However, although the sealing roller device adopted in China has a certain sealing effect on the inlet of the annealing furnace, the sealing roller device still has the following defects:

1) in the production process, because two sealing rollers are driven to open and close through the air cylinder, the horizontal quantity and the rolling reduction of the rollers need to be adjusted frequently during maintenance, time and labor are wasted for production personnel, and the adjustment precision is difficult to control.

2) In the production process, the temperature in the annealing furnace is higher, so that the roll surface of the sealing roll expands after being heated, and the sealing contact surface with the sealing plate is increased, so that the resistance is overlarge when a steel strip is fed, the ohm bamboo shoots of the sealing roll are easily caused, and the service life of the sealing roll is shortened.

3) The gaps at the two ends of the sealing roller are not provided with shields, so that the atmosphere leakage condition in the furnace is serious at the ends of the rollers.

4) Only one group of sealing rollers is arranged, and the atmosphere in the annealing furnace can be exhausted firstly when the rollers are replaced, so that the cost is increased, and the risk coefficient is high.

For the sealing at the second position, the upper bearing seat and the upper sliding block are used, the elastic assembly of the lower bearing seat and the lower sliding block controls the sealing roller to be always tangent to the sealing panel, the structure of the specific elastic assembly part 8 is shown in fig. 4, and comprises two groups of linear bearings 81, a spacer 82, a guide rod 83 and a spring 84, the upper end and the lower end of the upper bearing seat are provided with transversely penetrating assembly holes 331, the two groups of linear bearings are embedded at the two ends in the assembly holes, the spacer is embedded in the assembly holes and positioned between the two linear bearings, the tail end of the guide rod is provided with an external thread, the spring is sleeved and then penetrates through the linear bearings and the spacer, the linear bearings and the spacer are screwed into threaded holes in the upper sliding block, the pressing amount of the upper sealing roller and the sealing panel is controlled by the screwing amount, the upper sealing roller and the sealing panel are ensured to be tangent in the initial assembly state, and the spring enables the upper bearing seat (namely the upper sealing roller) to have allowance of transverse movement along with the expansion of the elastic sealing layer, the sealing roller is ensured to be in a tangent state all the time, the service life of the sealing roller is prolonged, and for the lower bearing seat, the elastic assembly structure is consistent with that of the upper bearing seat, so that redundant description is not needed.

The sealing at the third position is realized by using a multi-layer sealing gasket, and the end face sealing needs to realize the sealing and ensure the rotation of the sealing roller, so the multi-layer sealing gasket has a structure as shown in figure 5, and comprises a first tetrafluoroethylene graphite gasket 51, a second tetrafluoroethylene graphite gasket 52 and a foaming silica gel layer 53, a central hole 55 for a roller shaft to pass through is arranged in the middle of the multi-layer sealing gasket, an annular groove 54 is arranged on the joint surface of the first tetrafluoroethylene graphite gasket and the second tetrafluoroethylene graphite gasket, when in use, the foaming silica gel layer is tightly attached to the sealing roller, the first tetrafluoroethylene graphite gasket is tightly attached to the end face sealing plate, the end face sealing of the sealing roller is realized, meanwhile, the two graphite gaskets can relatively rotate, therefore, the sealing rotation of the sealing roller is realized, and the contact area between the two gaskets can be reduced by the arranged annular grooves, so that the friction loss during rotation is reduced.

The sealing gate plate assembly comprises two groups of guide plates 41, an upper gate plate 42, a first lifting cylinder 43, a lower gate plate 44 and a second lifting cylinder 45, the two groups of guide plates are arranged on a back plate through elastic limiting fasteners 46 and are positioned on two sides of a steel strip penetrating port, a certain distance is reserved between the guide plates and the back plate, the surfaces of the guide plates are coated with fireproof layers which can be fireproof blankets or fireproof fiber cloth, the upper gate plate and the lower gate plate are symmetrically arranged above and below the steel strip penetrating port in a mirror image mode, the upper end of the upper gate plate is connected with the first lifting cylinder arranged at the top of the sealing box body, the lower end of the lower gate plate is connected with the second lifting cylinder arranged at the bottom of the sealing box body, guide plates at the two ends of the upper gate plate and the lower gate plate are embedded between the back plate, the first lifting cylinder and the second lifting cylinder control the upper gate plate to lift and lower gate plate to open and close the two, and when the sealing roller is overhauled and replaced, the hydrogen in the annealing furnace can be prevented from overflowing by closing the sealing flashboard. The safety performance is improved, and after the sealing roller is replaced and adjusted, the flashboard is not opened immediately, the flashboard can be opened only after the steel strip penetrates, and the safety is guaranteed.

The spacing fastener of elasticity includes spacing sleeve 461, bolt 462 and a plurality of dish spring 463, and spacing sleeve arranges in between baffle and the backplate, and the bolt passes a plurality of dish springs, and the baffle twists the threaded hole of backplate behind the spacing sleeve, because the cladding of baffle surface has the fire blanket, the volume of screwing up of bolt and baffle can be ensured in the joining of dish spring, ensures the steadiness of baffle.

Still be equipped with two nitrogen gas pipes 6 in the sealing box, nitrogen gas can inwards be sent into to the one end of nitrogen gas pipe passes the sealing box, a plurality of ventholes 61 (as shown in figure 6) have been seted up to axial interval on the lateral wall of nitrogen gas pipe, two nitrogen gas pipes are installed in the top and the below of steel band through hole with mirror image mode symmetry, the venthole on the nitrogen gas pipe surface of top is just to the steel band through hole, the venthole on the nitrogen gas pipe surface of below is also just to the steel band through hole, the nitrogen gas of blowing in like this can form the wind curtain wall, it spills over to block hydrogen in the annealing stove, not only can ensure the pressure in the annealing stove, can also avoid hydrogen to spill over the safety risk that causes, the nitrogen gas that blows to the steel band through hole simultaneously can also block overflowing of high temperature air current in the annealing stove, thereby avoid high temperature air current to the flashboard, deformation such as baffle, influence later stage sealing performance.

In order to ensure that the upper sealing roller, the upper flashboard and the lower flashboard are opened and closed in place, the lifting cylinders, the first lifting cylinder and the second lifting cylinder are respectively provided with a position sensor, the lifting positions are detected, and once the lifting position is monitored, the next step of working procedure is stopped and an alarm is given, so that the use safety is ensured.

Baffle among the flashboard subassembly, upper and lower flashboard installation are all in the seal box, for the convenience of the maintenance in installation and later stage in earlier stage, set up access door 16 on the seal box to be convenient for the maintenance in the installation of inner structure and later stage in earlier stage, in order to ensure sealing performance, access door and seal box's contact department all is equipped with sealed the pad.

Therefore, the scope of the present invention should not be limited to the disclosure of the embodiments, but includes various alternatives and modifications without departing from the scope of the present invention, which is defined by the claims of the present patent application.
