the remaining operation time, the starting operation time, and the like in practical applications.

It should be further noted that, in the foregoing process, step S221 and step S222 are not sequential, are parallel, and are only related to the determination result of whether all the obtained remaining operation times are different from each other, and the corresponding steps are executed according to different determination results.

Further, in steps S200, S221 and S224, during the washing machine performs the water filling operation: when water injection of the washing drum which is injecting water is suspended, the washing machine injects water into the next washing drum to be injected with water, so that the water injection condition of other washing drums which are not injected with water can be prevented from being influenced when water injection of a certain washing drum is abnormal, and other washing drums which are not injected with water can be injected with water normally.

Wherein the next washing drum to be filled with water is the washing drum with the smallest residual running time in all the washing drums which are not filled with water.

Wherein, the water injection pause can be the water injection pause of the washing drum which is injecting water caused by the fault of the washing drum which is injecting water; or the washing machine receives a control instruction for controlling the washing drum which is filling water to stop filling water, so that the water filling of the washing drum which is filling water is suspended; or the washing machine injects water into the washing drum which is injecting water, and simultaneously injects water into the washing drum which is injecting water manually, so that the water level of the washing drum which is injecting water reaches the set water level when the water level of the washing drum which is injecting water does not reach the preset water injection time, the water injection of the washing drum which is injecting water is suspended, the preset water injection time is the water injection time when the water level of the washing drum which is injecting water reaches the set water level, and the preset water injection time can be flexibly adjusted and set according to the set water level, the water pressure of water flow of an external water source and other information.

Taking a first washing drum, a second washing drum and a third washing drum as an example, and the determined final water injection sequence is the first washing drum, the third washing drum and the second washing drum, when the first washing drum is injecting water, if the first washing drum stops injecting water, the washing machine injects water into the third washing drum; when the third washing drum is injecting water, if the third washing drum stops injecting water, the washing machine injects water into the second washing drum; when the second washing drum is filling water, if the second washing drum has water filling pause, the washing machine stops filling water, namely, when the last washing drum has water filling pause, the washing machine stops filling water.

Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the complete flow of the water filling control method of the washing machine of the present invention may be: take a first washing drum and a second washing drum as an example;

s011, the first washing drum needs to execute water injection;

and S237, stopping water injection of the washing machine.
