Furthermore, a connecting line between the centers of the two mounting openings 12 coincides with the axis of the knife roll 4. Thus, the concentricity of the mounting holes 12 at the two ends of the crushing box 2 can be ensured to be consistent, and the bearing stress in the two bearing blocks 13 at the two ends of the knife roll 4 is ensured to be consistent; by the arrangement of the integral type crushing box 2, the two mounting ports 12 at the two ends of the crushing box 2 can still keep consistent concentricity even after the crusher runs for a long time.

In this example, a plurality of mounting holes 19 are formed on the plate surface of the seat plate 13a around the circumferential direction thereof, screw holes 20 are formed on the end plate 2b in a one-to-one correspondence, and after the mounting ring 13b is fitted into the mounting hole 12, bolts are passed through the mounting holes 19 and screwed into the screw holes 20, thereby fixing the seat plate 13a and the end plate 2 b. The fixed seat plate 13a and the end plate 2b form a whole, so that the stress uniformity of the peripheral side part of the bearing in the bearing seat 13 is ensured; and the gap 13c2 formed between two adjacent flange modules 13c1 can be used as a dust outlet channel, so that material debris splashed into the bearing seat 13 can be discharged through the dust outlet channel, and the debris is prevented from entering the bearing.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the fixed blade assembly 6 further includes two second fixed blades 6b disposed below the two first fixed blades 6a in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the first fixed blades 6a are disposed in a downward inclined manner along a direction close to the knife roll 4, and the second fixed blades 6b are disposed in an upward inclined manner along a direction close to the knife roll 4. Therefore, the cutting roller 4 can pass through the two groups of first fixed cutters 6a and the two groups of second fixed cutters 6b in the rotating process, the contact frequency of the cutting roller 4 and the fixed cutters is further increased, and the crushing efficiency is improved; and the first fixed cutter 6a and the second fixed cutter 6b which are obliquely arranged ensure the crushing angle between the fixed cutters and the knife roller 4, thereby improving the crushing effect. A support 21 is provided below the second stationary blade 6b to support the second stationary blade 6 b.

In this example, the locking member 14d is a bolt. Through the slidable arrangement of the knife body 14a, when materials with different crushing size requirements face, the distance between the knife body 14a and the knife roller 4 can be changed through the sliding of the knife body 14a, so that the crushing size can be changed, and after the knife body 14a slides to a proper position, a bolt is screwed.

Further, the crusher further comprises an ejector block 15 which is arranged on the frame 1 and located on one side, far away from the knife roller 4, of the knife body 14a, and an ejector rod 16 which is axially movable along the ejector block and penetrates through the ejector block 15, wherein the moving direction of the ejector rod 16 is parallel to the sliding direction of the knife body 14a, and one axial end of the ejector rod is abutted against the knife body 14 a. The ejector rod 16 is also a bolt, and the bolt is moved in the ejector block 15 by screwing the bolt, so that the knife body 4c can be pushed forward or pulled backward to slide the knife body 14 a.

In this example, the top block 15 includes a first block 15a and a second block 15b perpendicular to each other, where the first block 15a is inserted on the frame 1 to fix the top block 15 to the frame 1, the second block 15b is attached to the frame 1, and the pushing rod 16 penetrates through the second block 15 b.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the crusher further includes a discharge hopper 17 connected to the crushing box 2, and a discharge pipe 18 connected to the discharge hopper 17, wherein the diameter of the discharge hopper 17 gradually decreases along a direction away from the crushing box 2, and the discharge pipe 18 extends along a horizontal direction and the extending direction thereof is parallel to the axial direction of the knife roll 4. In this case, the outlet hopper 17 is located in the lower part of the crushing box 2 and its hopper diameter decreases in the vertical downward direction, so that the collection of material towards the outlet pipe 18 and subsequent discharge through the outlet pipe 18 is facilitated.
