Background

The sintering process is one of the important processes in the steel production process, the main production equipment is a sintering machine, the iron-containing raw materials, flux, fuel and the like are mixed, strengthened and granulated, the mixture is paved on a trolley of the sintering machine through a feeding device, and after the mixture is ignited and sintered through negative pressure air draft at the bottom, the trolley moves to the tail part of the sintering machine on a track of the sintering machine and is unloaded to cooling equipment for cooling. And the empty trolley after unloading rotates to the lower track to run at the tail part of the sintering machine, rotates to the upper track through the head part of the sintering machine to receive the mixture and ignite and sinter, and the sintering process is repeated in a circulating way.

The existing sintering machine trolley maintenance is generally replaced by a hoisting mechanism right above a horizontal section of an upper track of a sintering machine, and as the sintering machine trolleys are connected by extrusion force of front and rear trolleys before, the trolleys are fully covered with sintering ores, so that serious material scattering is easily caused in the process of taking out the trolleys by the hoisting mechanism; secondly, in the process from taking out the maintenance trolley to replacing a new trolley, because the extrusion force of the maintained trolley and the two trolleys is too large, the gap between the two trolleys is reduced due to the inertia effect, so that the new trolley cannot be put into the position of the original maintenance trolley, and more serious results are caused; in order to reduce the above risks, the running speed of the sintering trolley is generally reduced during maintenance, and at the moment, because the air draft system runs all the time, a large amount of cold air enters due to the increase of gaps, so that a sinter bed is cooled rapidly, the strength of sinter is reduced, and the production efficiency of a sintering machine is influenced.

Aiming at the problem of quality reduction of sinter caused by material scattering and rapid cooling of a sinter bed in the overhaul of a sintering machine trolley in the prior art, the invention designs a quick replacing device and a replacing method of the sintering trolley.

s2, performing transmission operation around the head: the trolley to be repaired of the sintering machine is driven to move to a trolley changing point of the sintering machine around the head part of the sintering machine;

3. Advantageous effects

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the rapid replacing device for the sintering trolley, the overhaul trolley hoisting mechanism is arranged at the front upper position of the head of the sintering machine, so that the working efficiency is high, the rapid replacing of the trolley can be realized, the overhaul can be realized under the condition that the sintering trolley does not store materials, namely, the empty trolley runs, and the material scattering during replacing is thoroughly avoided;

(2) according to the rapid replacing device for the sintering trolleys, the empty trolleys run to the specified positions of the sintering machine head to be repaired and replaced, the front trolleys and the rear trolleys have small force or do not have the effect of extrusion force, and the situation that new trolleys cannot be placed in due to large or small intervals under the condition that the trolleys run on the upper track is greatly reduced;

(3) according to the rapid replacing device for the sintering trolley, the system control relation between the trolley positioning system and the lifting mechanism can be established, when the trolley runs to the specified position, the trolley positioning system is established to be related to the lifting mechanism by controlling the running speed, the lifting mechanism runs to the specified position in advance to wait, and the trolley replacing time is shortened; the maintenance work efficiency and the production process stability of the trolley are effectively improved, and the cost is further reduced;

(4) according to the rapid replacing device and the replacing method for the sintering trolleys, gaps between the front trolley and the rear trolley are not changed during replacing, and a large amount of cold air of a cooling system cannot enter, so that rapid cooling of a sintering material layer is avoided, and stable sinter strength and production efficiency of a sintering machine are maintained.

Example 1

The quick replacing device for the sintering pallet comprises a sintering machine head transmission 3 and a sintering machine pallet track 2 which is in transmission connection with the sintering machine head transmission 3 in a surrounding mode; and the hoisting mechanism 5 is positioned above the front side of the head transmission 3 of the sintering machine.

In the rapid sintering pallet replacing device of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, an upper rail pallet 1 of a sintering machine fully loaded with sintering material runs on an upper rail section of a pallet track 2 of the sintering machine, and an empty pallet 6 of the sintering machine and an empty pallet 8 to be repaired of the sintering machine run on a lower rail of the pallet track 2 of the sintering machine to a head transmission 3 of the sintering machine;

when the sintering machine to-be-repaired trolley 8 runs to the sintering machine trolley changing point 7 on the sintering machine trolley track 2 which surrounds the sintering machine head transmission 3, the hoisting mechanism 5 quickly changes the sintering machine to-be-repaired trolley 9 and the sintering machine to-be-repaired trolley 8, so that the two empty trolleys run to the specified positions of the sintering machine head, namely the sintering machine trolley changing point 7 to be changed, the extrusion force of the front empty trolley and the rear empty trolley is smaller or even zero, and the condition that the sintering machine to-be-repaired trolley 9 cannot be placed due to small track distance under the condition of operation of the upper track is avoided as far as possible.

The basic structure of the quick replacing device of the sintering trolley of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the differences and improvements are that: as shown in fig. 1, the trajectory of the sintering machine to-be-repaired trolley 8 moving on the sintering machine head transmission 3 to the sintering machine trolley changing point 7 is an operation angle θ 4, namely, the included angle between the vertical line of the trolley and the sintering machine level, so as to quantify the operation trajectory, collect and arrange the data, and input the data into the control system of the lifting mechanism 5, thereby facilitating the linkage control of the sintering trolley and the lifting mechanism 5, and improving the accuracy and the efficiency of replacement. s3, transferring the sintering machine to be emptied by the trolley: in step S2, the lifting mechanism 5 transfers the pallet 9 to be emptied of the sintering machine to the upper front side of the sintering machine head transmission 3;

The basic structure of the quick replacing device of the sintering trolley and the replacing method thereof in the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment 2, and the differences and the improvements are that: the sintering machine is provided with a positioning mechanism which can be linked with the control system of the lifting mechanism 5 on the trolley 8 to be repaired, the positioning mechanism can use any positioning module in the prior art, such as a GPS positioning block, and can realize accurate positioning type replacement between the positioning module and the mechanism 5 after being linked with the control system of the mechanism 5, and the normal operation speed of the sintering trolley does not need to be slowed down. In the step S3, by controlling the speed of the sintering machine empty trolley 8 to be repaired, and simultaneously starting the GPS positioning block in association with the hoisting mechanism 5 arranged in front of and above the sintering machine head transmission 3, the hoisting mechanism 5 moves the sintering machine empty trolley 8 to be repaired to a specified position in advance, and the sintering machine empty trolley 8 to be repaired and the sintering machine empty trolley 9 to be replaced are quickly repaired and replaced, thereby effectively improving the trolley repair work efficiency and the production process stability, and further reducing the production process cost.
