The bearing is arranged between the clamp spring for the shaft and the clamp spring for the hole, is assembled on a steering knuckle, and is fixed through the two clamp springs; the shaft is arranged in a clamp spring groove behind the spline by a clamp spring; the hole clamp spring is arranged on the inner side of the steering gear fixing seat; a clamp spring groove is formed in the inner side of the steering gear fixing seat, and holes are formed in the clamp spring groove through clamp springs; the steering knuckle is fixed by the bearing and the clamp spring, so that the steering knuckle is convenient to maintain, low in cost and accurate in axial positioning, a rotation signal of the steering knuckle is stably transmitted to the steering gear, and the steering signal is stably transmitted under the condition that the steering column and the center plane of the steering gear are staggered.

As shown in fig. 1 to 14, two ends of a steering gear fixing seat 2 are respectively fixed to a steering column lower fixing support 4, a cover plate 7 and a steering gear 3 through bolts 12 and gaskets 14, rubber tie plates 5 are arranged between the steering column lower fixing support 4, the cover plate 7 and the steering gear fixing seat 2, and a rubber sleeve 6 is further arranged at a joint of the bolts 12. The steering gear fixing seat and the steering gear are fixed through a bolt and a gasket, the steering gear fixing seat, the rubber base plate, the lower steering column fixing support, the rubber gasket and the cover plate are sequentially connected, the bolt penetrates through a corresponding hole of the steering gear fixing seat after penetrating through the gasket, penetrates through a rubber sleeve, sequentially penetrates through the rubber base plate and the corresponding hole of the lower steering column fixing support and then is screwed to a threaded hole in the cover plate, and fixing is completed; the two ends of the steering gear fixing seat are of flange plate type structures, four mounting holes are respectively designed for fixing the steering gear and the steering gear fixing seat, and the mounting holes are uniformly distributed along the circumference and are unthreaded; the rubber base plates are arranged on two sides of a flange plate of a lower fixed support of the steering column, five holes are designed, a central hole is used for penetrating out of the steering column, four holes are uniformly arranged along the circumference of the periphery, light holes are formed, the rubber sleeve is arranged between the cover plate and the steering gear fixing seat and is arranged in the rubber base plates and the fixed holes of the lower fixed support of the steering column, the rubber base plates and the rubber sleeve are tightly pressed on the end surfaces through bolt gaskets, and the arrangement of the rubber base plates and the rubber sleeve plays a role in sound insulation and shock absorption; the cover plate is provided with five holes, the middle hole is used for penetrating out of the steering column, and four threaded holes in the periphery are uniformly distributed along the circumference and used for assembling bolts.
